Brad was my salesman during the whole process and was extremely helpful and friendly. Never once did he try to push me into something I wasnt interested in. There was also a gentleman who was the sales assistant, (whos name I forgot unfortunately) that helped me out while I waited for Brad to finish with another customer. He was also very personable and knew the answers to the questions I had. Everyone at the dealership I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. No negotiation was greatly appreciated as I felt the deal was absolutely fair and well within what I wanted to spend. I wouldnt hesitate to return for service or my next vehicle. Total process probably only took 2 to 3 hours which was extremely quick in my experience.

Although I had recently had a little trouble with service on my vehicle I would just like to say that Rick and his service team went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Not only did he fix my issue but he went above and beyond the normal level of service by delivering me a loaner when it was near impossible for me to get my vehicle to them in a reasonable time. Had a appointment Friday morning with the service department and they got me out of there in a timely fashion just as they told me. The service manager at the counter was very knowledgeable about Nissan products and gave me some very helpful information on my car even though it was an older model. That kind of knowledge is hard to come by!!Also, the staff in the showroom was very welcoming and friendly!!

In addition to an oil change I asked the service department to investigate an issue with the transmission. They did a thorough job by checking both digitally and with a drive test and by discussing the results with me. It gives me more confidence in my vehicle’s performance. He took the time to explain how the different features on my new vehicle worked and even set up the Bluetooth connection. He has followed up with us to find out if we had additional questions and to see if he could offer additional support. We wouldn’t purchase a car from anyone else! Tom, in finance, was very professional and helpful, he made the finance process very seamless and took the time to explain the different financial options to us.

We purchased a new Titan and new Murano recently. Our salesman, Brad Conner, was the best!!! He is honest, friendly, and very helpful to say the least. We have been dealing with Mark Arbuckle Nissan for years now and have always had Brad as our saleperson. We keep coming back because of Brad. Mark Arbuckle has also always gone out of his way to give us the best deal he can. After purchasing vehicles, the service department and service manager, Rick Kahle, do a great job. You get a great all around package with the dealership.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and time and consideration the staff took to make sure our social distancing with others waiting in the showroom was as comfortable as possible. The fact that all of the staff was wearing masks and the attention to detail the service department took while working on my car made me very happy.

If I could give the place less than one star, I would. Called for a price on a newly listed vehicle on their website. The sales person “didn’t know” and said they would call me back. Emailed an inquiry for the same information. No response. Called a second time, had to speak to the owner to get assistance, finally got the price. Called a 3rd time and told them we were interested, but coming from Pittsburgh and needed to confirm that the car was still available and that someone would be able to help us when we arrived in 2 hours. They assured us that it was and there would be.The salesman (Sean) brushed us off when we arrived, told us that the keys were in the vehicle and we could go ahead and take a look at it. We came back in to discuss the purchase of the vehicle and had to wait 20 minutes, because he was the only salesman working and was now with another customer. When he finally walked away from his other customer, he told us that he was sorry, but the woman he was just talking to purchased the vehicle. He was literally negotiating a deal on it WHILE WE WERE IN THE VEHICLE, and didn’t bother to tell us - knowing we had driven 2 hours to make this purchase.When we communicated to him how unacceptable that was, he just shrugged and said, “Sorry. She was here first. Have a nice day.” No interest in working with us, no attempts to show us anything else. Nothing. As we were leaving, Sean was apparently not happy that we were angry and he sarcastically commented on that by saying, “Nice,” to us as we walked out the door. We turned around and said, “Excuse me?!” And asked to speak to the owner. He was just as useless and un-apologetic as his salesman.I would NEVER do business with this company. EVER. Their customer service is horrible, their follow-up is horrible, and I don’t know how they ever earn anyone’s business. If you’re looking for a good car buying experience, look elsewhere.

I traded in my 2012 Frontier that I had previously purchased here, on a 2017 Nissan Titan SV. Shawn Reese is a wonderful salesman, having dealt with him both times. I was in for a state inspection and an oil change. All employees were so kind and courteous and explained in detail what services were going to be provided. The showroom is very comfortable and I love the fact that they have refreshments for customers who are waiting. All in all, a very nice experience.

Even though the service team was very busy catching up after COVID, they were extremely efficient and stayed in communication with me including supplying me with a rental. Also changed my mind that all dealerships are overpriced and pushy on service items that you potentially don’t need.

I was looking to purchase a 2014 Nissan Maxima after being involved in a car accident. Wendall was very pleasant and easy to work with setting up the appt for the check up and Mike was very informative as to what needed to be done and did the job quickly. Everyone was very pleasant, and the waiting room had cookies, water, coffee and hot cocoa. We were relaxed while waiting and were able to watch tv which made the time pass quickly.

Worst experience ever!!. Loved the used vehicle we took for a ride. Came back and made the salesman an offer. He laughed in our face, and said if I knew you were going to take it for an hr drive, and offer me that price I would have never left you take it. The most arrogant person I ever met. He made us feel like we were wasting his time, and bothering him. I cant believe he does good at selling anything. I have no respect for this dealership any more.
