Was searching all day for a decently priced King Size bed. I saw one online from Mattress Firm but wanted to verify that if I paid in store with cash that I would get the same price. However I hate talking on the phone so the text a specialist option was wonderful. The woman Patty was super sweet and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Even included a pillow half off and worked out the perfect delivery date for me all before I went into the store. Once I got to the store the gentleman who greeted and helped me was kind and swift in getting me taken care of. He even made sure to go over certain warranties and opportunities to save money with the holidays coming up. Super professional and sweet!

We had been researching mattresses for our specific needs and finally decided to go and price what we needed. Lee was truly knowledgeable about all the mattresses and actually cared about our needs vs. making a sale and extra money. After calling around to the other mattress stores we found most the prices were the same minus a few perks. He even matched a perk the other store offered, as well as their in-home trial being longer. He was really kind and never made us feel like we were less important. They offered us beverages while there, and you could tell he wasnt the type to run a scheme nor was he a smooth talker, the kind you want to walk away from. His 30 years experience stands for itself. Investing in a brand new mattress and split-king bed is like investing in a house or car. Thanks for making our experience great!

Incompetent staff will gladly sell you stuff they dont have. Zero communication on two no-show deliveries. Maybe third time will be a charm, but Im not holding my breath. I will NEVER buy from this company again. 100% NON-RECOMMEND.

Unprofessional and unacceptable. I went in store to upgrade my bed last week Saturday, the process in selecting was simple and easy. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful. I was told the mattress, foundation, and base I ordered would all be delivered the following Saturday. I was hesitant, but agreed. I think it is worth noting that as I was completing the transaction, there was a lady who was beside me getting a refund based on her displeasure with the services.Fast forward to today, I am expecting to have my things in my home that I paid lots of money for. I did not get any notification on the scheduled delivery time, so I called to inquire. To my surprise, the rep had to call the warehouse to get the status of the order, as the info was not listed in their system. I got a callback to the update that my delivery was being pushed back an entire week. The reasoning was that the foundation and base were “out of stock”... What this signals to me is a flaw in logistics. The out of stock status should have been communicated either prior to the sale, or well before a customer is expecting a delivery.As a leading company in mattress sales, one would expect more professionalism in doing business with them.To not be notified AT ALL about delivery issues is completely amateur. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I braced myself going mattress shopping with my husband who is very picky and somewhat of a penny pincher. I prepared mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Go see Rickey and the rest of the staff for good deal. I even checked my deal against a warehouse club membership price and Groupon, but I didnt lose! 👍

The salesman Julian was very professional and took the time to ask me about my sleeping positions, then recommended the mattress he felt was best for me. He also convinced me to buy an adjustable bed frame, which I love. He even gave me a discount on a better frame that was in stock so we could get it delivered the next day.Unfortunately I didn’t give them 5 stars because their delivery people hit a power line that ran from the pole at the road to our house and pulled it down. I don’t know how they could have not seen it laying across their truck or the driveway but they never said anything. When we saw it and called the store we were told the delivery company is fully insured and they would contact us. Four weeks later the wire is still laying in our yard. Good thing it wasn’t hot.

My husband and I recently came to Mattress Firm and Julian greeted us at the door. We had our 3 kids with us and and while trying to shop for mattresses with 3 rambunctious children in tow isn’t easy, Julian was patient and helpful and never once acted like we should have not brought our kids with us. We didn’t know how to shop for a mattress, but I explained that we bought a memory foam mattress online last year and it was killing my back and I was to the point where I can barely last another night on our current mattress. He asked me a few questions including our price point and immediately had us lay on different mattresses and educating us on the different mattresses. He never tried to sell us the most expensive mattress in the store he respected our price point. He was extremely professional and extremely helpful. We are looking forward to much more comfortable nights sleep on our new mattress!
