They lost my testing results. Very disorganized. Never called after they received prescription from doctor. I always have to continually call and call to get anything done. Hold wait times in excess of 20 minutes.
Fired a family member because they over worked her and forced her to do multiple jobs that were not hers. Due to Covid she was forced to do everyone else’s work and couldn’t keep up on hers. Increased her depression rapidly and her mental health was deteriorating:(

My husband had to have oxygen for a while, when we placed his order they were great. Fast service. Now he does not need his o2 tanks, we have been trying for 3 days to have them come and get the tanks. Here it is friday night and they still have not come to get them. Well I guess the longer we have them the more money they will get. Going back to Norco if there is a next rime.
Stay far away! I cant begin to tell you the problems weve had. Theyre nice to talk with but theres no follow through. Weve been using them for 2 years and have continuous problems. For your own sanity pick somewhere else!
I have been with Lincare for 15 plus years. The product and service are great we mov3d to Idaho Falls 16 months ago from Nevada not sure what to expect for service here. If anything the service is better here. The office staff and the route men are great. They have worked with me on any problems coming up with solutions when I thought I would have to just live with it. I only wish there was a rating of more then superior. Have a need that is the place.
Not only has Lincare gone out of their way to help a hospice patient of ours, they routinely go out of their way to help our community members. Hats off to the Lincare staff for all that they do. Thank you!
Extremely poor customer service. Almost 3 weeks ago I had dropped off a prescription for c pap supplies. I did not hear anything back from them. So I called and asked. They said they needed the sleep study that they were waiting on. So I called and had my sleep study from years ago emailed to me. I called them back and asked what their email was, being told they cannot get emails...(this is 2018 people) so I went after work and gave them the sleep study and asked why it was more difficult to get c pap machine supplies than it was to get opiods ??? I went to another company and received my supplies in 2 days. I am still waiting to hear back from Lincare.... I even wonder if they will get back to me after this review.... do yourself a favor and avoid the stress and go elsewhere people
Trying to get an oxygen prescription filled for overnight oxygen and Hanna at Lincare went above and beyond to help us get it done same day. You are Awesome!
My mom used to go through Lincare and they were always superior . I have friends now going through them as well, but when someone runs out on the weekend or holiday maybe...how do they get oxygen tanks so theyre not tied to the big machine stuck at home? No 24 hour number or some other way to get a replacement tank or two to make it til the following day they open? Anyone have any suggestions?
I was visiting from another state when my cpap stopped working in the middle of the night. After trying several places to at least get a diagnostic I was informed they would not help me because I had not made the purchase in their store.I found lincare online and thought I would give it one more try. I was greeted warmly and within minutes had the diagnosis that it was a bad power inverter. They had the part I needed and were very kind on the price.I wish the while medical industry was as professional and empathetic as the great people at the Idaho Falls Lincare.I wish I had more thumbs to put up for these folks.👍👍Thank you so very much,Tom Stone
Good service
