I went there to try to look for colors to paint my house. It is my first time painting so I was looking for an advice but the person from the desk seem very unkind when I ask her what are the most popular colors to paint a dark interior house and she said I cant answer that question. She didnt try to help me with anything and I had my hands full with my baby and my toddler. I left so disappointed the store. I heard people from the store in Willis are very kind so I recommended to go there. I think she assists people looking faces. I seems she is kind with men she was asking a man if he needed anything and he didnt even asked for help.

Lahar good morning or good morning good evening or good afternoon to you I stop by Sherwin-Williams paint store just the other day to check and see if the corporate sponsor near Dallas I believe had okayed the changing of the side door to allow people with disabilities easy access. Theres no word on that but thethe manager and anybody else whos there will help you get in the door and help you get out and they will most gladly service you while youre there and explain things what things are used for and what they have available. I give this store a 5-star rating

Great paint, nice employees, but Im giving it three stars because I went in there to get somethings and their credit card machines were down and I dont carry cash. This has happened before and should really be addressed, so I went to Walmart where I got the same stuff for about $15+ cheaper.

Not good..didnt have the paint I needed...was supposed to get it in the next morning but a wasted 30 minute trip cause I live out of town
