I have used A-1 awards for 20 years. The last few years the quality of service and product has went down. Every time I receive awards trophies are broken. Maybe they need to pack differently. I order way in advance in hoping to receive them earlier than 2 days before the event, but I never get them any earlier. The last event I ordered from them I actually did not receive until Thursday night and the event was Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The order was wrong. I had to send someone to drive up to Indy to get the order that they did not do. The sales lady wanted to argue with me and try to make it my fault which it was not, it was a miscommunication on their part between them. What happened to The customer is always right. I thought for sure I might get a discount of some sort/ or not even have to pay for the mess up awards. Nope I got told I should be happy that they even did the awards cause it was last minute and had to be rushed and that they are not going to charge me for a rush fee. Why should I get charged a rush fee on a mistake on their part. So not only did I have to pay someones time to drive and pick them up plus gas, I also paid fully for the awards. Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer

Saleslady was very helpful and made sure she explained every product I inquired about. Even gave more brochures to take home so I compare different things. I would return and continue to work with them

Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable about product, also helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
