Just stopped to have oxygen tank filled. Called in waited on hold for 8 minutes before any help. Then another 4 for someone to come out. This place is just a joke wish there was anyplace else to get liquid. Heaven help us all if this is the type of service we receive from an EMPLOYEE OWNED company !!!!!!!Received a follow up call from Heather the manager. Very much appreciated during our discussion I advised her that my greatest frustration was with there phone service. The other services are done well WHEN you are finally helped. Please do something about the phones a busy signal Would be better than a never ending loop. Thanks again for addressing this issue.
I highly recommend the amazing team at Norco! Kim Hart and Jeanna Peterson go above and beyond to take care of each and every patient I send to them for cpap and supplies or anything else they may need. They are kind and compassionate and make every person feel welcomed and supported in their journey to get their breathing related issues taken care of. I highly recommend them and love the collaboration our office has with them!!! Ridgeline Medical highly recommends Norco for all your durable medical equipment needs!!!
We went to Norco looking for knee scooter as I had recently broken my foot and was not to weight bear. A very nice woman, a supervisor I believe, helped us. We had been to another medical equipment store and were shown one that was used and not very sturdy and did not maneuver well. We were told it was an older one and they would supply a new one. The rent on it was $140/mo. I needed it for 2 months ($280) so we were told we could buy one for around $300. We were considering that but because the quality of the scooter was lacking decided to check some other sources. At Norco the scooter we were shown was hands down better overall quality, study and maneuvered easily. The monthly rent was $50! I cannot understand the disparity in rental pricing but I know where we will do business from now on.
I am really disappointed in Norco. I had several billing issues where they were not applying my payments to my account, continually sending late notices, then it took over a month to get an account summary. I called to order my CPAP replacements parts after I was told they would be auto-shipped (which they dont even offer), and never received them.. After a few weeks I called to find out what happened and they had never placed my order. Another week went by and I called again to see where the parts were, and they had barely shipped them a week later. It took a total of 6 weeks to get parts, and when I did finally get them, I didnt receive what I ordered and was told I was eligible for. I am taking my business elsewhere.
Garth, Hector & Amanda were great working on old wheelchair & navigating the paperwork for the new wheelchair. Garth adjusted the new wheelchair for a great custom fit!
I went in frustrated with my doctors office. Sarah at Norco calmed me down. She was so sweet. They didnt have the size of walking boot I needed so she made phone calls until she found one. Her manager picked it up in Blackfoot and brought it back. Sarah helped me safely to my car. I went in upset and came out happy and feeling like Sarah really cared.
I was happy with the care and attention I received here. The staff was knowledgeable and worked to help me out as quickly as possible. They took the time to explain things to me regarding my order and were easy to work with. The woman that helped me was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job.
We have been very happy with the service we have received so far. I have especially been happy with our Respiratory Specialist, Jim! It is nice when everything fits perfect and works exactly like it should the first time. Unfortunately I am firmly rooted in reality and inevitably need help when things out of our control arise from time to time. Jim was there at the beginning, middle, and end with a smile. I am happy to know that if I need anything or have any questions I can always count on him. Thanks for giving me such a good experience. You will have my business for many years to come!
Norco has taken care of our needs for several years now. Jim has helped us many times and even stayed after hours to get us supplies we ran out of at the last minute. If I call him and he is not immediately available he will always call back as soon as he can. He will also follow up on matters to make sure everything worked out. The rest of the staff has always been helpful when needed and the administration has helped us work through insurance and financial issues.
Nothing good to say
We have been using Norco for medical supplies for about 2 and a half years and I have found everyone very helpful. We often get things delivered to our home either the day I request it or the next. Jim helps us with a lot of our supplies and has been nice to work with.
I received most exceptional help from Nicci at Norco, Idaho Falls. I have had a terrible time getting used to my c pap machine, yet she has been most helpful in finding the right adjustments and right mask that works for me. I do appreciate all the help.
We have been using Norco Medical for over 10 years. Their service has been outstanding. Nicci has taken great care of my wife and I. We appreciate her hard work.
Transferring a patient onto home health made easy by Amy helping to get equipment set up to be able to give the best care. Amy was very helpful and processed orders quickly and efficiently. Great job! Thank you so much
A big shout out to Jim Starks for the excellent service and help. Just recently changed providers and what a good idea that was. Thanks to him and all the friendly helpful staff. Thank you
Jim at Norco is great. Always prompt courteous and a pleasant fellow to deal with. He delivers to us and checks the oxygen condenser every time. Nice to have him working at Norco. Thank Jum.
Nicci Keeling is the best! When I was fighting with insurance and getting cranky, Nicci kept her cool. Now when I call, it feels like Im talking to an old friend. She is professional, efficient and sounds like she is always wearing a smile. Thanks, Nicci!
Jim S has been more then accommodating to our needs. My husband has ALS and with respiratory failure lurking around the corner he’s been keeping a great eye on him making sure he is breathing the best he can. I love all the staff at Norco and their willingness to get me all the supplies I need
The employees are always friendly and helpful. I’ve had outstanding customer service on the telephone and in person. You can tell these people really care.
I spoke with Amanda Crockett about my billing issues since my daughter was removed from insurance she assisted me right away and helped me get billing situated so that I don’t have to pay an immense bill. She was kind and so helpful with me through this process and overall had a great experience.
An hour and 20 minutes to pick up a wrist brace? (They said it would be about 30 minutes, then said make that 40 minutes. At 40 minutes they said 10 minutes more.) I thought maybe they had to custom build something, but no, it turned out to be just an off the shelf brace. We were told the wait was because they had to do documentation. Oh, and good thing we tried it on before we left, because they gave us a right-handed brace for her left hand. Is this a government run facility? Id rather visit the Social Security office.Being generous with 2 stars - the employees were friendly.
Staff is nice enough. I just wish theyd have told me my blue cross wasnt going to cover it before they closed deal. At 40.00 Id have shopped a bit, google 2 seconds, rather than pay first. I found same elbow brace for 1/2 cost at my therapist and or on amazon. Basically looks like Norco is double anyones price. Get the description first and check it out if your insurance wont cover. BTW, I could not wait another hour in town so I told them to ship it too me......callus..the shipping from idaho falls to island park was 18.95. My goodness, it a little, light box. Seems to me Norco is overpriced and not too worried about other peoples money, like mine.
I have asked 3+ times for them to send a driver to pick up their equipment with no one coming. I liked the driver who dropped off the equipment but now its not needed. As of this posting I still have the equipment.
Staff for CPAP seemed uneducated. They had a script and when I asked a question, was dismissive that they would get to it.I ended up going to another supplier as I received no new supplies.Later I asked question on handout about website & staff didnt know anything about it. Sad
Norco employee refused to run my insurance for oxygen. He told me it would be denied because the script was for headaches and not for heart or lung issues. Well little did he know that my insurance would cover it and at a 100%. So I went with another company and have my oxygen machine less than 48 hours later. He also was ignorant about it... He was like didnt your nurse tell you headaches arent a good enough reason for oxygen therapy? I probably wont bother ever going too Norco for any of my medical needs.
I recently had to seek home health care equipment and supplies, I was referred by a friend of mine to Norco medical on Washington parkway in Idaho Falls. I can’t say enough about there staff, they addressed all of my concerns about the equipment and supplies I would be needing for the few months as I recover. The minute I walked into there store to the delivery of my equipment and supplies they were great, the driver was very professional and explained everything in detail. I will recommend them to everyone
I have been using a CPAP machine for more than ten years. My machine was very our of date and had outlived it design life. When I was out of state for six months the power transformer in my old CPAP machine went south. I hunted all over north Texas to get a replacement but had no luck. I called back home to NORCO but they did not have one available. The machine was too old and had been discontinued. Replacement parts were no longer available. NORCO did make an all out effort to find me a used power transformer and express ship it to me in Texas. For many years, I used another company in the Idaho Falls area to supply me with CPAP supply s. This company was very unreliable to getting me what I needed. Recently I was authorized for a new CPAP machine. I worked with Nicci at NORCO to order, and set up my new CPAP machine. I was treated with the greatest of respect. I am very pleased with Nicci and NORCO. NORCO has been wonderful in getting me my CPAP supplies shipped right to my home.
Great experience for a bad situation. My wheelchair broke down. I called and Hector came to my home that same day. Parts had to be ordered and arrived quicker than expected.( one week) Hector called me that same day, picked up the chair, repaired and returned it that same day.. Chair not only worked great, but also looked great. Hector went the extra mile and cleaned and serviced the chair.
Obviously reading these reviews and the customer service being the same shows me that the owners just dont care. Same rude manager lady, she even went so far as to say I dont know what to tell you about your asthmatic son needing a nebulizer because we close in 15 minutes as she sat down. Must be nice to be able to treat people in need so callously. I will drive to salt lake before I give them my business. BEWARE THEY DO NOT CARE!!!
Awful company. Got a bilirubin light for my newborn. Employees are terrible. Explained we had left to help my husbands father because his wife my husbands mother died & couldnt take it back as we also didnt receive instructions on how to return it. We now have a bill off 1500 and they will not work with us. Awful company. Will NEVER associate with again
Calling to see if my prescription is available for pickup is an inconvenience to Amy and Andrew. I was told by the Norco in Boise that I could pick up my prescription when I got home to Idaho Falls, as I was traveling for medical reasons. Amy tells me that is incorrect and they will have to ship it. Then says Andrew is handling it and shes directing me to him. She hangs up on me! I call back and Andrew still has me on hold while Ive written this. Im sure my open wounds are fine without a dressing, my doc probably ordered it for fun. Shame on you, get a different job, both of you.
I have received excellent service for my cpap supplies.
Jim is the RT who has helped my son get several pieces of equipment and who takes the time to make sure we have our supplies. Thanks so much Jim
My mother gets her oxygen here. I know that she will always have what she needs. If I ever need oxygen, I will choose Norco.
Thank you for saving my weekend! I left my tube at home for my CPAP machine and you were open an accommodated me immediately!! Great service!! Thank you again!
I went back on CPAP treatment about a year ago and Norco is the local provider for the ResMed machine that was recommended by the sleep lab. Theyve been great! Getting the CPAP fitted (and me trained) was very easy. Theyve been great on notifying me about scheduled replacement parts and supplying them. And getting my insurance to pay for everything over my deductible. They are much better that the durable medical equipment providers Ive used in the past!
A great group of people working there. They always have what I need and deliver it on time.
Ive been a long time client of Norco and have had nothing but great service when other friends that have other companies or having problems I am not having those kind of problems Im so glad I have Norco in Idaho Falls
Hector has been very helpful where my power wheelchair is concerned. I had the chair from a different company out of Utah, when I was told that they couldnt help me any longer, I contacted Norco here in Idaho Fall, and ever since then, I have always felt secure in knowledge that the people of Norco, including Hector will support and provide me with realible Wheelchair service and maintance.
These people are great! Wonderful customer service!
Terrible company, I left for Home Care Medical. Their not good either, but worlds better than NORCO who will take you to court over unpaid things you dont even remember not paying IE: its bs but how do you prove that.
Ive tried been using Norco in IF for 3years. It took us a year and a half to get my grandmother a hospital bed; the charger for my wheelchair is broken and has been for a year; my semi automatic hospital bed is broken, the remote buttons dont work and the cord from the bed to the remote is broken and the wires stick out and sometimes I smell burning plastic/rubber and I got shocked once and now Im so scared of getting shocked or something burning and catching on fire. And Norco dont even deliver our supplies every month like they are supposed to be doing. And the manager/supervisor lady at NorCo is so mean to me and very rude. I always remind myself that its not my fault that I was born disabled and because of that, I need medical supplies to live on and they act like its no big deal. Just because the people at NorCo dont need those supplies, dont mean that other people dont need them. Im sorry I am disabled and Im sorry I need medical supplies and Im sorry I need medical equipment.
Nicci, my Norco respiratory therapist has been helping me for years with my CPAP needs. She has always been very friendly and helpful. I appreciate her help and friendly service every time I need to re order supplies or update my insurance carrier with my data. Weve been through two CPAPs together. I will continue to work with Nicci as long as she is there.
Excellent customer service !!! Thanks Jim S.
The employees are idiots! I am on a month to month rotation and I have to call to get my stuff delivered. This month they stated that your stuff is ready but the driver left it here! Is there no other place in town that is reliable to use? I am so tired of poor customer service here in Idaho Falls!
Employees are extremely frustrating to work with.
Good service
