Bought an Axis boat from Idaho Water Sports. Everyone has made the effort to remember me by my name. I needed a service done on my boat. The staff made it happen very quickly so that we could continue to enjoy our boat for the summer! We love our Axis boat!

Anytime I’ve ever purchased some thing at the store it’s been a pleasant experience. However this fall I called to get my boat scheduled for service and was told that they were backed up and would call me when they had availability. I called back in December and was told that I was on the list but he still did not have room. I called again in March and was told that they would call me back in a week. It is now the middle of June and I have still not heard from them, however I have taken my boat somewhere else to be serviced. I won’t purchase anything from someone that will not stand behind it was good service.

Dropped of the boat to get ready for the summer on May 13th. Change the fluids, impeller, tower light, and new speakers. Was told they will call in a week to talk about speakers. Will be done in 2 weeks. After 3 I called them and they cant/wont return a phone call. Called two more time, and the 3rd time finally got someone. Hadnt even started. Leo said they would have it done the next day. They did call me the next day to tell me that it was done. Total of $140. Pretty cheap for an impeller, change all the fluids, and the tower light. But they hadnt even looked at the paperwork that they made and hadn’t done any of the work that was requested. They then took another 5 days to do that work. I guess in the boat world, 2 weeks means 4 or 5. Really bad customer service and a really bad experience. Just pick up a phone and communicate with your customers. Oh, and maybe return a phone call?

Gordy, Connor, Chance and Trent are second to none. The level of customer service before and after the sale is top notch. These folks cover every detail from boat, gear, and most importantly training to ensure confident safe operation. I would definitely buy from them again.

Dropped my boat off 6 weeks ago. Was told they are 3 days behind. Checked in a couple times over 4 weeks. Would not get a call back on the status. Suppose to be done last week. Was suppose to be first boat in on Friday the next week. At 3 pm I picked it up still not in the shop.Terrible communication and terrible service. No one tried to talk me into leaving the boat. I guess the good thing is they are so busy customer service doesn’t matter to them.

These guys really care and have great customer service. Best place in the area to buy a boat or any gear for the water.

Idaho Water Sports, Idaho Falls location, was amazing! Great place that I would recommend to others. Their customer service is beyond exceptional! Their tubs are long lasting and have a warranty so if it breaks (which again is highly unlikely if your using it properly) they will replace it! Looking forward to visiting Idaho Water Sports, Idaho Falls location, in the future!!

FINALLY....a place in Idaho Falls with exceptional customer service! Gordy spent hours with us on & off the water to make sure we were getting the USED (even thought it was a used boat, we felt like we were getting the same customer service as a new 2020 boat) boat that was a good fit for our family. We are telling everyone we know about the service we received & help this place grow!

Christian, Dillan, and Connor are the best! Such great service! I didn’t know much about boats, boards, or tubes but they took care of me!Also their tubes are fantastic! Not sure why there are bad comments about them but they are very nice and have a great warranty!

Bought our first boat this summer and the whole IWS crew has been awesome. When OUR prop met rock, they jumped right on it and got us a new prop within 25 hrs and helped get our old one repaired. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I went in on a Saturday to purchase a Towing Tube for my boat for the weekend the guy had terrible service but did give me a 25 dollar discount off a $550 tube, tube had a 3 year warranty that covered everything, took it out the next day on a Sunday and it came apart in various places. Took it back Monday and told the sales guy and looked at different options due to having a bad experience, the sales guy walked off and sat in his chair, Finally decided on one that I wasn’t so convinced on but wanted to get one to not return a damaged tube, which was $200 cheaper than my original tube. Guy told me he couldn’t give me the difference back, I let them have the ripped tube and the money and walked out they can keep it tube and money they must need it more than Me. I will never return to this place or recommend anyone there and I will inform everyone I know. This place is a joke!!! That’s a good impression to put as a new store to the area. Don’t waste your time go to Precision!!!

This place is amazing! Im so glad we have a Malibu/Axis and Nautique dealer now in Idaho Falls - as I believe they have the best surf waves. But I never imagined that they would have the best customer service along with the best boats. As expected, they are attentive and great to deal with during the sale, but they have been nothing short of amazing afterward. Christian spent time to walk me through every step of the boating experience from pre-launch to drying it down; and give little bits of boating wisdom all along the way. I was treated so well. While they are already busy, they have taken the time to treat me well. I recommend them without any reservations.

Dylan was great in helping me and my fiancé pick out a board and wet suit. Lots of good stuff for water related activities too like clothes, sunglasses, suits, boards, boots, and kayaks!

Wow!!! Such an amazing show room! The staff are quick, efficient, FRIENDLY and soooo helpful. They knew what I needed, even when I didnt! Hahaha! I grabbed a couple of their hooded long sleeve sunshirts and theyre the first thing I reach for now everytime I go out to play. THANK YOU!!

I am going to be clearly biased in this review because I am on the best wave of my life thanks to IWS and the 2021 Axis A24. It is Better than big,!! Christian, Leo and the whole crew at Idaho Falls IWS are killing it. The new shop is awesome and that team is committed to having you on the water. Check out their pro shop!! Somehow with everything going on they still have a sick selection of boards and gear to keep it going. Thank you to the IWS team for another sick summer!! Props to Mike on the finance side for taking care of business as well. Best rate on a boat I’ve ever seen!!!

Worst place to shop!! Do not go here this place has the worst customer service! Stay with the trusted business that has been around for years and not the new one ripping off ppl!!

Honest and fair.I brought my boat in for service and they were on time as promised. I then decided to trade my boat in for a new one and had excellent service. I will be returning.

We have found them difficult to work with. Poor communication and the location manager is curt and dismissive. We are not difficult to work with and really tried. What was told to us by the sales rep was not honored by IWS when we purchased the boat. Weve literally confirmed and argued with the manager when trying to get the finishing items completed before pick up. One of the items promised to us was to have the boat detailed prior to picking it up. The manager said it had been done even though there were hard water drops on the outside AND the cup holders had pony-tail holders and gum wrappers in them. When we asked about it, we were told by the manager that a complete detail is too expensive and not part of the purchase. We told him that we ended up doing it ourselves and his response was, Ok! Good! Well at least I wont charge you for doing it! There are no words. IWS in IF is currently the only Malibu dealer. I suggest two things: Get EVERYTHING you are promised about the purchase IN WRITING from the sales rep OR just save yourself some grief and purchase somewhere else. UPDATE: 7/2/2020 Just picked up the boat after it went in to be serviced. They detailed the boat and the boat mechanic supervisor was good to work with, friendly and explained everything. Made it a much better experience!

Nothing but great experiences at the family owned and operated Idahowatersports. I have purchased boats from two of their three locations and feel I was well taken care of in sales and service. Idahowatersports gets it that our summers are short and it’s clients want to maximize their time on the water. I have seen them put in the extra hours to make that happen for myself and others. I highly recommend Idahowatersports to friends as well for parts, gear and other water sports equipment. Beyond wakeboats, Idahowatersports carries a large assortment of kayaks, stand up paddle boards and other boating and watersports gear. Idahowatersports can easily source from its three location to find the gear that fits as well as the new or used boat. Looking forward to years more boating with Idahowatersports. They are all watersports enthusiasts like their clients so they get the needs of their clients and strive to fulfill them.

Had extremely frustrating experience. And when I picked the boat up, after 10 days and no work done on it, I hooked up to the boat and left without being contacted or questioned as to what I was doing.

People out there bad experience with this place buying there accessories, warranties are a joke just don’t waist your time even Walmart is Better then this guys don’t recommend this place if you need good service go to precisión boat!!!!!

We were very frustrated with our experience at Idaho Water Sports in Idaho Falls. We scheduled an appointment a month in advance for an estimated 2 day job. They had our boat for over a week and nothing was done. When we called we were told that higher priority clients came in and everything else got bumped. Our scheduled appointment meant nothing. We never talked to the same person twice and everyone told a different story/price. Unless you’re buying a brand new boat from them I do not recommend taking your boat here.
