The gentleman in this store know exactly everything it means for fabulous customer service. They assisted my father in finding a suit immediately upon entering the store. (For my wedding day) We even left to check out a different shop, just to see other prices, but the customer service we received just made us want to leave the other store and come right back!! Lol even though the prices were a bit higher it didnt matter!! Paying for that quality of service is always so much better than settling. The quality of the suit was also magnificent. Top notch quality to match with top notch service. Would definitely recommend!!!

We came in looking for my husband’s first suit ever, so neither one of us hardly knew what we were doing. Haytham was super professional, welcoming, and chill. He really knew his stuff- helped guide my husband in the right direction concerning everything from trending styles, to proper cut and fit. We thought it would cost and arm and a leg, but it was much more cost-effective than the franchise store.

It is a locally owned business and with a great selection of anything formal from 3 piece suits, shirts, ties, bow ties, shoes, belts. You name it they have it. But that’s not the only thing that separates them from the rest. The customer service was outstanding! I walked in with an idea of a look I was going for and Ahmed brought it to life. I can’t say enough about Ahmed. I have a strange build that does not lend itself to “buying off rack” I was frustrated and stressed after visiting 3 “big box” stores, they just said they didn’t have my size and rushed me out the door. My timeline was pretty tight. I walked in the door at Oxford Street and Ahmed welcomed me and had all the answers, I told him my situation, he just shook my hand and assured me he would get me right, he picked out the perfect suit, shoes, shirt, tie/pocket square, he set me up with his tailor. Superior customer service, he made it incredibly easy. Customer for life!!

BEST SUIT STORE IN HUNTSVILLE AND SURROUNDING AREAS!!! Hands down would recommend this father/son suit store over and over again. My fiance and I are getting married in October and we went to the cookie cutter suit store on 72 in April and they said you should come back about two months from your wedding instead of actually letting us get anything and man am I glad we walked out of there and came here. Oxford Street has so many options it was unreal, we looked at blue suits and we had way more options than seen at other stores. Not only is the selection amazing but the customer service is top tier. They gave us advice on what looks good and tips on how to wear the suit and much more. We just picked up his suit last weekend and it is honestly so amazing for such a good price too!! Me and my husband came in after spending 2 weekends searching for him something to wear for our wedding coming up soon. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Malik. We didnt know exactly what we were looking for, but we we had some ideas. He listened to what we liked/disliked and was helpful. So glad we came into this store! We will definitely be back for any future needs.

Malik was very friendly and helpful getting suits ready for my friends wedding. With the process spanning many months over all the shutdowns there was a small mixup on some shoes and they gave me a much better pair for the same price as the previous ones. They really care about great service!

I bought a suit and two shirts from here, and they threw in two silk ties and pocket squares, a belt, and a pair of socks for free! The customer service was superb, and in their selection was everything that I could have hoped to find. I went to another menswear store, and they didnt hold a candle to Oxford Street! I cannot recommend them enough.

The store has a wide selection of merchandise for lower prices than most big name brands. Friendly and knowledgeable staff were ready to personally assist me when I entered the store and ensure I found the style I desired. I am a tall skinny guy (67) who always needs his jackets and pants altered to fit and the store had it done it a timely matter so that I could begin wearing my suits as soon as possibly. I will definitely be back!

So far Ive purchased 2 suits, 5 shirts, 10 ties, dress shoes, and multiple pairs of socks. Every time I have entered the story whether it was busy of not I was greeted promptly and well taken care of. Most of the time Ive went in I have still been in work clothes and looking a bit dingy but I was always treated very well. All clothing is of high quality and workmanship, alterations are done promptly, and theyll even assist with styling. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and the staff.

Unlike their competitors next door, I wasn’t met with the feeling that I have to be in a 3 piece suit and make 6 figures to have the luxury of good customer service. When I first walked in Oxford Street Menswear, I was met with a warm welcome and a firm handshake. It was refreshing since i had just left their competitors next door and they were hesitant to even shake my hand before I left their store. As a bigger guy it can sometimes be harder to get dress clothes that aren’t baggy just because I’m bigger, but I was well taken care of and got some of the best fitting dress clothes that I have ever purchased.

This is a lovely family owned business. I went there for a suit and they did a great job finding me what I want and making clothing adjustments. They were super nice and genuinely care about the customer. I would go again and you should go to!

This is absolutely the worst place to purchase a suit. These men have no integrity, and have no idea of the basic fundamental principles of running a good business. Bridge Street in Huntsville should be ashamed that this business is even a store front in their shopping center.1. we were promised a suit package including shirts and ties and an optional package with shoes. The agreement between Malik and the groom originally was that for those who paid the shoe+suit package, we would be able to visit the store at our own leisure to pick out any shoe we wanted for the wedding. Not only did Malik NOT honor this agreement, he made the decision to pick out a shoe style which was not consistent with the desired style, he ordered those shoes for those of us who paid the shoe package.2. Malik did not once communicate with the groom after he had obtained our business. No phone calls explaining what was in or was delayed.3. I visited the store each week for the 8 weeks leading up to the wedding once we were told—after we asked—that “everything was in.” Not only was everything not in, we had not been informed that this store orders suits in SETS, not pieces, and several guys had suits that did not fit. We were promised week after week that each issue would be resolved but it wasn’t. Promises were made that new suits were being ordered and those promises weren’t legitimate. FOR EXAMPLE: I had been told that some pieces had not yet arrived (Shirts, ties, shoes) and that day I was in the store, I was informed he would place an order and they should be in early the next week. I called Tuesday the following week to find out nothing had come in but that those pieces should come in by thursday that week. I called thursday and nothing had come in, but Malik gave me a shipping number for UPS. I tracked the package and found that the shipment was processed that tuesday when i had called in, not the prior week when I had been in the store like I was told it was going to be.4. WORST OF ALL, the day of the wedding we found that two of our suits were A DIFFERENT SHADE OF GREY than the others.5. Not only did we have different suits, the day I went to pick up our ties, Malik for some reason only had ordered 9 ties when we needed 12. He constantly blamed his suppliers when he clearly was negligent. The following week another groomsmen ran by the store to pick up the remainder of the ties and was promised they were the exact same tie WHEN THEY WERE DIFFERENT TIES. they were still black, but some of our ties were fatter than others.Not only did Malik lie to us week after week, he sold these suits to us for $100 more than he needed to, and he never once followed through on his promise and has now ruined for the rest of their lives the bride and groom, as they will always look at their pictures of the groomsmen and be reminded that their suit man failed to do his JOB.After the wedding was over, I visited the store to give them an opportunity to right their wrongs. Malik was not in the store, but his father was there. I explained what happened. Not once did I receive an apology. He passed the buck to Malik and told me he would talk to Malik and call me later that day. He did in fact call me later (which was the first time in 2.5 months I had actually been called back when i was told I would be) and Mike explained that there was simply nothing they could do. I began to explain that wasn’t going to be good enough and that we needed some kind of refunds for our troubles and he hung up on me. I called back to continue my sentence and he hung up again.*PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. **IF YOU ARE A WEDDING PARTY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY, THEN FAILS TO PROVIDE THE VERY THING THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO PROVIDE. At this point they have actually stolen money from us, because we never received the right suit jacket sizes, never received the 3 shirts men paid for, and the one man never received his shoes AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING.

I had a fantastic experience with Oxford Street Menswear. I got a suit for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding in May of 2020 (during the COVID-19 pandemic). I wasnt sure I was even going to be able to have a wedding until two weeks before because of the social distancing laws, but even with such a short time-frame Oxford Street was glad to work with me and got all the suits and alterations done in time for the wedding (less than two weeks). Because my groomsmen didnt live in Alabama, they were unable to visit the store to get measured. Instead, I gave them my groomsmens height, weight, and a few other measurements and they took care of the rest, making all of the alterations to ensure we were ready for the wedding.I gave the suits as groomsmen gifts and my groomsmen were absolutely stoked. It worked out super well. The suits looked great, we got them with plenty of time to spare, and they fit very well even without having measurements taken in-store. I will definitely be visiting them again. This is the first review I have ever written, so I hope that alone is enough to convince you to give them a shot. You wont be disappointed.

These guys are good to borrow a phrase from the PGA Tour even though I dont golf....They will make sure that if you come in that day (at a reasonable hour) that you will leave with a suit that day. None of this wait 8 weeks for us to send your suit to China to get it altered... like their next door neighbor that operates like its 1905. They are a family owned business that operates in the community with the connections of a big retailer. Great place.They are a family owned business, and the owners are amazing! We went into Oxford Menswear looking for a bowtie for prom. Our original plan was to rent two tuxedos for our two teenage boys, but the place we planned to rent from didnt have the color bowties they needed. After walking into Oxford and explaining our situation, the owner asked if we had considered buying instead of renting. I told him we thought about it but the cost would have been too great and for us, having to buy for two this year, it was going to be cheaper to rent. He worked with us and we were able to buy two complete suites with ties and shoes and everything for basically the same amount as what it would have cost us to rent. I love the fact my sons have suites they can wear more than once and we didnt throw money away renting clothes for one night. The suites they chose are great for prom yet still work for other special occasions. We are extremely pleased with the quality as well. I highly recommend Oxford Menswear. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied all while keeping cost in our budget. We will be life long customers!!

Absolutely awful experience. I do not see how this man will stay in business with the way he treats his customers. They measured me for a suit for a wedding, and when the wedding arrived not a single groomsmans suit fit! Im not talking just a little bit, I mean the pants were completely unhemmed and the jackets were for someone 7 feet tall. As if that isnt bad enough, I returned to the store to possibly get a refund or to get it properly tailored (as it should have been initially since they are the ones that measured me). The owner finally agreed to take my measurements again and to send me the suit when he got it back from the tailor (as I live out of town). A month went by, and I had no word or tracking number as he said he would send me. I have called multiple times since and I still do not have the suit and the owner refuses to give me a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Very nice store for mens suits

I’ll try to be as objective as possible. I had 11 groomsmen for my wedding. We ordered 12 charcoal colored suits from Oxford through Malik about 6 months from the date of the wedding. I never received a phone call from Oxford regarding the status of my suits. I had to initiate contact. When they came in, 8 out of 12 were the wrong size, 3 of the button up shirts never came in, and 1 pair of shoes didn’t come in. These were all things that had been paid for. The day of the wedding we realized the suits were two different colors. One groomsmen’s jacket was a size too small. We had two different width and brand ties. 4 of the groomsmen had a skinny tie and the rest had a fat tie. Malik promised us on multiple occasions that the suits would be in on time and that we had nothing to worry about. The way they keep track of their orders is by writing them down on a piece of paper then stuffing that paper in the pocket of a black folder. This is an incredibly haphazard and unorganized way to keep track of things. This company essentially took money from us and did not give us the product we paid for. They refused to give us a refund or an apology and actually hung up on us on the phone when asking for one. We never received the products that were missing and that were paid for. They are incredibly unethical. I would never recommend this company under any circumstance. Making mistakes is ok, but making amends is good-business 101. So far, no apology or reconciliation. Do not give these guys your money.

Unprofessional. They never ordered my suits for my wedding and told me I couldnt afford my suits. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I had to refund my suits days before my wedding because they never came.

The Manager was very rude. I purchased about $500 worth of merchandise that wasnt in store. They told me that they would send my items to me in time for a very special event in my life. They items did not arrive in time, so I drove 2 hours back to this store to return these items. Mind you that these items were not worn or damaged. I get there to ask for a refund. The Manager said that he needed a receipt. I told him that I couldnt find it, and he had just texted me that it was ok to return the items a few days prior. With a frown on his face he said Im not giving you a refund without a receipt. I finally found my receipt tucked away in my wallet. The police almost had to get involved. The manager/owner is foreign. His customer service displayed to me that he only wants your American money and he does not care for any future business.
