I would recommend this place for inspections and repair on any vehicle. It was well priced for an inspection and they treat their customers well.

We have been doing business with Tire Express for many years. Paul and his staff are very good at helping us, especially when we have unexpected truck issues that would stop us from working. We appreciate the hoop jumping they are willing to go thru to accommodate us.

I dont really feel like I can trust this place anymore. Took my car there and they said they needed to spend an hour taking off a stuck bolt (which they claimed they needed to use a torch to get it off) which is why my bill was double. (Originally quoted $70-80. Ended up paying $140 for a 4 wheel alignment on my lifted vehicle)I then explained that it would be impossible for that bolt to be stuck because the day before I had just removed the same bolt AND coated it in anti seize. The sales clerk then brought in the technician who performed the repair and he had no clue what the sales clerk was talking about and said he had no issues removing the bolt.Very unprofessional to misinform the customer based on an assumption, and to tell me two different stories . I will not be taking my car here again and I cannot recommend this place to anyone who doesnt know about the mechanical workings of their vehicle.In all honesty everyone else here seems pretty decent and the owner seems really nice, but I just had an experience today that I would not like to happen again.

So I went there today to get four tires put on rims I had the tires and hundred and some dollars to put tires on the rims in mountain balance little expensive Walmart does it for 12.50 a piece there its like 18 to 25 plus they try to nail you for valve stems every time they every chance they get markup markup will never go back

Very professional, friendly, and helpful. They weren’t able to fix my vehicle but they didn’t charge me to check it, they always kept me updated, and they allowed me to leave it over night until I could make arrangements to have it towed home. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Made an appointment for an inspection and had informed them while making appointment that a headlight and turn signal had just gone out this week so they would need replaced. Arrived, gave name and car info, pulled up my appointment and got right to it. About 40 minutes later I was told it was ready, passed inspection no problems!....when they told me the price I said really?!? Thats all with the replacement of the lights that werent working as well? Their response, you had lights out?Now Im no mechanic, so to be sure before I wrote this review I checked PA state requirements for inspection, and lights are absolutely a must check for proper inspection. So now I wonder about the integrity of the inspection. $100 dollars later, I feel as though I need to get my car checked over somewhere else to ensure my safety and the safety of my family. Highly disappointed in this experience, and I have been a customer for several years. I do not like the feeling of being taken advantage of simply because I am not a mechanic and I am female, and thats how I was made to feel from this experience.

I had some work done on my brakes. Upon leaving the shop, several lights appeared on my dash. I took my car back. Turned out I needed additional parts, which should have been noticed the first time. They were very fair and charged me a fraction of the cost of parts and no labor.Thats what I call standing behind your work!

Paul is always very helpful. I bought tires at his brother Matts tire store in New Castle and had a problem with the way one of them was installed. Even though they are separate stores and his brothers store had been sold, Paul lent me a tire in Indiana so I could get back to New Castle and get the problem taken care of. Nothing but praise for Indiana Tire Express and you have a customer for life. Just bought two sets of tires in the last month from there. Even when Delaneys said a tire could not be repaired, Tire Express did it with success. Thank you for helping us.

Came to get (2) winter tires, not bad tires but I DO NOT reccomend going here if you need in and out. I even called the day before and asked “if I come in at 8 for (TWO) tires, can I be out by 9?” They said yes. If they would’ve said no, I could’ve waited or went elsewhere, but it seems they wanted the money so knowing that I wouldn’t be in and out they still had me come in and be late for work... just so happens the VP of my franchise stopped in. Thanks a lot! The outcome is always wonderful so I have 2 stars on this, but the sense of urgency IS NOT THERE.

Im a regular & long-term customer here. They have always been fair & honest with me and if you make an appointment they tend to be efficient. Only negative I notice,is that their labor prices seem to be going up slightly but thats probably everywhere, and they are still very reasonable. Just remember to call ahead a day or two for an appointment as they are busy.

One one occasion my car was on the a/c reclamation for 4 hours. Finally, they diagnosed that the unit needed to be completely replaced. They apologized for the wait and was not charged for the use of the machine since it could not be repaired.Their honesty and integrity built good faith and now I am a regular customer who refers others to Tire Express.

Expedient and courteous, will come again! I called in the evening about a coolant system malfunction that arose on my way home from work, and they took me first thing the next morning. I was able to get back to work by midday.

Went outside to my car and I had a flat. Called Tire Express and they told me to bring it in. Being that I am not from the area and I figured I would try it out. They were somewhat busy when I got there, but still managed to get everything done and replaced in under and hour and for a great price. The customer service was great as well. I believe the guy I worked with was Chris and he was very nice. I would recommend going here to my friends!

Great Place !!!My daughter who attends college in Indiana Pa. had a flat tire .I called the service center and explained she had a flat and couldnt drive on the tire as it was too flat. I explained I lived 6 hours away and wondered if they could tell me who might be able to help her roadside. Although they dont do roadside service they went and met her put air in her tire with a compressor and followed her back to service center and did the repairs right away, they couldnt have been nicer !! A different shop sent me here as I was limited on time. I had a broken valve stem that needed replacement. When I got here the guy at the counter told me it would be about 10 minutes, perfectly acceptable to me. One and a half hours later they finished the job and charged me almost $40 to put in a valve stem. I could have had Walmart do it for $12To add to that there is a large grease stain on my seat. **edit** as stated in a previous review the reply is for show and out of no real concern. I messaged with my contact info with no reply

Moving to a new area means establishing new relationships of all sorts - and I have yet to find an auto mechanic in this town willing to accept home-baked cookies as a form of payment for spot welds.Until that happens, I will happily exchange my dollars for the level of service provided at Tire Express.From initial contact on the phone to the informative conversation post-service, I never had that feeling of being hoodwinked; repairs were punctual and performed at a reasonable cost.

These guys were great. I walked in, told them exactly what I wanted and they had it done very quickly. There were a few things wrong with my car (that are quite obvious just by looking at it). The mechanics took note and were sure to personally walk out and include me in the decision making process on if I actually wanted these things fixed (where some shops will just do it and tell you when they have you the bill). They respected every decision I made and did not do any work on my car without first running the idea by me first. What they quoted me on the phone was exactly what I ended up paying for which is the complete opposite of what you will experience from some other auto shops on the area. I will be back to this place for sure!!

The guys are all wonderful and great at their jobs. Fast service, very professional. Had my car serviced twice and they even checked my brakes and wheels without extra charge and havent had a problem afterwards. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to other service centers around. I only wish they cleaned up and upgraded their waiting area as its very dirty, smelly and uncomfortable. But otherwise they are so far the best mechanics Ive dealt with and would recommend them highly.

Scheduled an appt, called and said I was running behind due to traffic, was told that fine and they could still fix my car. I arrived before the time I said and they told me I had to reschedule. The guy that was suppose to fix my car left. The guy behind the counter said people should learn to show up on time then proceeded to tell my boyfriend that Its a good thing that we didnt want to get the car done today because he wasnt doing it. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Purchased tires here for years despite the long wait times and constant up charges. The last straw was being handed the stud they snapped off my car and told they would fix it for another $50 in a few days. When questioned I was told it was an internal failure... Guess since Im female I wouldnt know that over torquing snapped hardened steel, not an internal failure. Edited to add: it appears the owners response was just for appearances sake. I did email, and received no response.

My friend has been going here alot up until recently. The last time he went he was getting a ball joint fixed and instead the guy chose to fix that plus give him an oil change he never asked for. Plus the prices they charge are ridiculous. Only SOME are reasonable. But I would not recommend going here for car work.

A miscommunication with a parts reseller caused a wheel I ordered to be shipped to their shop by mistake. Even though they were not expecting the package, they held onto the wheel until I could pick it up. They were very nice about as well when I came to retrieve my wheel.

I called Tires Plus after a horrible experience with Monro(dont go there) and they were pretty nice and I made an appointment for a Saturday 11am state inspection. The place is a quant and neighborhood friendly garage-they were prompt and efficient and my inspection was completed in about a half hour. They were very helpful in explaining to me that my car would soon need new tires. They didnt try to fail my car in order to make me buy them. Ill probably be back here soon to purchase and get this service done! They were cheaper than another place that I had checked out for both parts/labor. The inspection was just a few dollars pricer than I expected but I appreciated the easy and decent service

Worst experience !!They are so unprofessional. Please readI took my car to change the brake pads and the rotors, I bought the parts from advanced auto parts and I waited for 3 hours even though they told me it will take 45 min. to an hour max. (OK no problem)after 2 months the brakes started to squeak, so I took the car to another auto shop and the surprise was that Tire Express CHANGED ONE ROTOR ONLY. when I went there to talk to them the manager told me that their system confirms that the they changed the 2 Rotors and he even walked to my car and saw that one is new and the other is rusty and old, but he told me that the guy who worked on the car is not available and that I have to come and talk to hem once he returns from his vacation.now I cant drive my car because it is dangerous to operate the car when the brake are bad. and they are making it my problem to wait for the guy who worked on my car.
