There are two people named Mike at Precision you need to meet. Mike in the sales department found us the perfect boat, but it needed some work. Mike in the service department made complicated things easy. I wasn’t rushed, I was informed, and I can’t express how much I love my boat. My family loves this boat and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of the guys at Precision. Thank you guys! Tim in parts is absolutely amazing!!!!!!! Customer service here is by far the worst I’ve ever felt with. When a customer walks into a place they will be spending a good amount of money. They should be met with a Good morning or good day. Then asked how they can be helped. Every time I come in I have to get someone’s attention. This is the forth time I’ve been in. It will also be the last.

I took my boat in to be serviced the first part of March. Knowing it was their busy season I fully expected to wait several weeks to have it looked at. So when I dropped it off I told them the perfect pass display needed to be replaced, the speedometer didn’t work and the gel coat had a chip. I suggested to them they ought to order the perfect pass because of the time it would take to get. Well needless to say they didn’t think about my boat until they brought it into their shop 3 months later. Then they “summerized” it, which I have no idea how that cost almost $400. They called and said they did as much as they could on the speedometer (which still doesn’t work), have to check with perfect pass to see if they can find a part and haven’t had anyone look at the gel coat. So $400, three months and zero progress on anything I asked them to do. But at least my boat was summerized (which I did not ask to be done.) They do good work when they are not busy or want the work.

I’ve had my boat serviced here on multiple occasions. Mike in the service department is excellent.

Things did not go well with service on my older Mercury 9.9. However, the owner Greg was committed to making it right and he made sure I ended up happy. I appreciate a business that stands behind their work when things go wrong. I recommend Precision Boats!

I highly recommend this dealership. I called the sales personnel with a few questions regarding component specifications. The representative (Greg) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took the time and extra effort to send exact measurements and details to make sure I had the correct information. Class-act customer service!

Need better boat mechanics who pay attention to detail! Picked boat up today and found the batteries not hooked up after they had disconnected them.

I did not have a good experience with the service department and I would never go back. I needed my machine scanned with a computer and it sat there for 5 weeks.

Best boat place in town, The staff here is great I have purchased 2 boats from these guys and both boats have been awesome they were very helpful and made the transactions very smooth. Greg and mike are both great to work with they will answer all your questions that you have.

While I have good experience with the parts or service departments. When they sell used equipment, they asa looking for money, not in my view, treating the customer fair.In the end it is my fault for trusting a sales person.

The service department is top notch!

Took 10 minutes for someone to help us, but once we were helped, the salesman was knowledgeable and answered almost all of my questions. Good selection of toys and seemed the salesman used many of them. May be back to purchase if they are willing to dicker some on the price.

My husband and I were in there looking at duck hunting boats. We looked at a couple of boats for about 15-20 mins. There was 5 guys working (they looked at us). No one asked to help us or acknowledged us. There were no other customers on the floor. We left. I called later to talk to the manager. He was busy, I told the person on the phone what happened. He never asked my name or number. Im sure nothing was done. We will NEVER go back.

I usually am treated fairly well by these folks. Unfortunately the young man who helped me on the phone today absolutely rudeand unhelpful. I felt as though I was a burden and treated as such. Disappointing well question myself if ill do anymore bussiness wuth this company due to this experience.

Im sure if you want to buy a $40k+ ski boat theyd be happy to help. I wanted to buy a simple fishing boat (~$15k) and was told we dont really make any money on deals like this and was treated like a leper. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and received a good deal and appropriate treatment.

Beware....horrible customer service. I have tried so many times to see if it was just a one time experience, but it keeps happening. When there are 3 men behind the counter & NONE of them come ask if I need help (maybe because I am not male). It’s as if they can smell whether you have money or not & that is how you get treated when the door opens and the bell chimes.

I recently bought a boat, trailer, and motor combo that was originally sold by Precision Boats in 2005. The motor was never titled as Idaho doesnt require an outboard to be titled. Utah on the other hand does require a title for outboards. The previous owner bought the boat used and so I didnt really have an option to get any documentation back to origination through ownership. I called up Greg with Precision and asked if they by chance had the MSO still. They in fact did have the documentation and put it in the mail the same day!! I definitely would give them a shot as they had no obligation to send it to me (3rd owner of the boat 12 years later). If Im ever in the area I would definitely give them an opportunity!!!

These are my new boat guys. I have an older boat. They fixed a problem that I have had unresolved for over a year. The tune up was awesome. My boat has never started up by turning the key for 1 second. I was just testing the battery to see if it needed charged by turning it over once. The boat fired right up. Why is there not an option for 10 stars.

HORRIBLE service department. I took my boat in and paid over $800 only for them to make the problem worse! Changed my timing and almost took out my engine. Wouldnt work with me and just wanted me to bring it back to charge me more. Im not paying them to train service techs.Took it to someone else for less than an hour of shop time, runs perfect after they corrected what Precision made worse!

Their service is good most of the time and theyve been alright with everything else, this is where we service our boat. However, once I wss in there with 3 small children and had to wait a full half hour while the associate chatted with another customer and didnt take the time (3 minutes) to help me pay for the boat flag I needed until he was finished chatting.

We had some prop problems and they could not have been more helpful! Got a new prop and boat runs like a champ. Many kudos to the whole service shop.

I don’t know much about this location but it’s where I got my riding gloves while I was in Idaho, next time I’m there I’d buy another pair, it’s a great place for getting the big kid toys (dads or moms toys)

I dont know if its because we came in 30 minutes before closing but the guy at the front desk didnt even look at us. Not even acknowledge that we were in the store. We stood there for a few minutes trying to decide between which item to get. He never once came over and asked if we needed help. Which we actually wanted an option on this particular item. We looked around and decided on an item and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes with no one in sight. One of the mechanics had to call some to ring us up. This was our second time shopping in the store. The first time they didnt really give us the time of day either because there were other people there looking at high dollar items and therefore was not able to talk to anyone that time. Not impressed with the customer service and really dont care to shop there anymore.

Just recently bought an outboard kicker motor from these guys. Gregory helped answer a lot of questions I had and was dead set on beating the competition around town and did. Then Timothy from the parts department hooked me up with everything I needed to get going on the water. I have bought a lot of stuff from Timothy and come in with some pretty weird serial numbers and descriptions on parts and he has nailed it every time with what I need.
