We’ve been to Mercury 3 times and had great service each time. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone needing computer help.

I work for them as one of their contractors out to another company. Ive known the owner for years and have nothing but good to say about him and his company. They do innovative solutions and back those solutions up with great service. And theyre great to their employees.

Took two tablets in. One got fixed immediately. Other needed a part. Replaced the part. They said working when I picked it up but it wasnt working when I got it home. Took it back. They fiddled with it and declared it fixed. But not! Friend says part is bad. Not sure its worth it to take it back there. But cant afford to go elsewhere since I paid them to fix it.

We stumbled onto this company about two years ago as we need help periodically with our computers. I would categorize our family as “dangerous “ with computers. Mercury Computer repair took some time finding the problem to my computer, fixed it and even gave me a discount for going over the allotted time they were given, to stay within my budget. Overall their work is very good and the issues were solved professionally.
