It was closed! It was 10:30 am and Not open, and No one was there. Other people outside waiting! Dont know what was going on! Suppose to be open at 10am. We all left! Very sad 😥

If I could give this zero stars I would. Got t mobile in arizona while it was merging with sprint. It was OK at best. When Ive moved here the service what complete s**t. I went to the store in Hutchinson and was told they are still working on the new towers. After a month of basically non service went to Verizon. We asked why they had no service and were told a different lie before we changed. The service in hutchinsin kansas is almost non existence. Save yourself another headache and go with Verizon or Anybody else.

Service is as slow in store as it is in real life

So far not impressed. Been there 4 times already to make the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and haven’t gotten anywhere. They were out of the phones we wanted so they said they would call us when they got some in. Haven’t heard a word from them

Going in and asking questions they were very good at checking everything and giving us the right answers. Very clean and awesome people. So happy to be part of the T-Mobile family.

This is my first time ever using spring and I have had no issues with anything at all. I don’t use internet at home so I use data and it works just fine. The people that work there have been more than helpful and have been very nice both times I went in. Got the iPhone 11 and couldn’t be happier so far!

Larry and Mike at the Sprint store in Hutchinson are the most dedicated employees I have ever seen. They both stayed over an hour after closing to insure my issue was resolved and absolutely would not give up. I thank the both of them so much this is what customer service is all about. All of the employees at this store always go above and beyond. I also have to mention Crystal who has also taken very good care of my entire family and works very hard to give us great service. You just dont see this kind of dedication anymore and its the reason I have stayed with Sprint for so long. My thanks to all of you at the Sprint store in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Very pleased was not a dull moment the entire time I was in the store. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Larry is stellar as when my vehicle would not start he was out there to lend a hand to try to jump started it. Cannot thank him enough, he deserves a raise.

Went in to take a look at my bill and the ladies in there offered me some good deals that Ill have to come take advantage of when I get paid thanks yall

We came in today to ask about switching from Verizon, and we were very pleased with our experience! Larry was able to get us four lines and an iPad without spending any money out of pocket to switch to sprint. We are also very impressed that we are able to have a cheaper bill per month than Verizon, even though we had a work discount there. Superb customer service, great plans and products, more deals than I could even think of. Also, even thought Larry mainly helped us, every single person that we had contact with was helpful. SO MUCH BETTER THAN VERIZON 10/10 would recommend. Thanks fam ;)

Went to the store to change our plan on the billing cycle date only to learn we really should have done it the last day of the billing cycle instead of the first. Retta Nemeth gave us great customer service and got the plan changed without pro rata billing. Thanks Sprint!

The staff was very friendly and professional customer service was second to non. Store closes at 8 pm two of the sprint members stayed till almost 10 to help us. Wish some of the restaurants around town would take notes from this staff.

Not a place to brag about plus sprint has the worst service out of all contracted or major phone companies plus they use complicated billing to finagle money from customers and back in 2008 they had to call every customer and give them a free outing of contracts with 0 cost
