Total scam. I have had to replace one windshield already and need a third one but Im holding off until the damage gets in my line of sight.$250 for a new windshield. $400 if you want the ford logo stamped on same windshield.The windshield sits in front of the camera/sensors so there is no recalibration required provided they use the correct windshield of which there are only 2 and both made by same company.It is literally as simple as removing the old windshield and laying the new one in its place. 30 minute job and I helped with mine since my buddy owns the local glass shop and I wanted to see it done.The guy here told me over the phone $239.00 plus tax. When i get there he tells me i need a special window. With all my sensors. Tells me new price of $490.00. Total scam. Do not recommend at all!

Do yourself a favor and when you need glass or mirror Auto Glass Alice glass whatever come to Able glass and Get It quotes theyll be glad to fix you up

Did a good job. Would have been better if they had at least got the glass out of the front seat(carpet,cup holders) Am I asking too much?

This is the second time I have used Able Glass in Huntsville, Texas. The first time for a new windshield, which was fairly price and good work. Recently, I needed a rear side window installed on my truck. They ordered the window, I brought in my truck, they installed it properly, cleaned up all the broken glass and had me out in about 50 minutes! I had excellent service.

They cut custom mirrors and glass. I had something that needed repair and their prices were reasonable. Got it back super quick. Young man carried it to my car for me. Nice people.

I own a Hotel in Huntsville. Went to Able Glass met with Tyler Buck and explained that I wanted to change my windows and gave him the size. Got a bid which was very reasonable. Although it also specified that the bid May change after looking at the job. So I went again and requested that they send someone to look at what needs to be done [ which should have been done in the first place]. Someone came and looked at the work after that I got a call from Tyler and very rudely said I he was mis informed by me, I only told him the window panes needed to be changed and the cost went up almost two and a half times if I wanted the complete windows changed. Glass Doctors bid is half of Able. Complete lack of customer service.

They will order your windshield and it will be back the next morning. They do a great job on replacing a windshield. Very professional people.

I had a rock hit my windshield it made a little star chip..and they did a wonderful job fixing it so it didnt run..cant even tell where it was..Thank you, to those nice folks.

Brandon was extremely helpful and friendlly. We were hit in the windshield by a very large object that literally shattered the passenger side windshield while traveling through the Dallas area on our way home with glass inside and out . I called Able Glass and Brandon got our car in at 9 the following morning and we picked it up at 11. Able Glass also replaced and repaired a window on our home after a downed tree had broken following a tornado. They fixed that ahead of the committed timeframe. Able Glass is a great group of folks that do a professional and reliable job.

I took a cracked window into Able Glass to have a new one cut. When I got there the man helping me was not friendly in the least and told me that no one was there to cut the glass. I asked if they were out to lunch and he said sort of. Whats that supposed to mean? And, it would be 30-40 minutes before anyone would be able to cut the glass. I live 30 minutes away so I had to go back the next day. There was no greeting and no thank you for your business or any other cordial words. They apparently dont care if they have your business or not and they sure will never have mine again.

They were the only place in town that carried the shower door sweep I needed, were helpful in cutting it to size, and the price was very reasonable.

Had a windshield installed and it leaked a little from the top, went back and had them fix it and Im not real impressed with the repair. It looks like they globbed the glue on the inside of the windshield and its also on the front of the headliner. Price was better than Safelite but I guess you get what you pay for, no business from me in the future.

Horrible customer service!!! One of the employees was so rude. They took forever to do the job and gave the the worst customer service. Will never go back to this place. Hopefully management gets rid of this clown.
