Ordered wheels tires where in within a week. Tyler the tech in shop mounted them up and installed them. Friendly great service.

I took both of my trucks in there for front end and brake work. They did a great job. Also had both of the trucks get alignments they did great and the cost was fair. Fast service and a friendly staff!

Always have had good service here and trust them more than the dealer for checking breaks and suspension parts. Tires are great as well and they will take the time to talk with you about different options and what are good all the way to the best option and give an honest opinion and feedback on tires.

My Wife did not have a good experience at this location. Im sure they are usually good but our customer service did not go well. Came in just over a month ago to swap out our snow tires. While my wife waited, one of the mechanics are in with one of the tires and kept saying youll need to replace these now otherwise youll be back in a month so itll be better to do it now. It wont last longer than a month. My wife was obviously concerned and asked what type of explanation could he give us as to why the tires wouldnt last longer than a month and he just kept saying the tires were bad and needed to be replaced and they wouldnt go longer than a month. She tried a couple of times to get a legitimate explanation but that was no use. We decided to not do it because the tires had a good year left in them in our opinion. They are worn and older but the life was in fact good. We have been using them for over a month now and they are doing just as good as before. Based upon how the situation went it just looked like a typical shop that was trying to take advantage of my wife since she was a woman. Lot of mechanics have a bad reputation when it comes to taking advantage of women and trying to Udell them because of the stereotype of not knowing as much about cars as men do. Thats what we walked away from this experience as feeling and will never come back because of it. Only want to deal with good honest mechanics that dont look to take advantage of people when they think they can get something out of them. Im sure people will continue to enjoy their service but we will look elsewhere in the future.

We replaced our back tires a month ago and our front tires needed to be replaced. We called to ensure they had the same tires and they said yes then when we went to get the two tires they refused to sell us the two tires demanding that we buy 4 and fully replace the tires. Also there bathrooms are poorly designed, the paper towel dispenser was right up against the wall and difficult to manually retrieve wipes from

I have taken my vehicle to them 4 times now to try a resolve this problem I have been having with my brakes seizing up on me. They had my vehicle all day today from 8am to 6:15pm they said that they fixed the problem but a mile down the road I sit stranded with my brakes seized up! I understand that they are trying to resolve the problem but after 4 times of doing the same thing with no positive results I am going to have to go elsewhere to resolve this issue.

Right in the middle of mowing my lawn, the riding mower blew a tire. I pulled the wheel off and went straight to Les Schwab on 17th street. Even though it was a very small low value job, they took the tire back and repaired it while I waited. Their courtesy and friendly service always excedes my expectations.

I went in to have a tire checked & it had a nail. They fixed it, checked my other tires & brought them all up to pressure...no charge. Great people, friendly, & professional. I highly recommend them!

Ive purchased multiple sets of tires, for my personal, and business vehicles, from Les Schwab, all of them at this location. The service is very good. The employees are polite and friendly. The techs will get it done ASAP. As long as you dont arrive when they are extremely busy, wait times are very reasonable. Or, you can drop off your vehicle, and theyll give you a call when its ready.The tires they sell are quality, and their free flat repair, rotations, and warranty is great.Other locations Ive visited for rotations and flat repairs have been just as good.I hope the new owners of Les Schwab Inc. dont change a thing. All of the franchises Ive dealt with have been good.

A little bit disappointed that when I called for a seasonal changeover they said it would be $80 but when I got there they said $200. As it turns out they do charge extra if the tires were not bought there but I felt a $120 surcharge just to swap tires out was very excessive.I guess we wont be buying our summer tires from this shop, onto the next one who wants new business.. Update: at least one good sign is someone is checking reviews and responded quickly. I appreciate that, I just wish the guy at the store could be so reasonable.

I took my wifes car in today because I noticed it has a bubble on the tire. I have worked with this location for about 15 years both at work and personally. The tire was ruined and the other three were at the end of their useful tread life. I asked Dave for his recommendation and I agreed with it and approved putting them on my car. He indicated they would get my car into the shop in about 30 minutes. With a boatload of undercommit over deliver my car was ready to go before I even thought it was due to go back. My experience was outstanding but that was also what I anticipated which is why I go back. Thanks guys!

I went in today to purchase new tires. They told me it would take up to an hour and a half. I had my 18 month old daughter with me so I had planned to walk over to Apple Athletic Club. I returned 90 minutes later and was told my car was next in line. I was and I am still very frustrated! They had my number and could have notified me! I asked for my keys and left. I truly value honesty and communication, and Les Schwab lacked both today. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Im so grateful for the crew at Les Schwab!!! My experiences with Les Schwab always have been beyond satisfying! I took my flat tire in which I had taken to Walmart auto- center the day before. The crew at Walmart told me my tire was not able to be fixed and that I needed to replace all 4 tires. Les Schwab not only patched my tire, they didnt charge me, and also checked all 4 tires letting me know they did not need replaced yet. I am a business owner in Idaho Falls. I got a flat tire on my main service vehicle, and put the spare on. I needed to get new tires ASAP, as this vehicle is pertinent in the day-to-day operations of my business. Tim went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of and did it at the drop of a dime.On a separate and unrelated occasion, I had my truck in their parking lot and I left the lights on. When I got back to the truck, the battery was dead. Without even asking, Tim came out with a jump pack to make sure I could get on my way.Tim and the other guys here have gone above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road in a quick minute. Nothing but good things to say.

These guys are absolutely amazing. All of my family goes here but my experience tonight stands out. With all the snow recently it was to a point that my car could not get out of our own driveway EVER! I was almost resorting to leave it on the side of the road in front of the house, but was afraid it would get towed. At the very last minute I decided I needed new tires. I called them at 5:30 and i thought I wouldn’t be able to get tires but i could at least see if they had some in stock and make an appointment for tomorrow. I called ahead and spoke to Sarah, she was very helpful! They had the tires I needed and got them on the very same evening. I felt so bad that they stayed after their closing time, but I was also very grateful! They did a fantastic job and now I have amazing tires to help not keep my car stuck in my driveway!

Just stopped in for a quick air pressure check. Right in and back on the road again.

Not good, I made an appointment for an alignment and was assured all was well. Upon arrival: “I don’t see you in our system and we don’t have room”. I can prove the appointment by the number on my phone. If hiring Les Schwab in Idaho Falls, go to the store on Constitution Way, they will treat you right and you won’t get looked at like there is something wrong with you.

We got a mail in our tires. The tires were newish, and we didnt even purchase them from Les Schwab. They were SO nice to us and were not going to allow us pay them! We insisted, and the man said keep this receipt and the next time you purchase tires well be hapoyntontake $20 off the purchase price if you come here. We were in and out in less that 12-15 minutes!!! I told them they were faster than fast food joints! Well be back there. What amazing customer service!!!!!! Thanks you. (And they have free water and popcorn!)

I took my car in for a tire patch and they were quick and ended up not even charging me for the patch. VERY impressed with their service and I will definitely be using them again, and recommending others do the same!

Would not recommendOur car is having issues starting. Figured it was the battery, saw the good reviews on google so decided to bring it to Les Schwab. They also had a free battery check so thought this was great. Took the car in, they said the battery was fine. Asked them about the starting issue, was told by the worker nothing came up so not to worry about it. Now, two days later, my car is dead in my garage because it won’t start. But hey, dont worry about it because the battery is fine.Upset they did not take time to listen to me explain to them that my car is having starting issues and it was an assumption by me that it might be the battery. When the battery checked out fine, I wish they would have looked further. Wish they would take care of the customer. Will never go back. I only ask that the owner look more closely at how the employees handle customers concerns.

One of the only places I will go to get my car aligned. They have a rack that is flush with the ground so any lowered vehicle can be aligned! Very nice! The alignment tech is always helpful and doesnt BS you with thousands of dollars of repairs every time (like every other alignment shop). They have my business and will continue to. Plus, scheduling online is a great feature they recently added!

Easy in and out. A bit of a wait but thats understandable.

Stopped in today to see if they could fix my bent rim (I hit a curb). They told me they could take a look and let me know, they had it fixed in 15 mins. I had taken the dog to the Greenbelt and they called to let me know it was done...and that I had damaged my sidewall. They had a matching used tire and I okayed the work. I called them back to see if they could rotate all of the tires. I got back to the shop after about an hour...and the work was complete. Off I went. When I got home....I wanted to see how funny my hubcap looked, since I had taken a big chunk out of it as well. They had taken the broken piece and glued it back together for me. Also, the rim looks great! The best part?! I didnt have to spend my day off waiting all day in a tire shop or chasing around to get it fixed. I have never felt like they have tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. Thanks, Les Schwab!

These folks know how to hustle, and the online appointments made scheduling a breeze. It seemed like they were a little under staffed because there were several customers waiting in line in the lobby. All in all, they seemed to do a good job.

I bought studded snow tires here last year. I just had them swap my tires to the studded for the winter. They are so friendly and service oriented. I always have a good experience.

I just went in to get tire pressure checked. Due to the cold temperatures, low pressure warning had been coming on.

I would like to start this negative review with recognition that the sales and service team as well as the ladies at the front desk at this location and every other location I have been to are always MORE than amazing. THIS particlur review is in reference to the management at Les Schwab. As a customer, I was BLOWN AWAY at how negatively I saw the employees getting treated by management. We are talking swearing at them in front of customers, calling them names (including vulgarities.) I was absolutely disgusted leaving the location. Whats worse, is this isnt the first time I have witnessed it first hand as a customer at this location. I know that all of these men are working way too hard to be treated with such disrespect. I filed a complaint with the cooporate office in hopes that there will be an investigation done on the management. I know Les Schwab didnt spend his lifes work for some power-abusing jerk to ruin it all. I will be that KAREN until this gets resolved.

Ive been a customer since around 2003 and I have always had great service. For a specialty automotive shop they are among the best. I needed roadside service and they came through. They got the chance to provide warranty coverage on a tire puncher by a bolt, no problem. They get busy like any good place of business you might have a little time to eat free popcorn or coffee. All in all I theyre a good guys. Thanks

I have been a long time customer and was very disappointed when the man behind the counter told me he was going to charge me $200.00 to install them because they were not purchased from them. Bought new wheels. But the car was vibrating excessively when driven over 55mph. Took the car back, but was told that additional parts need to be installed (hub-centric rings). The rings are were not available for 4 days. Then on third time it looked better. But at high speeds I still have balance issues. The car is worse than before I took it in to buy tires.They are happy to take your good money but it will be several attempts for them to do a good job.If you want tires or rims consider Sams or COSTCO clubs instead.

These guys are great to work with, they take the time to know their customers and call me by name when I walk in.

They will rip you off tried to sell me tires that didnt fit my 22s, claiming it was the same size, also they offered a whole set of shoes but no alignment for 750 for a sedan. Big o tires gave me an oil change alignment and a set of better brand tires for the same price. Dont go there and they dont care if you are a veteran they will only discount added services unless you ask for a manager. This place is a joke 🤡

Went to see how much to replace my rims that I purchased (same size just different style) was quoted $88 and would be done in 30 to 40 minutes, Mechanic brought me into the shop to discuss some questions then told me it would be a price of $140. Absolutely ridiculous $140 for 30 to 40 minutes worth of work, I know where not to go for tires in a month or two.

I came all the way across town to get an alignment for them to say they dont do Volkswagen. I told them over the phone the car. That I was bringing and they didnt say a word.

Traveling to Idaho Falls for work and the rental car I was driving had a slow leak. The rental company said that they had a direct bill with Less Schwab for tire repair. Dropped off the car and ask them to look at it. They were understanding and said they would work it into their schedule. They ended up calling me by the time i returned to the hotel and said it was complete. No issues for the rest of the trip. Appreciated their quite response.

Ive been a customer of Les Schwab for as long as Ive been an adult, and my family has always used them too. I can count on them to be honest and trustworthy with all things tires and batteries, and if I needed the other services they have (I fortunately havent yet), Id be glad to trust them with those too. For not having to arrange an appointment first, they are always quick to diagnose and resolve flats. As an added bonus, theyve never charged me for that service. At times, tires can be a little bit more expensive here than elsewhere, but the service experience they give their customers is unmatched anywhere.

We were in Idaho Falls on a Saturday afternoon about to leave to drive home and our brake line busted on the drivers side. We called them and they got us right in! An hour later they had fixed it and we were able to drive home. Superior service, they were great! Highly recommended!

Nothing but good to say about 17th Street Les Schwab. I needed studded snow tires for a fleet of service vans, and they were all shipped within a day. Forty minutes, and I was in and out with the first one. My fellow drivers will find it equally as easy.

Fast friendly service. They had the only tire in town for my vehicle and as soon as I pulled in and parked they started to change my tire and I was back on the road in about 40 minutes. Highly recommend this store.

Ive had my vehicle serviced here before. It was the middle of winter a few years ago and I needed snow tires. They had what I needed in stock and they installed them in a small amount of time. It was generally a pretty good experience and the prices were fair. The technician was nice and explained everything to me.

Prompt, professional and courteous service, my wife and I couldnt ask for more. They were well recommended to us and rightly so. We will gladly do business with them again.

I always receive amazing service anytime I come to this Les Schwab. One time in particular, we arrived to have our alternator tested because our car was giving us trouble. Long story short, our starter seized up when they were trying to work on our car and we needed it towed to another shop. It was on a Saturday, when most shops are closed. Matt was helping us and he called around to different shops to find out who could service our car that day. He even set up the tow truck for us. He went above and beyond to make sure our car was ready for me to take to work the next day. We also bought a used car and soon after got a slow leak in the tire. They fixed the leak for free even though the tires werent purchased at Les Schwab because we always buy our tires from Les Schwab. Grateful to have good people working at a good business near us.

This place is crooked. All they want to do is sell you more stuff for your car. We bought 4 new tires for our car because they said we couldnt just buy 2. Then 2 months later the front two were falling apart. I brought my car back in and told them what happened, they said it was my fault for not getting them aligned. If that was the issue they should have told me to get them aligned when the tires were put on, and even if it was an alignment issue they shouldnt wear down to the strings in 2 months. So we bought 2 more tires ( ironically this time they DID allow us to buy 2 tires instead of 4). Right after that my car was swerving all over the road. A week later my back tire went completely flat. Took it in and they said they were unable to repair the tire, tried to sell me yet ANOTHER new tire!!! I left and got it repaired else where for a fair price. The car was still swerving all over and getting worse to the point I felt we were in danger. Once again reluctantly I brought it in again. They told me they couldnt find anything wrong but that we needed new struts. After leaving the swerving problem was fixed, I assume they didnt tighten something from before, and Im not buying new struts because my car is working perfectly. Im thinking about making a formal complaint to corporate about this place. DO NOT GO THERE.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had them take off my spare tire and balance and put on the regular tire. Instead of putting my spare tire in the designated indent in my trunk, they literally threw it into my trunk, breaking my set of crystal glasses and lava lamp. Now I have shattered glass everywhere and all of the liquid from my lava lamp spilled all over my trunk, damaging everything else I had in there. Because they were so careless and in a hurry to get done with a simple job, they damaged about $80 worth of my possessions. That I now have to replace my self, and of course they didnt bother to tell me what they had done. I only found out when I went to unpack the few things I had in my trunk. INCREDIBLY unprofessional and very rude. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. Id recommend going to Big O Tires, or anyone else but Les Schwab.

I got new tires 37,000 miles ago from here. They have a 60,000 mile warranty, but I have to get them replaced now, while Im in Kentucky (No Les Schwab here), and Les Schwab wont honor the warranty unless I ship them the tires. 37k is nowhere near 60k, I drive carefully, never go off road, apparently these are just garbage tires.

Needed a flat repair shortly before closing. They were courteous, professional and very helpful.

Bought four new tires on a older car. When I left the tires felt unbalanced and felt like a washboard road. I finally looked to see if I had lost a weight and found that the center of my rims on the front had been hit and fresh cracks to the aluminum in the center of the rims. Took back and was told that the center did not matter to the balance and that possibly there tooling did the damage. The tires still feel unbalanced and since getting the tires the car pulls to the left possibly due to hitting the rim while on the car. Could not get a straight answer why the rims where damaged in the first place. Talked to the manager and I guess doing the right thing does not matter.
