The best customer service! Matt, Leiddy (sorry if I misspelled), and Lauren were fantastic. We had such a great time with them while we waited for a transfer from one phone to another. Absolutely amazing at their jobs, and wonderful people in general!

Moved here and my Verizon coverage beachside was no good. After 10 years with that company they wouldnt even give me a signal booster. So after researching, I called this store and got Eric. Literally the best customer service from a carrier Ive ever received. Came down to the store and he had me switched over in under 15 minutes! Better signal, more data for half the price ! Please read this entire review. We recently purchased three new phones over the course of the last 2 months. The service that eric, Derek and Matt provides is beyond exceptional. We were old Sprint customers that almost gave up on ever hoping to find any level of expertise, or reasonable customer service, as switching to new phones can often be beyond frustrating. This team is on another level at this location. Eric, Derek, and Matt are experts in the field an exhibit a level of customer service it is very hard to find now. Especially Matt he is hyper intelligent just as Derek and Eric but the level of service that they provided will definitely Ensure my family will never shop elsewhere for phones accessories anywhere else thank you Matt

Derek and Lyndsey were amazing! They brought a new meaning to the definition of customer service. I just converted to T-Mobile and they made the experience a great one.

Our Sales Rep was great! He was very informative, sensed our needs, and was very helpful. He did not pressure us or try to convince us of anything more than we needed, but described what was available and their benefits, so we could decide ourselves. Both the young girl and young man were easy to deal with and it was a pleasure; we will pass the word on to others as it far surpassed the other competitors in the area!!

I went in today having to switch from one plan to another one. They made it hassle-free and an enjoyable experience. Shaun, Danielle and Rochelle were awesome, really nice and made me feel very at ease with them. This location will DEFINITELY be my store from now on.

First of, Id like to say its awesome having a T-Mobile closer to home ! This new T-Mobile is beautiful and has a wonderful and top notch staff who looks out for their clients ! I wont go anywhere else after the amazing experience I had here ! The staff makes you feel welcomed as soon as you enter those doors, even if they are busy, they still take the time to acknowledge you ! They are purely amazing !

Crooked, lying salespeople at THIS location. Bought a $500 phone and was given a *free* car device that not only wasnt free, but cost $48 and added $11/month to my bill. Shocking - deliberate deception, no question. Fortunately T-Mobile made it right, but FAIR WARNING - do NOT trust the staff HERE! Negative 5 stars.

Never had such a bad service. CSR dont know what they are doing, cant navigate website, dont know prices, dont know what they doing, what they talking about. Compare ATT they should get zero.

Very Easy to get my phone unlocked by ATT and then added to T-Mobile, but very poor customer support by T-Mobile because Ive been getting text messages half an hour late and people just get my voicemail when they call for most of the four months Ive had the service. Then T-Mobile rep just says good luck because they dont know how to change their settings to accomodate the device.

Worst of the worst Jose who claims to be the store manager was not only not helpful he actually was nasty nobody in the store had a very poor attitude because it wasn’t a sale I feel ... I would highly recommend going to a company owned store near the Melbourne mall .... cocky nasty stay away !!!Obtw when I asked him for his last name he refused to give it and when I asked for his boss’s name and contact info he refused to give it ., seems like he’s trying to run the location out of business
