This little hardware store is the BEST!! I hunted for very very small hinges at the big box place and the other place on 75..nope, I should have know to go here to start. They always have what I need. They also have a SUPER FANTASTIC area in the store where you can buy gift items, like soaps, jewelry, baby items and a whole lot more. And the employees that work here are really friendly! Store is always clean and well organized. Social distancing and mask in effect.

Place is way bigger then it looks and I was thoroughly surprised at the service I received right away as I walked in the door and was walked to exactly what I needed which made for a quick and easy trip. Store a as also extremely well kept and organized. Prefer this over Home Depot now. Definitely keep it up guys.

Called before I went and was told they had what I needed. Drove 45 minutes to get there to be rudely told they dont have it. The man was rude to the girl that made the mistake also. He made a complete scene in front of customers . Always loved the place but I wont go back. Hes a jerk.

We were in search of a specific item. Stopped in about 5 minutes before close. Manager and others bent over backwards to try to help us problem solve. Then about 15 minutes after close we ran back again and they helped us again get what we needed after realizing we were missing something to finish our project. Really awesome store with great service.

Its my favorite place in town to shop for my little weekend DIY projects. :-) Super helpful and friendly staff. I have gotten house and office key copies made here (but its limited to the non-electronic car keys). I can find Christmas gifts here, as well as Roundup and Raid. :-D I will be back semi-soon. :-) This is what a home town hardware shop should be like and be everywhere. (So much better than H.D. or Lowes.)

If you ever want to have an uncomfortable shopping experience - look no further! Huntsville Ace Hardware will be sure to follow your heels throughout the store and acting like they care about your customer experience - but what they are actually doing is making sure that you arent stealing. I came in for two 10 cent washers. They even had the audacity to radio in my order before I got to the check out stand!My advice to Ace? Stop treating all of your customers like potential thieves. Dont be so aggressive in your counter-theft techniques and relax.. You work at Ace - not one of the prisons in town.
