I absolutely love Villa! They have probably the best coffee in Idaho Falls. I have tried many of the coffees, hot and iced, and all are wonderful!!! The breakfast is good too. I love the business woman sandwich. The staff are friendly and its always clean. This is one of my favorite places! ❤

Food is ok, had a veg wrap. The morning I was there the service was poor, had to ask for things like water and hot sauce, which were treated as an inconvenience

Wonderful place! Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Espresso was 👌👌👌 and the food was made fresh to order. Bonus points for not being insanely expensive. We will return in the future!

Everyone is extremely friendly! I can tell customer service is a focus. They made me a custom iced caramel, hazelnut, and vanilla latte that’s amazing. My wife and I split a Don Diego bagel sandwich (everything bagel, cream cheese, oregano, bacon, tomato) which was outstanding and they delivered it to us on two separate plates. These couches are soooo comfy! I would be a regular if I lived in Idaho Falls!

One of the last best places in Idaho Falls. #1 choice for breakfast or lunch downtown. The staff is the best and their menu is fantastic.

Just grabbed coffee, chai, and breakfast from here and it hit the spot. The woman working the front was super friendly and working hard. The coffee was smooth and the business woman sandwich was delicious. Plenty of space inside and would recommend!

I didnt get to experience the food because the kitchen was closed when we got there, but the barista was super friendly and told me about the different places to check out around town, plus she made such good coffee.

I love this place! We drive through on our way to Bozeman and back from time to time and they have consistently good coffee and a lovely vibe.

Went in and gave them another try first barista was same as last time very snobby and rude but Olivia was brought out made everything right and treated me awesome so the villa has been redeemed but other barista needs a serious behavior check .

Met some friends for a Sunday morning cuppa. It was unexpectedly spacious inside and wait staff was content to let us sit and visit. Very lovely.

Coffee and beverages were delicious, was slightly disappointed with their food, they make a good sandwich but the quiche wasn’t quite a quiche it was more like scrambled eggs with cheeses but it was still tasty, the fruit was also canned and not fresh sadly, good atmosphere.

Love seeing this small independent Coffeehouse thriving during this crazy time. Such a cute building and adorable vibe. Great coffee and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Easy to get to and ample parking. Would make a great spot to just hang out, plug in my laptop and get some work done.

The Villa Coffeehouse has been a cozy haven for me. Sometimes I will be done with a long day of school and will walk downtown just to sit in the Villa with a warm cup of coffee and a good book. The atmosphere is relaxed, allowing you to feel like you can unwind, while at the same time, feeling like you can be productive with whatever you are doing. The staff is friendly and flexible with whatever coffee preferences you may have, which I know is important to some people. To add a cherry on top, it is a local business and it is located in a historical building downtown, which adds to the chic vibe.

This is the first time I have been in this establishment. It was very calming comfortable and relaxing place to go. The staff was very friendly. I recommend this coffee shop.

Went on a Sunday morning, and there was nobody in there but the baristas. We got the nitro cold brew and a dark roast. Both were high quality coffees. The cold brew had a notes of cinnamon and toffee.

Good spacing, clean, quiet, and the clientele were respectful. My drip coffee with honey was delicious. I had a good time with my friend and baby. I didnt see a diaper changing table, so I just had to use the bathroom floor. Otherwise, excellent experience.

The coffee is here great! Period. Really exceptional drip coffee. Same or better than any in the region. Espressos are solid too.The sandwiches are pretty simple, but I can say (for sure) that the muffins are awesome.Great space too. Open, welcoming, friendly, quiet. Theres always folks waiting outside (or in their car) for the door to open at 7:00am.

Nice little coffee shop. Unfortunately I had tea (which was good), so i cannot comment on the coffee. It is comfortable and cozy inside, limited outlets for working on a laptop or charging a device. There is a little private room and free board games which odds nice.

Great coffee and food! The employees are very friendly as well. Many coffee shops, especially the big chains, need to sell drinks full of sugary flavored syrups to hide the bad coffee. Not this place! A plain latte here tastes great. The shop itself is nice as well.

Normally villa is an incredible coffeehouse! But lately they’ve taken a step down. I’ve gone in twice and asked for a drink made with almond milk and not cows milk. Only to pay for the almond milk and get cows milk in my drink. By the end of the day I end up spending $10 on coffee instead of the five I could’ve spent. The staff needs to step it up!

So glad I stopped at this place! Excellent atmosphere and killer coffee. I was on a motorcycle road trip through Idaho and wanted to find somewhere for morning coffee other than Starbucks where I could really relax and talk to some locals. The barista Bailey made some killer coffee and took the time to give me some interesting history of the building. Somebody give that girl a raise because she absolutely made my experience there!

Very delicious crossiant with delightful veggie mixed with melting cheddar - a perfect combination! Customer service is nice.

Its a nice coffee shop. Good coffee. The only thing i suggested to the staff they are on each others way. Maybe moving cash register to the left will make the process easier for customers. They will pay and move to the right to get a drink.Other than that employees are nice and the place is very clean!!

Bought a sandwich platter from the Villa downtown. The bread was good flavored and soft. Loaded with meat plus bacon . I would definitely buy from them again.

An absolute jewel! Amazing fresh made coffee, with a warm and family environment. Whether you sit outside, or indoor with your favorite book. Its paradise. The entire staff is glorious and the owner is amazing with the fire red hair. A must for any coffee lover with international coffee to purchase.

I had a terrible experience due to some employees, but the owner has formally apologized. So I removed my prior review. I changed from 1 to 3 stars to even things out.I wont be back again, but I dont think you shouldnt give them a chance. I doubt the same employees are still there.

So pleased with this place!! we were driving through from utah and wanted a coffee. i work as a barista at home and am always hesitant to try new coffee spots but it was so yummy! the shots were perfect and the drinks were delicious!! 100% would recommend :)

Quick stop for lunch. Didnt try any coffee or drinks. Wife had the half turkey sandwich and creme of tomato soup, and I had the half Chipotle chicken salad sandwich and creme of tomato soup. Both sandwiches and the soup were fairly good (although the soup was luke warm). The portions are small. Price was reasonable. As for service, there were three young ladies working, and two were friendly and nice. However, there was one young lady (female, white, blondish hair, 20s), who had a bad attitude and was downright rude. When my wife asked for a cup for water as she ordered, she replied, I only have two hands. When I heard about it, I was going to address it, but my wife stopped me for the sake of not making a scene and for our food. We were just passing through, so well never go back anyways.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before a meeting at the library. Ordered the Business Man and a hot chocolate. Drink was at the table in less than a minute despite it being pretty busy. Sandwich was there in less than 5. Nice atmosphere and good food with fast service. What more could you ask for on a Saturday morning?

This is a great coffee shop. The environment is charming, and the staff are nice. There is a good selection of books if you want to read while having your coffee. My only complaint is that I ordered a 20 oz coffee with an extra espresso shot, and my cup wasnt even 3/4 full. Under all of the foam I would actually say it was only half full. That was disappointing, but the flavor was great.

This is a great coffee shop. Our coffees were excellent, lots of great breakfast sandwich choices, and a great atmosphere. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to try their lunch menu and to grab coffee any time Im in town.

I cant rave enough about how great Villa is! The atmosphere, the custom made drinks, the amazing food - I really believe this is one of the best coffeehouses Ive ever been to. And thats coming from someone who used to work in Manhattan. 10/10!

The hot cocoa was good, their philly cheesesteak is just a warm roast beef sandwich, the soup is nice but arrived cold in a very hot bowl. Not impressed, but if a friend suggested it I wouldnt turn it down.
