Scheduled their installer, Taylor, to measure for a shower remodel, and I missed them (late from another appointment). Clearly my fault. Made several attempts to reschedule, and profusely apologized. Was ultimately told by Taylor (after several attempts to connect) that they could not do our job. When I pressed for a reason, Taylor repeated we cant do your job. Weve moved on to another company. Ultimately, this looks like the right call for us to make.

I did not have a good experience and will not be going back. I was referred here by my contractor in search of a piece of glass or plexiglass for a project. I was greeted, I explained what I need. I was told plexiglass was out in light of the pandemic and high demand. In that moment I was mentally thinking of other options and kind of looking around at other pieces in the store that could potentially work for what I needed. Instead of offering me other options, or giving me the information for the items I was perusing I was told: Ohhh, thats a very very expensive piece of glass in a very condescending tone. Im unsure what led the person to tell me that in that way. I had not provided a maximum amount that I was interested or able to spend. There isnt a SINGLE item in the store that I would not be able to afford if it met the needs for the project in hand, so again, unclear why she felt the need to tell me that, and in that particular way, especially when reviews allude to how reasonable the prices are. The exchange was offputting. I wish them well in their business but I certainly will not be returning. Overall a very disappointing experience because I had heard great things.

I wish I could give K&M 10 stars!!! I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work these men fixed. They came out to check my window the first day I called and my window was fixed in two days. The window is perfect! The price quoted over the phone was the exact amount I had to pay. Very reasonable and worth it! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you K&M!!!

Not happy with this company. I was told my window would come in within 2 weeks, no call so checked on the window and was told it usually takes 3 weeks so waited and no call. I called back 2 more times just to get told they would look into it and never got a call back. Called back for a 5th time 5 weeks later and they said it should be in by Wednesday, so waited and once again, never got a call. I’m understanding that things get held up but the lack of communication with this company, and customer service is unbelievable!

I requested a quote for glass replacement of a large picture window from K & M one day and they came the next.day. They measured accurately (had AL Glass come measure and give an estimate also). There was confirmation of the measurements. Both companies were very professional and polite. They were both prompt and gave estimates the following day. However. K&M was $330 cheaper that AL glass. The glass had to be ordered and took about 2 weeks to arrive. They schedule installation at my convenience and gave me an exact time they were to arrive. I received a call that morning that they were running a little late (due to rain) but were on the way. I thought that was kind to keep me updated. Rick and Jace were great. They cleaned the window before installation to perfection. I had to touch it to confirm that glass was actually there. These guys are the top of the class.

I really loved to doing business here. The lady there is so kind and sweet. They fixed my window and told me they reordered it again because they werent satisfied with the job. They made glass repairs for me alot because I have boys, its the only place Ill go to.

Taylor got measurement wrong on one window and told me I would have to pay for it anyway. Dont think so. Windows installed, one had a scratch on the glass, another had smudges inside the double pane. Thats impossible to clean. Installers were fine, dealing with Taylor on the phone was not. Taylor messed up the order, plain and simple. Im upset because hes trying to make me pay for his mistakes. Edits? Just responding to your inaccuracies.

This company does a great job and they do not leave a mess when finished. They provide just what you are attempting to achieve.

Reasonable, friendly no fuss service here! Turn around time was quick. When, after installation, I discovered a minor problem the owner of A Glass Co. (Keith) immediately addressed and fixed the problem. It was a pleasure dealing with these folks and I recommend them.

I called K & M at 12:20 pm. Received estimate over the phone at 12:25 pm. Workers were at my home and completed the job by 1:05! Very impressed!

I scheduled a quote with K&M and the guys came out to measure. After not hearing from them for a week, I called to get the quote and they were never able to give it to me over the phone. I was eventually texted the quote by Rusty. I placed an order with Rusty over the phone and I was told 5 business day turnaround, also via text message. On the 8th day I texted back to ask the status and Rusty let me know that my order was cancelled because they don’t do business by text, even though he initiated the texting. Not sure these people have a clue what’s going on, be warned if you’re contemplating doing business with them.
