Slow getting specialty things ordered, but they have most things youd expect here. If they dont have it, and cant get it, they arent shy about telling you where to go to find what you need. Thats pretty admirable now days

[fixing my phone]The guys were extremely helpful, I came in on a super busy day. every competitor store was closing early if they were even open and refused to help me till the middle of the next week. not only that but they offered to fully fix my phone for cheaper than what other places offered to only fix the front of my screen. on top of all of this, the guys were super friendly and helpful. this is where ill be taking my friends if they ever need help with their phones.

They had great customer service and explained what I needed very well. The rep was attentive and walked me through everything they were doing to fix my phone. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

The guys here really know their stuff and are knowledgeable and dont try to sell you more than you need. Definitely go back!

Bought absolutely nothing. As a business plan, it seems pretty random. They didnt have the thing we needed because they dont sell anything like it (piano keyboard power source, best buy sent us there idk), but they went above and beyond in their service to try and help us find a place that does sell what we needed. I was impressed that their teenage employee took responsibility in something so random because they wanted us to have a good experience.

I needed a phone screen replacement, and I was able to get it for a fair price. What really impressed me was the customer service experience provided by Laura. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was fast and the product is high-quality.

The guys were nice and put a new battery in my car in no time at all.

Store inventory was messed up and battery was not available at the promised time. Had to wait until the next day to get it. Store substituted the Duracell battery for a Magna Power battery. I specifically purchased from Batteries Plus to get the Duracell name.

So went in to get like two things, a kid named Joseph Spratling was very rude. I asked him if he was having a bad day in that low-stress environment store. He proceeded to be even more rude and condescending. So I told him I was going to leave this review and he egged me on and told me to do it because he was new and management wouldn’t care and didn’t care about google reviews. Everyone else was great.

They didnt have the battery I needed for my cellphone. But they said I could order it online from Amazon. I was able to get a battery for my camcorder so the trip from Rexburg to Idaho Falls wasnt a total loss. The store is kinda small so they do have a limited supply but if they dont have what you are looking for, they might be able to order it...

Everyone was extremely polite and cordial. I needed a new phone battery. When they didnt have mine in stock they ordered it and called me when it got to the store. When I came in to get my new battery, they asked me if I had my phone with me and installed the new battery in my phone.

They were able to order special batteries for a power wheelchair. Saved about half of what the medical supply place wanted.

Good people knowledgeable had what I needed

My husband and I bought new phones and wanted liquid glass on to protect our screens. Our usual place (U Break I Fix) was closed for the evening. We didnt want to risk any scratches on the new phone screens so we left our phone carrier and went straight to Batteries+Bulbs to get the liquid glass installed. We paid for the most expensive option so we had the most screen coverage if there was ever any damage. The employee took our phones in the back room and applied the liquid glass. We waited over 15 minutes for him to install and cure it. Seemed legit. Well, the glass started peeling and lifting a few weeks later. We have liquid glass on all of our devices and know this is uncharacteristic. We took our phones into U Break I Fix today and found out that the liquid glass was never applied. So we paid for the liquid glass at Batteries+Bulbs and it wasnt actually installed. The employee must have just pocketed the product. We are very upset and hope we can get refunded for this very poor action. Very disappointing!*Update* I was able to speak to the store manager, Laura, on 12/7. She was very kind and fixed this issue. I really appreciate Lauras willingness to correct the mistake and will return to the store in the future based on our interaction. Thanks Laura!

Went into the store to have a cracked screen repaired. While removing it they damaged the phone. They will replace with a refurbished one, but expected me to pay for the screen repair I didnt get and then give them the broken phone to reuse parts. Employee yelled at me after realizing I was recording him and then slammed the door. Go elsewhere!

I went to the store yesterday for a flashlight for my husband for Christmas...we had previously been there for battery for our trailer and my husband saw a flashlight he wanted. When I went in to the store a lady rushed out to help me... thats good right. I picked up a flashlight to look at to see if it was the one my husband wanted...I didnt think it was..so I tried to look at another...the lady wouldnt let me shop...I tried to tell her that I didnt think it was the right one. She said that he could just return it if it wasnt. I said ok...and she went to take it behind the counter.I noticed another isle with flashlights so I went to look at them. I lowered my mask for a second to get a breath and the lady immediately shouted from the counter to put my mask back up. I then returned to the counter once again not being able to even look at the items... deciding to just get that one...I didnt have the correct card on me to purchase it....she said she would keep it till I came back....I have decided not to come back.... mostly because I feel she was treating me like I was trying to steal something...not being left alone to even check out the items...being pushed to purchase something I thought was not correct. I have worked retail for more than 30 years...23 at Fred Meyer, 7 at Macys, and now work for infinity coins...I have handled millions of dollars in cash and merchandise...never stolen anything...and really dislike be treated as a theif.

Not impressed, prices are quite high (which I understand for some things you just can’t get anywhere else) but customer service was just bad. I walked in and one gentleman was helping some people out, so I found what I needed and went up to the counter to wait for him to have a moment to check me out. Another gentleman came from the back while I was waiting, but instead of acknowledging me, he went to help another customer that walked in after me. He then brought her up to the counter and again ignored me as he checked out the other customer. After which he finally acknowledged me and proceeded to ring out my one item. Only came here cause I needed a bulb everyone else was out of, and cost me over twice as much. Won’t be back.

I took my Samsung phone to get the screen replaced. I was going to go to ubreakifix but they didnt have the parts in stock at the time. I called batteries plus and they had the parts but they were $40 more. Regrettably I decided to go with batteries plus. The screen did get replaced and is functioning well. However, they broke the back glass on my phone and the flash light no longer worked. The staff was very apologetic and ordered a new back glass for my phone. A week later the parts came in. I took my phone back to them to leave it for another day and got it back with yet another broken back glass. Again the staff apologized and then told me that the reason this keeps happening is because they dont use genuine Samsung parts. So to recap my frustration: I paid $40more for non genuine parts and still do not have a fully repaired phone. iI asked if there was some sort of discount they could offer me for this major inconvenience. They offered me $20 and they would fix the back glass (for the 3rd time) or $30 but they wouldnt fix the back glass for that. Im sorry, but Im already $40 more, a $20 refund just does not make this worth it. However for lack of options I accepted the $20 and they told me they would order the Samsung glass. Im waiting for that new glass. I will update this review one, or if, they get it fixed. Save yourself time, money and frustration and just go to ubreakifix.

Staff was rude, uneducated about the product, and really seamed more interested in talking to friends. I like spending my money locally so thankfuly Verns RadioShack had what I was looking for, and could help me with my questions.

Got my phone fixed here, customer service was good but while waiting in line forever I noticed Laura, who must have been the manager, was not treating her employees very well. She was flat out rude to an older employee and he looked so embarrassed in front of the store full of customers.

Great service

My experience started off rough, but turned out great. I needed a net key fob for my truck and the store displayed a sign for key fobs. I went in and the process sounded great. My first key took a week to arrive but failed to work because it was the wrong one, the second key arrived a week later and also failed to work. I had some struggles with the staff, however I sent my frustration to management. We worked together and they were excellent. Some issues were a miscommunication, some were out of both our hands, and they really took the time and effort to make sure things were right in the end. They were awesome. Thank you Laura, for doing business the right way.

The vehicle/battery match on the website worked well. The price was fair, and an online discount made it better. Pickup was easy and was impressed all employees had masks on.

I got my iphone screen replaced for 270 dollars (after tax) after i got it replaced the next day the phone screen broke the screen isnt the right shape i couldnt get a screen protector to fit around the edges. i would highly recommend not going here to get your screen replaced over price and a waste of money i would recommend youbreakIfix they replaced it for 100 dollars less and it fits better service and his hasnt broken. i would say batteries and bulbs was the biggest waste of time in my life

I traveled to Idaho Falls from Salt Lake City Utah and had forgotten my DSLR camera battery. I went to 3+ places none carried it. Walked in here and they had everything I needed. Travis was so helpful and gave me some great advice in regards to my battery!

First time buyer online, Set up an account after finding the batteries I needed. Other Hardware stores and Walmart did not carry them and Batteries Plus made it so easy to find and purchase. Even got my wife to stop in and pickup at store while out and about. No shopping (hunting) or checkout, just pickup prepaid at the counter. Auto dim welding helmet restored and back in action.

The battery on my riding lawn mower kept dying about every 3 weeks. The guys (Pablo and Allen) at batteries plus were extremely helpful in problem solving what was the matter with the lawn mower. They charged the battery for me multiple times. I left satisfied every time.

The co. is messed up. The web site says the item is in the store and it is not. The web site says I can pick it up and the store tells me they have to order and it will be 10 days. The co. email says Ill need the order number, a photo ID and the credit card I used for the online purchase to pick it up. The store is happy to just see the email on my phone. And why does the co. say I need the whole lot in the first place? Does any other co. do this? Not hat I know of.But I got the product exactly as I wanted and at a good price.

I went in to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced was awesome looked great however about a day or two later the service completely went out for about a week so I took it in to get a look they said it was fine and maybe I needed a new sim card even though I had only had my phone a year but we took the advice and got a new SIM card and that failed to fix the problem we took it in about 10-15 times within a month because of the service every time they said it wasn’t there fault and they could do nothing about it however it was working perfectly fine before we took it in then after it stopped working

Terrible customer service. When I had my batteries checked they said they were bad. Come to find out I just needed to add water to them.

AWESOME customer service! The prices arent always the best, but their people are definitely working hard to earn my business. I can almost always beat their prices by ordering online, but if the price is within a few dollars, Ill just go ahead and swing by here after work. Also, if I need something in a hurry and I dont want to wait a week for it to arrive, then this place is suddenly worth a dollar or two more.

I have been overall satisfied with Batteries Plus. Customer Service is pretty good. I was referred here from eTECH and neither eTECH or Batteries Plus was able to repair my phone but I appreciate that Batteries Plus offered a wide variety of companies in the area who could possibly help me out. iBreakuFix & the store in Walmart was able to get me all sorted out. It is nice to know Batteries Plus are available and places like them to serve the community and I appreciate the help I received today.

Bought four wheeler Duracell battery with two year warranty for $139. Bought instead of one that cost $80 with lesser warranty because salesman told me Duracell stood behind their products. To bad Batteries + doesnt! Took back April 13th still under warranty, but they would not replace. Asked when last time started four wheeler, gave them honest answer first of January. They told me that voided my warranty which tells me they will do anything they can to not honor their warranties. Have Dixon lawn mower with 3 year old Die Hard battery, not started since September, which started first try that same day. Four Wheeler always stored in garage next to lawnmower where temperature kept above 35 degrees in the winter! The person helping was indifferent about the whole situation. Last time will go to Batteries + after shopping there for years!

Batteries Plus is a joy to shop at. All the employees are very very knowledgeable and very very pleasant and patient to work with.

Almost 3x more expensive for a UPS battery. I ordered online, got it after 2 days, and paid a third for it, including shipping...

I came in to get some AAAA batteries and they had them. They are kind of pricey, however. All in all, it was an easy transaction and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever experienced. I went in to get my screen fixed on my phone & when I returned for it the guy fixing it said he broke my home button in the process. Rather than offering to fix it or even reimburse me, he tried sending me on my way. Obviously angry I asked what he expected me to do about a problem he caused, the ending result was I got a refund, he put my broken screen back on and my home button was still broke. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place in town.
