Robert is a good representative who is knowledgeable about products. He helped my get a new phone and was able to do an expired promotion since I wasnt able to pick up the phone before the promotion expired. Very helpful and professional.

Bobby G. does a great job at customer service. He knows the products and uses his support network to help you if you ask a question that he doesnt know the answer. He takes time to educate you on your options allowing you to make an informed decision. He is personable and works to build a relationship with his customers.

The Manager here was super, very friendly and helpful. When it comes time for me to change my current plan I hope he is still here. He is a gem but I am sure he will be moving on to bigger and better positions. Hopefully Verizon knows what a good man they have here.

Had a horrible experience with the corporate Verizon store here in Hutchinson so customer service told us to try this store. Bobby Grissom was an excellent associate to deal with and we now consider this store to be our only Verizon store to visit.

Be careful! They are good at getting you to buy things that you dont need. I bought two Pixel 4s: They told me its a buy one get one free, totally free, so, I was like $830 divided by 2 is $415, umm,,, not bad,,🤔. Well,,, turns out the deal is actually only $800 off 🙄 (the deception is a whole lot worse than those$30)🙄.I advise that you do your homework about what to do. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE: they charged me a setup and go fee of $20 per line on TOP of the Verizon $40 per line, in store, activation fee. Online is $20 (I think, please check for yourself) So... you should be able to save about $40 per line in activation fees by doing it online 😯. UPDATE: (Later I did find out that I have another $300 dollars off 😃. (Verizon really has a confusing system 🤷) Id say that the worst part of my experience was not really knowing what I was getting... Other than that I think its okay)
