Best ice cream. We purchased a half tub since we live 2.5 hours away. Their cakes are super good. Custom cakes require a 48 hour notice though.

What isnt there to say? They have ice cream, and sherbet! And those of you who cant do dairy, well they have you covered too! They have amazing ice cream cakes, kids treats, shakes, cones and bowls! I absolutely love coming here. They have such a selection to choose from and the price is just great! Id say give it a try and just see how awesome it is for yourself!

Their ice cream is fine, but they never have the chocolate dipped cones. If they had the dipped cones consistently then Id eat at BR more. But with out the chocolate cones, Reeds Dairy ice cream is just better

Place was emaculate. Obviously 31 different flavors to cover anyones craving. Girls working there couldnt have been nicer. Greeting as I walked in. Smiles all around, cant be beat experience. Ill be back.

Ordered a milkshake received a smoothy peanut butter flavored. Definitely not a good experience I put it on the trash and walked out.

I will not visit this ice cream shop again. We recently purchased a take out order of ice cream for a large group of children, and when we opened the bag, the sizes were wildly inconsistent, some not even equal to a kiddie size, even though we had ordered and paid for regulars. No big deal—we brought the order back to be corrected. We were treated with extreme rudeness by the employees, a group of teenage girls who met us with eye rolls and excuses about why we had no reason to complain. Furthermore, when we brought this to the attention of the manager, she was even more impolite than her employees had been. There are plenty of great ice cream shops in town. In the future we will patronize literally any shop other than this one, where we can trust that we won’t be met with the rude behavior and poor management of the people running this Baskin Robbins. Go with the local shops, guys. You’ll be treated a lot better.

Nice little establishment that is kept fairly clean! I was served fairly quickly and the server did an exceptional job recommending which flavors I might like.Ice cream was delicious and rich! I dont think the prices are completely fair. Its like 3 dollars for a scoop unless you go on the 31st.

They let you try a couple different flavors if youre not sure!! The people that work here are very friendly, especially since I take forever to decide what I want. Their flavors are great and they also have ice-cream cake that is about the same pricing as Dairy Queen. They are usually pretty fast. The cost isnt cheap but not too much more than normal ice cream places.

Took the Grandkids and staff was very patient and friendly.....even with numerous dropped spoons.

Honestly I havent been to too many Baskin Robbins places in my life, but it was pretty good. There was a nice older gentleman who served us and gave us quite a few samples. They have a fantastic variety of ice cream and cone types. They have some pretty decent prices to.

We had the best experience at this location earlier this month! Sydney was the employee that helped us, and she made the entire experience fabulous! She told us all about the limited time flavors they were offering and let us sample them before we decided what we were going to get. Sydney was all smiles and professionalism, and even though we had bigger plans that day, she was the highlight. Give this girl a raise!

Great flavor selection and nice employees. We liked the fact that it was $1 kids scoop night on Tuesday and it wasnt too busy either. My son likes the bubblegum ice-cream and I always go to my old standby which is chocolate peanut-butter.

While the ice cream is great and the employee working tonight was also great, I watched the manager/owner, sit at a table and chat to a couple of guys while the only, yes only 1 employee, help around 15 people that trailed Im at almost the same time. Not once did the guy offer to help. Pretty poor management if he doesnt care enough to help move that many customers through.

Baskin-Robbins is always great :-) my favorite is the Strawberry Shortcake. My family and I love the dollar promotion every Tuesday night! I take my family, and occasionally my church group. Theres enough room inside to bring plenty of people, and of course, the variety is always impressive.

It had been years since I had been to BR so we stopped by to get a treat. There are tons of flavors to choose from and plenty of tables to sit at. The interior is clean and the staff was friendly. The next time I’m wanting more options than what Reeds Dairy has to offer, I’ll be hitting BR.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to treat the kiddos to ice cream. This location was brightly lit and clean. The employees seemed eager to help and offered samples if we needed help deciding on a flavor. It wasnt badly prices for a family of four.

I asked for 2 large scoups, they were do small both fit into a little cup,. Not how I remembered Baskin Robbins, felt ripped off. $5.50 wont be taking my grand kids there unless things change back,. Same thing happened a couple of weeks ago with a banana split. The banana took up more room than the ice cream.😢

Very disappointing experience. The girls working were impatient, short and rude. They gossiped with each other the entire time I was there with no volume control. They were eating free samples from the coolers the whole time. I found their behavior extremely unsanitary, and immature. I will not be coming back. My ice cream portion was extremely small and coincidentally they only picked at the ice cream that I ordered. I do not recommend this place to any one.

Every flavor of icecream is delicious they usually have a limited edition flavor so you can try a new one almost every time you go in, even though I doubt you will be able to try them all. There are so many choices with a little for everyone.

While Baskin Robbins has some of the best tasting ice cream around, the service experience there is in serious need of improvement. With my last visit, I felt that the staff were just there to do a job and did not enjoy what they were doing. Further, the attitude of the person that was my cashier was completely unacceptable. She nearly threw a fit because I asked to have peanut butter sauce added to my ice cream. Granted they were pretty busy this time, but thats the nature of this kind of work (especially in the summer) and it shouldnt become a bad experience for customers if they dont like the job. Fortunately, not every visit has been this kind of experience, so I am willing to give 3 stars, but if the service experience is like this again, I may reduce it to 1 star and not return.

Well on the plus side, the girls behind the counter were very nice and the ice-cream was good. However, they ran out of whipped cream for my sundae and charged me full price anyway. Yeah, #FirstWorldProblems i know. I suppose I could have argued, but it was late (about 745) and I didnt feel like it.

Ice cream is good as always but some of the worse service Ive experienced. The prices have never bothered me before but it seems to me that portion sizes have significantly shrunken to the point that its not worth it anymore. I do hope service improves but for now I will not be returning.

I got a ice cream cookie sandwich, the cookies were microwaved and then the ice cream was added and then handed to me melting like crazy in a wax half bag. It was a mess and the young lady helping me acted annoyed even thought we were the only customers and it was the middle of the day. At least the ice cream was decent.

Came into this location this evening, we have never had a bad experience. But the customer service was terrible, not friendly AT ALL, skipped over our order to take 4-6 orders that walked in after us, as we stood in line ready to order the whole time. Very disappointed.

I have many fond memories of this ice cream store. They have lots of different types of chocolate, vanilla, and specialty flavors to choose from. My favorite is double chocolate on a waffle cone. Its delicious.

I love Baskin-Robbins. So many flavors to choose from. So many different types as well. Sherberts, ice cream and frozen yogurt. I absolutely love their ice cream cakes. They offer shakes as well. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend going and trying the baseball nut. Its too die for.

There selection is great but I do not care for there waffle cones. They have way too much Cinnamon in them and it overpowers the ice cream taste.

Purchased an oreo ice cream cake for my mothers birthday. Went straight home and served the cake. Found a long peice of hair in the ice cream cake. Called Baskin Robins next day to make aware and the associate didnt know when the manager would be working next nor did she apologise. She replied, Ill tell the manager. Horrible customer service!!!!
