David made the most delicious lemon cake for my birthday! It was a bit of a rush special order, but it came out beautifully. We just finished the last few bites and were a bit sad that we had come to the end of that fantastic cake. Thank you for your hard work and lemony-sweet talents, David!

Wow!! Best pie crust I have ever had!! I got the hand pie and it was a somewhat life changing experience. I have dreamed about it since. The owner was very nice and helpful. The tables all have paper to draw on and watercolors, which I love!

We love the fun artistic atmosphere! The tables are covered with paper and each table is supplied with water paints, color pencils, and regular pencils so that customers can create their own work of art while they wait. I had the beef vegetable stew and it was so delicious! When I dont have time to make my own, I know where to come now to get my cozy stew fix. My daughter had the mac and cheese and she liked it too. Very friendly staff, scrumptious food, and fun creative atmosphere. Thumbs up for these guys!🙂

Stopped by here with my family after visiting Idaho Falls and was not disappointed. Delicious baked goods, the blueberry lemon scone was delicious, as was the chocolate chip cookie. The drinks were excellent as well, and the service was impeccable. I loved the idea of being able to paint and color on the tables, and my family had a lot of fun with the watercolors. The man running the place was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The baked goods from Elevate Bake Shop are made from scratch with care and a level of excellence not typically found in a town like IF (I have only found breads like these in Seattle, San Francisco, and other metro areas). This is hands down the BEST artisan bread you will find in this part of the state. Their hand pies, pot, pies, and fruit pies are amazing -- full of fresh, high-quality, mouth-watering deliciousness wrapped in a crispy, flaky, tender crust. Their quick pickup meals and family meals are a great choice over fast food or frozen food. Finally, the staff is friendly, caring, and will welcome you in like family. It is a special gem in SE Idaho!

Awesome new restaurant definitely worth checking out. The food was fresh and delicious. My wife had the Cobb salad which tasted like it was fresh from the garden (a difficult feat for March in Idaho) and I had the Cuban sandwich which was amazing. For my drink I had the cappuccino and my wife had the mimosa which had fresh strawberries and mint. Both drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back soon and will reccomend it to our friends! The renovation is coming along nicely, and Marcus is a hospitable host! It was great to have a quiet place to drink a glass of wine and catch up with an old friend. I think this is going to become a regular place for me to visit. I love that youre breathing new life into an old space. Well done so far, and Im excited to see how this establishment progresses.

Baked goods are delicious. Ive had their savory meat pies (chicken and beef) and theyre my favorites. Tried the curry chicken meat pie for the first time and it was outstanding, flaky crust filled with curry chicken. Try the lemon tart and the lemon blueberry scones...you wont be disappointed.

The croissants were flaky, buttery, and delicious. The cookies were soft, sweet and amazing...and if I could eat their bread all day everyday I would. As an added bonus... awesome kind people run this place too! Looking forward to another visit as soon as possible.

I had Dave’s Holiday - eggs, crispy potatoes, and pork green chile. It wasn’t spicy, but well flavored. The service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was delicious. Highly recommended!!!

The place has excellent service, a great atmosphere, and an awesome brunch. One major perk is the paper on the table for the kids (and Mom!).You can paint with water colors and/or draw with colored pencils. This is such a great idea and Im baffled why more restaurants dont do this.The bathrooms were very, very clean.The food was EXCEPTIONAL.The French toast is better than the other popular brunch joint in town. There, I said it. Just try it... French toast is a game changer.

Love this place! The atmosphere is friendly and fun. Food is absolutely delicious. You can tell that the ingredients are quality and they put a lot of thought into their frequently changing menu. They have a good-sized list of alcoholic drinks and delicious coffee. If this isn’t already on your list, it’s a must-visit for Idaho Falls.

I’m really impressed with this place. You can tell the food is prepared with quality- not just thrown together. I had the avocado toast with goat cheese and a latte- both were great! They’re currently only open for curbside pickup- not a problem for me, it was easy and convenient. Can’t wait to try more food from here!

I went here for the first time today and the atmosphere and general vibe of this cafe was so fun. I didn’t feel anxious or rushed, just peaceful. The employee I interacted with was so kind and personable with all the customers.

An absolute local gem! Great breads (sesame is my favorite), amazing food, coffee from Chapoleras, nice background music that is there but is not too loud. The tabletops on which you can paint are such a brilliant idea!

Went out with some girlfriends and we wanted to try something new. We were so pleased with 1 Fine Cafe...I think we found our new breakfast fave. The tables are covered in white paper and you can paint or draw with colored pencils. We ordered breakfast and everything was DELICIOUS. You can tell eveything was made from scratch. The avocado toast, quiche and Mediterranean fritata were amazing. We got baked goods to go. Excellent service and very clean. We will be back!

I don’t know what my favorite part of this brunch was, the quiche, the water color tablecloth, the fresh side salad or the personalized service... We will definitely be revisiting this lovely cafe.

I. Love.This. place. The food is trendy and fresh and freshly made and so delicious. Honestly feel good just ordering here. The staff is amazing and always greets you with a smile. It’s a feel good experience before you even get your food. Then you get your food and it just makes you happy. They’re fine with creating off menu items. I wish they had a couple of vegan things… But the chef and the server are so happy to figure something out for you. It’s a cute café like something you’d find in Denver, but it’s a hometown feel like something you’d find in a small town. For me, they are able to take the Mediterranean omelette and take out the eggs, throw in some potatoes and sourdough toast, and it’s my weekend go-to.

This restaurant happened to catch my eye as we were driving by. So we went in. Really glad we did! We had a lazy Saturday brunch, with light jazz in the background, cheery relaxed atmosphere and delicious food, we may have a new Saturday fave. The tables are covered in paper so you can create your own watercolor art while you wait for your order. They have fresh baked breads and treats. The service is slow, on purpose. The server was very mindful of us. I got the feeling they wanted us stay awhile, and relax.

The food was absolutely delicious. The space was clean. We were seated right away. The wait staff were so sweet and friendly. Our children loved that you could draw and watercolor paint on the paper tablecloth. The overall experience was wonderful. My only disappointment was there is not a childrens menu. The prices were acceptable for adult menu items, but I was disappointed that I had to pay $8 a plate for french toast for my kiddos. Though the french toast was insanely delicious!! My son described it as a cross between a cinnamon roll and french toast.

The freshest and most delicious food in town. The BEST french onion soup, ever. I grabbed a scone on my way out of town one day. Scones arent normally my favorite, but1 Fine Cafe makes the most delightful scone Ive ever had! The flavor was a perfect and real food tasting combination. The bread, quiches, salads - everything Ive had are also yummy. This is one of the best dining experiences in the area. You can buy bread and take it home to make everything you use bread for, SO much better. Check out the picture of a grilled cheese I made at home on the owners... and bread bears... hand made bread.

Very friendly wait staff. Popular Sunday brunch spot. Fun atmosphere with paper on the tables for coloring and watercoloring. Delicious food (we had the croque madam and the land & sea Benny) and tasty beverages (like mimosas and bloody beers). Will definitely go again.

This is a great new place, great service and food. It is great to have a new location restraint open in the area. If looking for something with the basic and a few little different dishes give this a try. We will be coming back to this location again and again.

1 Fine Café is a great place to come and have breakfast. The portion sizes are great, the food is fantastic, and you can even paint on the tables to express yourself. I would recommend the Roast Beef Hash with Eggs, or the Croque Madame for breakfast. They also have a small selection of baked goods to choose from. The only complaint is that they dont carry diet soda, so if you cant have regular soda due to sugar issues (My breakfast company is diabetic) you cant have soda at all. Still, the food is worth the trip, and the service is great! Give it a try!

My personal experience/witnessing others experiences this early afternoon: firstly the tables were covered and cluttered with coloring and painting supplies. I feel this was too much with the 5 different pallets of paints and the overwhelming amount of coloring pencils. The menu was very basic. We had asked if a meal could be made up outside of what was presented and they told us they didnt have bacon, which their menu had dishes which had bacon with it. The service was slow, they had one server, food was forgotten and not acknowledged, requests were denied. We had to go up and get our tab, we were not informed about anything except the fact that they didnt have crepes that morning.

Sorry. Way overpriced, grilled cheese nothing to rave about and side salad a real disappointment and dressing that should have been creamy, ranch lumpy and watery. Person I was eating with had to ask for the bread that was to to go with her salad. Won’t be coming a second time.
