Great customer service, and great tire service. I visited the store in my search for tire replacement for all four tires. They educated me on the tires and the ones which suited my needs. They were not pushy just informative. I decided to go with them and when I went in to change my tires they suggested an alignment and then run the total cost. The service was fast. They came back saying I didnt need an alignment and that was taken off the total bill. I was impressed with their honesty and service. I would have had no idea they didnt perform an alignment. Its the simple things that get me and I am definitely going back.

I have had nothing but good experiences with commercial tire on 17th street in Idaho Falls. I have used them in the past for tires and recently purchased and had installed a lift on my truck. The store manager Joe and all of his guys are very respectful, knowledgeable, and have the highest standard for customer service. They remember me, and my wife each time. I would recommend to anyone looking for service on their vehicle to give this store a chance if they do the work. The guys are always so helpful and positive here. They go above and beyond. I recently needed a flat tire fixed and they took a look at it right away and quickly got back to me to let me know my options. Your not just another number here.

Wanted new rims on our truck and gave these guys a call about pricing. They not only gave us the best deal on these particular rims but also threw on a level kit I had that no other tire shop wanted to put on there since it wasnt their product. Id say commercial tire is now my go to for anything thats within their realm of expertise. Staff was awesome to work and talk with, manager was always on the floor providing any help or answers. Most of all Im very pleased with the work on the truck!

I Love this place. I recently moved back to the area and needed tires and an oil service. I called Enrique at the first of the week, he said my tires were not in stock but he would order them asap. By Thursday my tires were here and on Friday I was getting my new tires and oil service. Everyone here is awesome and attended to all my needs. Thank you, very satisfied customer

I thought I had a hole in my tire today but had no idea where. I honestly expected to be told there was a hole in my inner sidewall and would have to buy a new tire. The tech was super nice, got my truck in the shop a few minutes after I arrived, then about 30 minutes later handed me my keys and said I was good to go. He told me there was rocks between my tire and rim and didnt charge me anything to clean it out. I will definitely be back!

I would love to express my gratitude for the gentle men in this shop! I was ran into the middle of a round a bout this morning by someone who apparently was in a bigger hurry then I was to get to work safely. I headed right to Commercial Tire to have them make sure my car was not broken in the process. They gave it an alignment and checked it all over. Giving me the thumbs up nothing big was broken I went to pick my car up and they did not charge me for any of the work. These small acts of kindness are why I love our little country town! Thank you all so much for all you do!

I had a hole in my tire that I needed to get repaired due to a nail or screw. They were able to repair it quickly and they were very friendly.

They have fantastic customer service and are honest, which is huge to me especially when it comes to cars. They will sell you what you need, but they wont try to make you buy the most expensive. They will also tell you if you dont need something replaced (windshield wipers in my case).

It was a great experience. Commercial Tire was able to match (and then beat) the best prices I could find on tires for my Silverado. All of the guys there were very professional and organized. I heard the associates apologizing to some of the customers that days because they were somewhat backed up due to 2 sick calls from employees but the thing that impressed me the most was the store manager was out in the shop mounting tires and working shoulder to shoulder with his employees the entire time I was in the store. Way to lead by example! I will recommend this location to everyone I know!

It took a little bit longer than I expected but they got us right in when all of the other tire stores in town were 2 to 4 hours out before they could even get to us. They werent the cheapest in town but their prices were in line with most other tire stores but their customer service is worth the extra little bit that youd save by going to a discount store or Walmart. Im sure that the quality of the tires are much better and Im sure that the warranty coverage is better too!

Went to see how much to replace rims i purchased (same size just different style) and was told $65 after I agreed and ask to get the work done they came back and sorry that was the wrong price and would be a little more at $120. A little more is not double and $120 for 30 to 40 minutes worth of work is ridiculous, I know where not to go for tires in a month or two.

Just got my new tires put on, Korey has done an incredible job to, not only keep me on time since his shop was busy with phone calls and walks in, but also gave me some great customer service. He even inspected my air bags in the rear and told me exactly what was wrong and how to save money by just doing a simple check. Thank you again

Excellent service -- these guys will take care of you and go above and beyond. For example..... I had a filter cartridge that for my cabin filter, sitting in my sit, and they offered to install it for me, and did it for free. I bought Cooper tires from them and had them change my oil. Fast friendly and I know it was done right.

Was in a hurry to get out of town, replaced 2 tires on my camper fast with fair prices compared to other local shops.

Bad customer service. I have been to this commercial tire many times in the past and have always been impressed with the good customer service, their knowledge and they took they pride in their work. This past visit was the complete opposite. They were rude and took a very long time to do the work. They also did a poor job putting new tires on my vehicle. I took it in with clean rims and when I got it back both the tires and rims were covered in dirt and oil and the rims were scratched up as well. I posted a picture in the images section of Google reviews. You would think a tire store would want to showcase their product, take pride their work and possibly clean the tires once they were installed. Once they were finally done they said I needed an alignment and to come in the next day. I would think they would mention it while they had it in the shop and do it at the same time. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not be returning in the future.

Great place to get your tires changed. They usually have just what you need in stock and the staff is usually pretty friendly. I got some new tires for my Ford Focus and so far, Im happy with them.
