I have several company vehicle in our fleet & have used Glass Doctors several time for windshield replacement. I would highly recommend this company for any glass repair or replacement. Easy to schedule & shows up on the scheduled date.

Got my window replace on my house but they need to change out the plastic trim...paid in full big mistake should have not did that. They said cant find trim really they are glass company... The teh told me they have it in san Antonio but still not here nobody even call me ..going on around 2 months ..or longer.. finally I call them again . Learn lesson dont pay in full until all work complete . .....

I got my car windshield replaced about a month ago. They damaged the dashboard and left marks with their hands on the interior ceiling of the car by the doors. The staff was nice but after discovering this I am disappointed in the servce.

Had a single pane of glass installed at my home today and everything went great. The technician arrived on time and worked very proficiently. The ladies that I spoke to in the office were extremely helpful and kept me apprised of everything. Their customer service was exceptional!

Very prompt and got me out in very little time. Also very reasonably priced and will use again. The 1st time they replaced a windshield and the 2nd time they fixed a chip I got in a rental car. We will be using them for all our glass needs.

Had to get my windshield replaced and the people at the glass doctor were super helpful, they didnt have my windshield on hand so they got it ordered from the dealership and worked with my insurance directly to get all that figured out! They also test drove the car and did all the safety and calibration checks on it after, if anyone was wondering about that.

Just had my windshield replace on my 89 Chevy. I couldnt of been happier with the professional results I received. They took the time to complete the job right and went way above and beyond my expectations. They have earned a customer for life.

Had an emergency late in the day and called them in a panic. Office Staff and Tecs were very understanding and very helpful. Tecs even came boarded up the shattered sliding door and cleared away glass. Made sure replacement was ordered and came back and installed it.

The entire repair process was pleasant. The repairman was professional and friendly.

Service was great and courteous! Very friendly. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 was that we left our vehicle there the entire day due to the safety system needed to be calibrated and the ONE individual who does that didnt make it in so we had to take it back 2 days later. Minor inconvenience, but still quite the inconvenience.

Had a dump truck throw a rock and put a good size chip in my windshield on way to hunt. Since we were headed for a 50 degree temp change that night, didnt want to leave it until the next week. Pulled in and explained the issue; very friendly, did a great job, and had us on our way in 30 minutes total!

Great prices! I needed my windshield replaced because I had a giant crack in it. It was super easy to make an appointment and everyone was so nice! Definitely go see them if you need glass repaired or replaced!

Unfortunately my car got broken into but it was quickly fixed as they were able to order my window over night! They helped get me in and out of there because I have to head to work. They even cleared all the glass that was in there! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I called to schedule an appointment to have my glass repaired and I was told that someone would possible be able to come fix my glass that same day after five, I never got a phone call till the next day stating that they apologize for not coming out that day that someone will come out today by the end of the day. No one came out. The next day I received another phone call stating that someone will be there the following day, the following day came no one ever came or called!! There is no excuse for the poor customer service!!!

Absolutely horrible, made the appointment two weeks ago for 8:45 am a subcontractor showed up at my gate at 7:45 am called twice when I answered the start of the conversation with a representative of Glassdoctor was I am SETTING at your gate, can you let me in then I told him my appointment was for 845 asked the guy if this is how Glassdoctor treats its customers and then the service started to come out . The yes sir and Mr S were flying around like crazy all of a sudden. Customer service and honesty are not high on there list of priorities!

I put a rare piece of glass in their care and either they werent capable or didnt care at all. I will find another who are actually professional experts. I cannot trust how these guys act, they are so unfriendly.They tried to scam me by gluing back on the contact plug on my windshield glass that they accidentally sawed off (they put a boy in charge of it) so I wouldnt notice. After I touched it, it fell off. Afterwards, not only after I told them I knew that they broke it, they said nothing in response; not a thats unfortunate, we didnt mean to or even an Oops.They have nothing but unprofessional this whole process and Im glad I didnt go through with doing business with them.

I have had to have my windshield replaced twice this past year and both times i chose the Glass Doctor. The staff was always extremly courteous and the service was always fast and beautifully done.
