The shaved ice was tasty, but the service was extraordinarily slow. The employees seemed completely unfamiliar with how to make shaved ice or use the cash register.

Service was painfully slow. And the order was wrong. However the quality of the shaved ice is the best in town. 🤷‍♀️

This is the best Hawaiian shave ice! Great place for a stress-free hang out with friends and family while enjoying absolutely incredibly tasting sno. They have the best flavors and amazing combinations that you cant find anywhere else. This is really like desert-- with ice cream, toppings like chocolate, cream, caramel, and candies all at a great price! The kiddie pool is a nice touch, especially for parent who need a nice break at a price that is family friendly.

I love this place! Amazing prices, amazing flavors, and the staff work is always friendly and good at making recommendations. By far the best shaved ice I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a lot of different places!

Even though this place has its ups and downs. It is a very delicious snow cone shack with the softest snow cone, and the tastiest flavor. 😋

Im here now and pretty sure they forgot me Ive been waiting for almost an hour and am very disipointed very large menu but were out of everything I asked for untill I gave up and asked for whatever they had that was good I spent a decent amount of money for the place (a bit over 4) and considering I got the biggest size and some extra toppings it is alot I came with a bunch of friends and it is a bit busy but most of them havent been served either if I could give half a star I would compared to other shaved ice it is a relatively similar price but is just ice with sugary flavorings any ways Im not coming again even though I love shave ice Im really disipointed

They take forever to make snow cones like I’ve been to other places that make it a lot faster! This will be my last time coming to this place!
