Great customer service and great place to get household tools. You can get a club membership price currently at $30 a year to get low prices on certain items. Pretty good if you are a frequent shopper. Overall the atmosphere is great and they go through great lengths to make sure you are satisfied.

I go to Harbor Freight semi-regularly and they have a nice selection of tools, batteries, lights, accessories and more, but... You do get what you pay for. If you want high quality, high durability, shop for more expensive brands. However if you just need something quick that works, they probably have one. And they run sales every week, often giving out freebies with fulfilled coupons.

This store is well stocked compared to my store back home. A bit on the dark side could use better lighting. As always harbor freight has improved by leaps and bounds with there line up of tools. Having add what I would consider true professional tools to the market. This store is easy to access being on one of the main drags in town. Give them a try the tools quality might shock you.

Stopped here for a few needed items! The employees were all friendly and helpful. The cashier was great. The store manager even brought out the large box that had my new cart for me! Thanks Harbor Freight!

A good place to find inexpensive tools. They have a large variety and excellent prices. The tools are good quality especially for the price.

Like this place. Shop here almost every week. Stars is friendly and they have warranty for almost all tools. My advice is don’t get the cheapest Tool that you need. Upgrade it to medium end or high end tools. Low end tools don’t last as long. But save yourself some headache. Trust me in this one.

Well its Harbour freight. They have a lot of choices for tools and they actually are most of them pretty decent tools. I buy here for my rig tool box cus I can replace them cheap. OK service they could use more help.

Cheap, disposable tools that you will only need to use once. You dont feel bad if you break or lose something from here as it is so cheap. The tools are okay quality. The selection is awesome.

They have quite a few tools, but not a long handle 13 mm end wrench.

Harbor freight is a good place to go buy little knick knack type stuff that you need you know tools size compressors you know just things you need much better selection than Walmart or home Depot

One of my favorite stores. We go almost every time we go to idaho falls. The staff is knowledgeable and usually friendly. Few time was treated like I was bothering them. They are often busy and are need of more cashiers.

Quick and easy visit. Able to find what I needed relatively easy. Staff is knowledgeable about where items are at as well.

Picked up the 3500 watt inverter generator with a $100 of coupon. Awesome generator. You just have to learn what to but and what NOT to buy from this place. Theres a good amount of YouTube videos out there reviewing harbor freight tools. Some are great, some are garbage.

They didnt have in stop k what I was after, but cashier looked it up and told me when the next shipment was expected and how many were in that shipment.

They were friendly and helpful. When I was ready to checkout, without having found one of the items I needed, an employee walked down an aisle and located it for me. I came out of the store with everything I went in for.

Despite being busy clerk gave me directions to find item I was looking for.

I enjoy shopping here, it doesnt break the bank and I have used some of their tools that are as good or actually outperformed high dollar name brand tools. I have air tools, boxes, and power tools from them all working very well.

Great place for cheap tools. Obviously every body that shops here knows there are certain tool that are OK to be cheap tools(sandpaper) and ones that cant be(powertools). You get what you pay for but all in all, great place and nice people

Harbor Freight is a good place to get decent tools at discounted prices. In recent years they have started offering higher end models that have personally been tested against some of the big name brands. I would highly recommend downloading one of the Harbor Freight discount apps to always have the ability to use the best coupons and discounts.

Went looking to buy a small green house. The employee that handles the frieght told me to be 15 minutes before 8 and I could get one of the 3 coming in. We show up early and there is a line of 7 other people waiting for the same thing all told they need to show up early to get one of the three green houses. I wont be back you just lost me as a customer and I will recommend to anyone I know not to shop there. That game is nothing but a joke on you in the end.

Quality tools for good prices

Harbor Freight personnel were very helpful taking care of an issue I had with a pneumatic nailer and allowed me to upgrade or exchange for another item. Its nice shop in a place that follows up on its return policy.

Killer Place to get some affordable tools. And there tool quality has gone up. Seems to be selling better quality tools, then they have been in the past. But I have noticed that the prices have gone way up as well.

I have always loved going here! Staff is helpful and fairly quick. I recently returned the jack stands that were recalled and the staff was very apologetic for the recall and swaped out the old set for brand new ones in not time flat. Their measures to protect their customers from the COVID-19 outbreak is commendable as they are only allowing 25 people into the store right now. Overall great experience every time Ive been!

This store carries tools. It has pretty much any tools you can think of and a few other things as well. But it is cheap. I dont mean inexpensive. The tools dont last very long and they break easy. It might be the cheapest tools out there but when youre buying 3-4 times in the time I buy one and use it tell it breaks. You will have paid at least 1.5 times more than I did. And you still dont have a warranty. So buy at your own risk.

Has what I want at a great price. Plus staff always willing to take you right to what you are after.

Fantastic tools at fantastic prices. Plus the Pittsburg tools have a lifetime warranty. Im sure the new Icon tools they just got in to compete against snap-on are great but I havent tried them out yet.

About the best place to pick up some general tools in Eastern Idaho. Getting in from the interstate side of town requires a tricky left turn during the day.

Heaven help me, I dont know why I like this place so much. I wouldnt seriously consider investing in the Chicago Electric brand power tools but their hand tools arent awful and the prices are good. Could do without the constant push to have a membership and to supply and email to be bombarded with flyers even if I do page through them.
