Went in to try to switch plans from straight talk, informed the sales person our whole goal was to save money and they we were currently spending $75.00 a month. The sales person became very pushy, trying to sell us on 2 $40 lines and give us a 10 dollar discount, which sounded great. Then she kept harping on the $25 activation fee per line. I got agrivated. Why would I shell out $120 dollars now to save $5 next month? Plus the store did not have the $25 plan that was advertised online.

I have to give them 5 stars because of the service they provided to me every time I wanted to the store, and believe me its been a lot of times many many times, stores always clean the staff is always helpful, and you cant beat the prices especially on the unlimited plan, the phones are great they work like youre supposed to and when theres a problem and staff is always ready to help, the store manager herself has always been very helpful, shes always very nice and kind even though sometimes my problems are not real problems but that I dont know how to work the phone sometimes, highly recommend them for their service and for their products.

Has a great experience. The service was amazing. When i went in to purchase my new lg g stylo there was a woman who assested me and she was absolutely amazing very respect and funny at the same time now thats what i call great service.
