Following up from service AFTER the sale. The caster wheels made the bed frame too high and Ed Newman graciously arranged for the guys to come out and remove the wheels and install the stable foot supports, at no additional cost, which lowered the bed by about 1.5. Game changer! Now I dont feel like I have to hop up into bed anymore. The Tempurpedic mattress is a life changer! It is so supportive yet soft at the same time. Totally worth the money. Also had a delay with our sheets coming in the mail and Ed found us a set locally and took care of it immediately!!! Ed Newman has lived up to his google 5 star reputation.
