This location is inside Walmart. Leila is the person who usually helps me. She is really knowledgeable about her job and helps out tremendously. I sent mail to someone recently and she took care of me pretty quickly while being very friendly.

Horrible experience

I didnt even know there was a FedEx in walmart Indian trail until this morning. The fax machine at UPS was broken but the woman there kindly sent me to fedex. I had a normal pleasant experience this morning when I went. Nothing spectacular or terrible happened, though the woman working there was very kind and helped me use the fax machine without complaint. In the evening I had to return and re-fax everything because the bank I faxed it to in the morning claimed the faxes were too dark. The women at FedEx the 2nd time I went in we again very kind and even though Im sure I came off rude at first, due to being angry at the bank, they graciously helped me and calmed me down. They lightened the photocopies to be sent and helped me to resend them. The cherry on top was that they didnt charge me a dime though I was totally willing and ready to pay. I didnt even have a problem with them but they saw how frustrated I was and helped me out anyway. I wish I would have gotten their names. This is a great example of amazing customer service! Thanks guys!
