The service was great. He tried to help in any way he could and answer any question I had. He gave me any and every deal he could. The place was clean and the products were well maintained so I could easily tell how it would feel in my own home.

I began my shopping on a Tuesday and had gone to two different mattress stores, before coming into the Huntsville location. Tim was my sales person and he was a delight to work with!! Compared with the two other mattress stores I visited I found a mattress that was very comfortable for a great price. Also made in America:). I made my purchase on Thursday, and it will be delivered Friday.

The Store is located in our neighborhood, so we stopped in to see if they had what we were looking for. We were greeted by Store Manager, Tim Dunn. After talking over with him what we were looking for in a mattress, he showed us what he had in stock. After some discussion with Tim, we were able to select the mattress/bed we think will fill our needs and provide us with a good nights sleep. Went into Bedzzz Express on Airport with the intentions of looking around because I figured I would check out a few different stores for a new mattress. Tim was the guy working the store today and asked if we needed any help. When we told him we were just wanting to look, he told us to let him know if we had any questions and went back to his desk. We ended up really liking a tempur-pedic, and Tim was very helpful and nice to speak with. Highly recommend going here especially if you are like me and feel overwhelmed with any pushy salesman.

Great Customer Service

I bought a split king Luxe breeze Tempurpedic mattresses and adjustable frame a little over a year ago at this location. One is soft and the other was firm. Due to chronic lower back and neck fusion the firm mattress was not compatible with my body and the soft is ok but thats my husbands mattress and I still struggled sleeping on it but it lives up to the 8° cool than other Temp mattresses. After over a year of having to switch sides with my husbands mattress and seeing him wake up throughout the night in pain from the pressure on his hips on the firm mattress and no sleep for me on it I called the store and explained to Tim my situation. I was prepared to buy a new mattress because it wasnt their fault and they had already given me a great deal on the original purchase. This location truly went out of their way to help me and put me on the right mattress on top of that I was able to trade in the Luxe Breeze firm to the Luxe Adapt soft with 50% off.. I dont know of any other mattress store that wouldve allowed me to trade in a mattress after not 90 days but over a year!! This isnt my first Tempurpedic mattress but it was my first time buying from this store. My new mattress was delivered yesterday and my body loves it!! I havent slept all night until last night and the mattress still needs more time to fully break in. I didnt get hot at all and I was out in less than 10 minutes after we went to sleep. I got 2 more pillows that we love. One is for side sleepers and the other is cooler than the 2 I got with my original order which we love. The new pillows have replaced the other two and the only mistake I made was not getting 2 of each. Thats an easy fix.. I will never buy a bed from a different location. Tempurpedic sells it self but the amazing customer service and fantastic experience Ive received from Tim and staff is very rare and almost impossible to find. They have so many beds to choose from that fit every budget but once you own a Tempurpedic bed its very hard to find the comfort it provides in any other mattress. Thank you Tim and staff for all of your help, patience, and assistance in getting me the right mattress for me. My husband thanks you as well.. Hes enjoying his new pillow and getting his mattress back. You guys are awesome!

I purchased a queen mattress from the Clearance Center in Huntsville. It was supposed to be shipped to the store in a week and after a few weeks due to the pandemic, it never arrived. The salesman offered me a much better mattress for the same price as the one I originally picked. Now thats what I call customer service! I like that they have a trade in policy if you have issues with the product. I love the Beautyrest Silver Plush Pillowtop I ended up with. Very comfortable. Thanks so much!

My Aunt had to return her mattress because it wasn’t a perfect fit and their exchange policy allowed her to get another one that was better for her. We had great experience with BedzzzExpress on Whitesburg. Lesley was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress for my back issues -- did not rush us, helped us on multiple times before we decided. We bought a second for a college apartment too. Jeff and Jonathan were right on time for the delivery and took away our old mattress and box springs, set up new base and made sure all was working. Would recommend to anyone making this major purchase.

Bedzz Express blew Matress King away as far as price. Service was good and bed set-up in my home went well. We are very pleased with our Temperpedic bed. I will start by saying the staff at this location is very nice. The District Manager was able to get me an awesome deal on my new king size mattress and the frame (headboard and footboard set) the mattress was delivered within a few days and the headboard and footboard set would be delivered a few weeks later.BUT i do have a negative comment (not the fault of Bedzz Express, but their warehouse) When our headboard and foot board set finally got delivered, the headboard was damaged and the frame was missing the slats that the mattress sits on. At first the delivery guys told us that the frame did not include slats.. which i knew was really odd. I looked online and showed them that it did indeed come with slats. SO they took the headboard and foot board set apart and ordered us another. Today the new one comes in, no damage to the headboard and the slats are with it BUT another piece is missing! Lucky the delivery guys called their boss and they can deliver the missing part in a few days. My husband has taken off work three times now and will have to take off again when the missing part comes in. Just a little annoyed.i wanted to add to my review that this coming Monday will be three weeks since the last incident stated above and i have still not received a phone call from the warehouse about my missing part coming in...... sadly, i do not believe i will buy from here again.
