I cannot say enough good things about Fast signs. I had a last minute order and the staff was great to work with. They worked great through the rush process, called me to verify that I had a typo in what I sent them (it was an error that they caught, thankfully) and were pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, they communicated well so I always knew where we were with the process. I highly recommend this group and will definitely use them again the next time I need signs

I’ve worked with Fast Signs several times over the years for smaller projects with no issues. I thought it was time to give them a bigger project because of the success I’ve had, but I was sadly mistaken. I reached out for a quote at the end of September and met with Jamie within a week, that was a month ago and and still NOT received a quote from work or any communication. I’ve called the office 3 times and have been promised a return by the end of each day and still no response or update. Very frustrating that this has been the case, as I was not expecting this type of service.

Products are great and ready very quickly. Massive shout out to Melissa for her help and support. She is awesome- super friendly, incredibly helpful, reliable...she is the reason I keep coming back! In the past our company has used another store and just had everything shipped, but after working with Melissa I will only order from you guys! Keep up the great work and thank you for everything!!

Teyna Coy was so helpful at every stage of our project. When I first called, I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, but she helped me figure it out. When there were some file creation problems (on MY end), she helped me understand exactly what she needed from me. We purchased our sign frames from another vendor, but she quickly volunteered to install the signs into the frames for us (and Im sure glad!) They got our signs done in the time promised (which was only a few days) and when I went to pick them up, they were fully displayed for my approval. Then, she folded them up in the frames and readied them for me to carry them out. And every single thing she did she did with kindness, professionalism, and EXCELLENT customer service! I would enthusiastically recommend the store and Teyna specifically.

We recently had to move our retail store. The move was unexpected.We had a dead line and had to move fast. We needed new large emotional branding signs for our new location. We are in Columbia, SC. One of the most efficient, helpful, and amazing Fast Signs I have had a pleasure to deal with. Everyone we deal with on the phone, through email, and in the store are just incredible. When it comes to answering emails and producing materials, they really are the fastest out there.

I am always happy with the finish product. My only drawback is that I always have to reach out to find out if a proof has been completed or if the product is ready. I would like the turn time on proofs to be quicker and if they are completed in a day for someone to call and let me know without me having to call 2-3 days later to find out what is the status.

We needed to update signage for our church parking lot. FastSigns did a great job with the artwork and installation, weather not always cooperating! And the price was reasonable for a beautiful job!

For years I have been ordering signs from this place. And today was the last time. Ordered 4 signs from last Monday, suppose to be ready by Thursday, and then Friday night, and then Monday morning, and then Monday at 3. Called in they states signs are ready i drive in! Signs aren’t ready, fonts aren’t correct and she thinks this is funny! Sorry we opened a old file, but i can get it ready by day end. Thanks but no thanks.

I recently used FASTSIGNS of Indianapolis, IN - Northeast, location again, yes again they were able to deliver a banner I needed much faster than any one else I contacted. I have used this location of Fastsigns before and the service I receive is second to none. Last July I needed my art work sent to North Carolina for decal work and they graciously got that job done also.

I am on the board for my realtor board and we need to get some new sponsor banners made, Ashley was quick to get me a proof and get the job done. I was very pleased with their promptness and also the quality of their work.

Dan and his team members were very professional from start to finish. The urgency of needing a temporary sign in order to meet a state inspection (in 2 business days), did not seem to inconvenienced him and/or the company; my need was his need and he made sure we were happy with the product. After getting pushed around for weeks from another company, this respect, urgency, and attention to detail was even more appreciated by the Owners and myself. The banner is amazing and the overall experience was excellent!

Fast signs were not fast! I had just simple lettering for back window of my truck, and no logo...told me it would be about 24 hours for a proof, two weeks later after contacting them, it took another week to get proof, then proof was wrong. They wanted me to drop off vehicle to have a 10 minute install. It took them 45 minutes to find my finish sign after making an appointment to have install, and 10 minutes to have the guy put it on. Then, I found out later, they charged 75% more than another place would of done it! If I could give no star, I would!

I have tried over the last 2 years to get the great service I once had when this store was located off 86th street. Every time I order anything now it is wrong. We are 5 for 5 now and I am afraid it is time for me to move on....... I get a mistake once, maybe twice but five times in a row is a problem. Orders wrong, proofs that have been sent back with changes and then to get the proof again with NO changes made ( really, I did the work for you with the copy, all you had to do was LOOK at the attachment). Serous management problems and attention to detail.
