My goal was to change my cellular telephone plan. I started by calling 611 and was connected after a five-minute wait with a customer service representative. She provided helpful information regarding the plans available to me, but she stated that for the plan that I wanted, I would have to visit at an AT&T store. She provided the address of the store closest to me. I traveled to that store by car, where I waited approximately 10 minutes to be helped by a customer service representative. The customer service representative understood the plan that I wanted and spent approximately 10 minutes working with me to implement it. When I left the store, I was told that everything was all set but was not given any paperwork. That evening, I received an email from AT&T, entitled Customer Recap. It provided information regarding my new plan. I was surprised (and shocked) by the information. The costs were more than double what had been quoted at the store. Consequently, I telephoned ATT at the number provided on the summary. I spoke to a customer service representative who reported that the Recap did not include the discounts which pertain in my case, but that I could count on the figured that were quoted to me in the store. She also assisted me in finding this information on my ATT app. Though I believe everything has been straightened out, I will be looking at my first bills for this change in plan. Between having to travel to the store and then make a follow up phone call to clarify the figures in the customer recap, I believe an excessive amount of time was required to make the change.

Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were going to upgrade online, but Dylan did such a great job answering our questions over the phone, we decided to go to the Indian Harbor Beach store instead. Dylan was ready for us as soon as we walked in the door. He took very good care of us and answered every question with a great attitude, all the while he was acknowledging the other customers as they walked in the store. He offered every protection for our phones, but we didnt feel pressured in any way. The IHB AT&T store is lucky to have Dylan as an employee. What a guy!!

I went in to get help in switching SIM cards between phones and transferring data from phone to phone. Chris was extremely helpful and patient with me and gladly helped me with the entire process. Went there because we had a “friend” who said he would get our bill down to 60$ each for myself and boyfriend. I now pay 500$ FOR BOTH OF US. Don’t go there, they lie, and all they want to do is try and get money for themselves. We paid 600$ to just get the phones. Said we could bring our old iPhones in whenever WHICH WAS A LIE you have 1 to 2 weeks to bring the phone to them. Which I tried giving Dylan my old phone that day and he said not to worry about it. I’m about to call corporate and go back to metro because everything that was told to us was a lie and up sale. Don’t TRUST “FRIENDS”

This is the worst AT&T store I have ever dealt with! The customer service and follow through is extremely poor. I recommend going to another store for any purchases.I was told the day of purchase it would take 1 to 2 business days to receive my order and they would call me. First week elapses and no call. I call to check up and they said the manager was going to go to another store to pick it up and they would call me the next day. They never called back. I called back the second week later to follow up and they said they never went and got it and they would find out whats going on and call me back. They again never called back. After the third week I called again to follow up and they said come in, they received the order.When we come in they have the order and within 5min they manage to ruin the item trying to put it on my phone incorrectly..The assistant manager is the one that kept saying he would call and never did and is also the one who put it on wrong and ruined it. Also, he is the one that said the manager would go get my order from another store and never did. When I asked to speak to the actual manager they would not let me speak to him or her.In closing, the assistant manager said he didnt have time for all this because its just an accessory not a big purchase.This store is being run by incompetent employees.Ill take all of my phone and accessory purchases elsewhere.Hopefully by reading this, your time will be saved by not setting foot in the door!!

People like Dylan are why we continue with AT&T for over 20 years. We decided that it was time to get new phones (we still had iPhone 6’)and we were a bit fearful.....worried about changing, learning all the “updates....”, but Dylan was very helpful and put us at ease. He answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process. We left with new (usable phones) and we are already becoming adept at navigating our iPhone 12’! We highly recommend the AT&T here and definitely Dylan!

No one willing to go the extra step, “no that’s your only option” is the most used phrases and when i got home and made a couple calls it turns out the store was suppose to help … if you don’t know your job ask someone, if you don’t like your job quit and work somewhere else not in sales and customer service.

AT&T has the WORST Corporate customer service imaginable. In store they pretend like it’s all good and everything will work out fine. The staff is very deceptive. They ruined my credit score after I returned a phone due to their negligence (put the wrong phone number on the device). So now my bf and I have accounts in collections for a collection that never transpired.GO TO OR STICK WITH T-MOBILE!!!

If there is another AT&T nearby go there. This store is absolutely horrible. The management will shield their rude employees from any sort of recourse. They failed to activate my phone for 5 days and told me “sorry there’s nothing I can do” I had to call customer service to get this resolved. They sell defective equipment and then shoo you away to be phoneless for days. The arrogance of the employees is astounding. They don’t care about their customers all they care about is their commission checks. They will openly cuss and talk about how much money they made off you around you. Then when you ask for assistance or for them to help you and to do their jobs they shrug it off. Also found out my bill is significantly higher than what I was quoted. Twice as much to be exact. Avoid at all costs

I have TV and internet through AT&T and recently purchased a phone and a plan. I was billed $184 for my first month of having a mobile device and new plan. The person who signed me up- Matthew, told me I would pay $60 for the plan and $10 a month for the phone. I drove to the store where I purchased the phone and plan because I was confused about the charges. Ally, the useless girl with piercings coming out of her face couldn’t explain to me how the first month of my service somehow ended up being $184. She told me the store manager, Chris, would call me today to fix the issue. Big surprise- he never called. How can I cancel my plan, TV and internet? Your company has not earned my trust, let alone my business and has not resolved anything and I will no longer be using you for anything. Not only was my problem not resolved, I recently discovered that I was registered as a small business owner so I “would receive a discount” and I do not own a small business and a $184 charge for one month of cellphone service is absolutely not a discount. It was a complete bait and switch. The lack of transparency was no mistake, they definitely knew what they were doing. DO NOT GO HERE

She related to us that we have put all of our displays away and to come back another time. She had not interest in helping or selling us a phone. We will not come back.

They are deceitful!!!! Overcharge and fraudulent charge. When you complain the manager magically is off, when you say you are going above them the manager magically becomes available but tells you the overcharge is just how the system works and that they can do nothing for you. Never had this type of problem at the store near I95 and Eau Galilee. Only went to this one because that one was closed due to Covid19. This is not how you treat longtime customers!!

I gave this store one star because it wouldn’t allow me to put zero stars. I had a terrible experience at this store. An associate by the name of Michael was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and unprofessional. He has terrible customer service skills and speaks down to you as well as over you, not stopping to listen to your concerns. I can’t believe AT&T allows their employees to speak to paying customers so poorly. I’m very disappointed in the service at this location and i recommend literally ANY OTHER LOCATION but this one

This place is a nightmare. They are c oing cell trade ins so I traded in both of my mom and my phones yesterday. I found out on my way home they didnt even put a new sim in my phone so I had no service and today my mom and I found out they kept our sd cards with all our pictures and stuff on them. We are beyond upset not to mention they also kept the tool that comes with the phone to put the SD cards in

After going there to renew my cable tv the agent there stole my identity to cancel all my family accounts and put it as new under middle name to get more commissions. He hacked my PIN numbers which lead to ATT’s fraud department to call me at 9:pm to report that he tried to steal my account. DO NOT GO THERE.

This place is hit and miss, depend on who is on duty. My last experience was terrible. I needed simple number transfer from Cricket. They tried, but said they cant do it and that I have to call customer service or go to the main store. When I called them they said they cant do anything because I do not have account established. I went to different retail store at North Wickam the next day and I was well taken care of. I suggest avoid this store!!

Incredible lack of responsibility. Through their store, I made changes to current service....was completely wrong. A week plus later after multiple helpdesk calls and visits to their store, still not even close....cant even get back to what i had. Their idea was for me to buy new equipment to solve the problem they caused. In the end, going through them was a major mistake on my part.Avoid this store even if the only one available.The sooner they are out of business...the better.To Kyles point...let us see how many mythological customers appear with high ratings...all of the sudden.I would prefer to give ZERO stars but that was not a choice.

Update: Its funny how all those 5 star reviews popped up right after my review from 9 months ago. If you click the names you can clearly see all these Five Star reviews are by people that have only reviewed this store or other AT&T stores. Seems quite obvious the owner, employees and the manager are adding some reviews to counteract my negative review. You would think an honest business would take the time to respond to my complaint and not fake reviews. Again, avoid this company at all costs.Avoid at all costs! The current manager Greg (who would not give his last name) does not know how to run a business.In brief, my mothers phone she purchased yesterday from another store wasnt working properly. She went by the store to see if they could figure it out. They told her the phone was broken, no sim card and wouldnt work in the near future on the AT&T network since it was a 3G phone and they were phasing it out to only 4G.Since my mother was not a signer on the account they were unable to make the 2 year contract with the free phone they tried to sign her up for, binding. They had my mother call my phone to get the last 4 of my social security number to lock in the deal. I asked my mother if the free phone required a two year contract. She said NO! They mislead my mother into thinking there was no contract. When I spoke to the sales guy, he did confirm there was a 2 year contract. I asked the sales guy to give back the phone she walked into the store with and re-instate the service. He said they couldnt re-instate or cancel the 2 year contract without my Social info. I knowingly disagreed and said I would call AT&T corporate and resolve the issue, get the old phone turned back on and remove the 2 year agreement. At this point I did not feel comfortable giving out my personal information. First the sales guy said it wasnt possible. I had to give them the Social info and that corporate couldnt make any changes once it was in their system. Then the store manager Greg, got on the phone and was very insistent that what the sales guy said was true. I pleaded to Greg to give the phone my mother walked in there with and put her on the phone so I could tell her to come to my house and we would resolve this with AT&T Corporate. He continued to make threatening appeals that she would be stuck in the contract and we wouldnt be able to activate her original phone without me giving the Social. The whole time my elderly mother was in there and very confused. I was to my boiling point and gave Greg my instructions to hand the phone to my mother she originally had and let her leave. Greg said numerous times I was making this difficult and I didnt understand, I wouldnt be able to make the changes and I had to give him my personal info. This interaction and argument went on for about 5 minutes.Lets make this long story short. When I got off the phone with Greg, I called AT&T corporate immediately. I told them to cancel the 2 year and re-instate the phone that my mother already had. 5 minutes later it was done. The phone she had was working fine. It just needed to be turned off and reset. Simple problem that turned into a nightmare for my elderly mother and then required my involvement. She came over to my house shaking saying she was scared into thinking she caused some great harm to me and/or my account that could not be undone.Moral of the story, dont go to this store.

My wife has been in everyday for over a week. Everyday she is promised that she would receive an email or a phone call from someone in the business department and for a week nothing. This is pathetic. And yet, AT&T will not give us the phone number of someone in the business department so we can call them....something wrong with this system???So who can help with a business account. So as a last resort I giving this less than satisfactory review that perhaps someone can resolve our problem with our business account that we have had for nearly 20 years.....before we cancel all our accounts and set up shop with someone else. Horendous service!!! Oh and I am giving one star only because it wont post with no stars! Dont deserve any stars

Twice now I have been to this store and both times they lied to us and told us things such as we can not cancel contracts, or you are not able to purchase phones in full, or not have insurance. Then we got our bill which was 4 times higher than was told to us. I would never come to this store again, just call AT&T instead. Someone needs to shut this place down for unethical business practices.

This location blows away any other at&t store. When I have gone to other locations I have had to wait for service for quite some time and even when I received service the customer service wasnt very knowledgable. At this Indian Harbor location everyone was very knowledgable and while I was in the store the store manager came out of the back and made sure he personally introduced himself and made sure all my needs were met. This means a lot in todays work force. Love this location.
