I visited this location a week ago and I had such a great experience. The ladies who were there made my experience unlike any other time I visited. The service was very fast and efficient and they addressed every. I was so impressed by their patience and ability to not just sell me any high priced phone but they helped me choose the best device for my needs. They invited me back if I had any issues or more questions and I genuinely felt like they valued me as a guest and not just a customer. Without a doubt The best metro I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend this store.

This store has made such an amazing transformation. I have had my fair share of service issues in the past, but i was pleasantly surprised how amazing I was treated I was overly satisfied and the manager Shae values her customers and follows though on ever detail to make sure we were taken care of. By far the best experience ever. This is my new go to Metro hands down!

Took my mother in their yesterday and they were so nice and professional. Didnt try to sell her on something she didnt need. She was very happy when she left with her new phone.

Good fast service, the only complaint I have is when I went to replace a lost phone the guy at the counter seemed confused when I tried to explain to him that I would like to have my own account instead of being on my husbands account as primary. I even explained to him as an example because he was so perplexed as to why I would need my own privacy that when I accessed MetroPCS online for a history of phone calls, his phone info showed up but history of calls was not available to me just mine text and all.

The MetroPCS here has changed a lot! The girl June and Deon I think his name was..were really sweet and patient. I usually avoid this location even though its the closest one to me, but I passed by and saw that this location has new ownership. So out of curiosity I dropped by, needless to say Im pleased! Now theres a good place for me to go to

Quick and easy. Got me hooked up with the phone and out the door painlessly. If you need anything to do with cellular service I suggest this location. Great job guys.

Just went into this shop this morning and they were awesome!!! My old phone got wet & needed new one. They had me in and out in 10 min!!! Even gave me the discount without having to do the mail in rebate!! Made everything very easy for me!! Totally recommend them!!

Im 63 years old and this was the worst I have ever been treated by anyone in a retail establishment in my life. I am still in shock. The dark haired young guy at the computer (the one mentioned in the other review) was sarcastic, rude and plain messing with me.There was no one else in the store to witness his behavior it so Im sure that is why he went over the top. He gave me all smart ass, sarcastic answers to my questions about my problem (banner ads popping up on my phone. Example: He asked, What do the ads say? I said I dont remember. He said Well I need more to go on than that. Obviously he was just messing with me and was wanting to give me a hard time. He looked at the phone, said they were disabled and said there is nothing I could do about it. I asked Are you telling me I have to go switch to a new carrier to stop the banner ads? He said Im telling you to do what ever you want to do I told him I was going to go complain on him to Metro, that he has a rotten attitude and was rude. He started fake laughing at the top of his lungs as I was walking out.I was parked right in front of the door and I was getting in my car he started laughing again as loud as he could again so I could hear him (I think he was standing behind his door then) I gave him the finger and left.I went to the corporate store on Lake Washington and they sold me a new phone. While telling them about what I just went through, a guy standing next to me said I live in Indian Harbour and quit going in there too because I dont like their edge. An employee also said they have had other people in that complained about that store.This guy (the other reviewer is correct, he hardly looks you in the eye) is costing the owner big. Instead of saying in a sarcastic tone there is nothing you can do about it, all he had to say was Sir, unfortunately that feature is disabled on your phone which means your phone is broken. Youll need to get a new one. Right now we have some really good prices, let me show them to you. And I would have absolutely bought one like I did at the corporate store. Plus they would have gotten an activation fee.My guess is that he is either a family member or the owner that he is losing money for is unaware of how he treats his customers.

The staff is very knowledgeable. They have answers for any questions and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure I leave happy with my purchase. Brayan the sales associate is great!

They tell you everything was a warranty what they fail to mention is that its defect only they will lie to your face and dismiss you when confronted do not come here

Not paying this company another cent.

My metro phone was not charging in my car, so I went to this location, being the closest. The person indicated the phone had moisture damage as the reason for it not charging. Could not give me any definitive answer for the fix, but to buy a new phone, car charger plus transfer fees of plus $100. Decided for a.second opinion and drove to my regular Metro PCS store. My phone was completely dead at this point. They looked at it, plugged it in and told me it was charging with no problem. Result was a new car charger of $21 and I was on my way.The guy at the East Eau Galle is either a complete Idiot or a Con Artist.Dont venture to the East Eau Galle store. Buyer Beware

Just go to tmobile. This place has no selection and is way over priced for accessories. The 25$ case is 7 bucks new on ebay.

Now: is now a corporate store!!! YayStill sucks they want to charge 3$ for wanting to pay in cash, but at least the reps are more helpful & patient. MetroPCS has great promos, so lookout for good incentives!Then: Very rude. Dude just sits on his computer without even making eye contact. No manners, no professionalism in dealing with the public. They close whenever they feel like it and doesnt even pick up phone. MetroPCS isnt worth the bs u have to deal with when it comes to customer service. Very disappointed.

Dont go to this store! Go to any other Metro PCS store but this one... I was cheated and lied to at this store. I had previously purchased a LG Stylo 2, it was insured and last month it broke. I went into this store on Eau Gallie and when their female employee told me my only option was to upgrade my phone and since I didnt have the over $200 for the Stylo, I ended up having to buy a much cheaper phone just to have a phone. I found out today that it should have been covered under insurance. The manager Rani told me that they could not do anything about it even though he admitted to me that they were aware of this kind of thing going on they had fired people for doing this. I insisted that he call his boss and his boss Alaadin Smadi refused to do anything either. Stay away from this den of cheaters and thieves!

Ive been with Verizon for a long time and heard about the deals and stopped in to see what offers they had and phones. I was told I could look at the phones but not try them out. The owner doesnt like people touching them.Will not be back.
