Highly recommend! Every time I visit, My appointments go very smoothly and the staff and doctors are amazing and very friendly! They always work hard at finding answers for me, and they keep me updated with timing of arrivals of my contacts and glasses. They let me know all the information I need and more! They are just so amazing at what they do!

I recently broke my glasses, and although I made due with some super glue, I knew that I was needing new glasses. I am in between insurances (started a new job) and I was amazed at the pricing that they had for non covered customers. I had well over a thousand pulled out of savings and I used about half of what I thought it was going to be! Great Staff - Sam, Aleva (I think that is her name) and the Eye Doctor were all fantastic.I could not be more happy than I am with how they helped me. Would 100% recommend with my friends and family. In fact, when my insurance does take affect I will come in for some Sunglasses!

It was a breath of fresh air doing business with Vision Source on 42nd Street! In recent years Ive been disappointed by several corporate eyeware chains and their utilitarian approach. Some of us regular folks see things a little differently!! Vision Source gets that... I was given an education in the latest advancements in eye wear today. The friendly staff truly listened to my needs and made certain I was getting precisely what I wanted. They even provided me with a free sample pair of contacts. I will definitely recommend Vision Source on 42nd Street to all my friends, family and clients!

Never again will I use this place! They say well send out your contacts.......they dont. Well send your prescription.... They didnt.The response is a complete LIE. No one tried to call me. They said they would order my contacts. They didnt order them. I had 1800 contacts call for my prescription because when I asked for my contact prescription they sent me glasses prescription. They wouldnt give it to 1800 contacts. So they canceled my order. Ill be blind for Christmas. Thanks!
