I go here alot but sometimes there two guys that be in there abd they fet rude with you the girl she a sweet heart always help me smile and interact with her customers

I love royal beauty supply store they have all types of hair.

It was good I went in looking for Chinese items, not beauty supplies. I know its a beauty supply store. I figured I try anyway. They did have all kinds of wigs, and beauty items. All shelves were stocked. Clean store, good customer service. I did noticed items were not pricey. I did see something that sparked my interest will be back.

Of all the beauty supply stores I’ve visited this one is my favorite. Their prices are reasonable and the majority of the staff is friendly. There’s one guy who, lets just say if he were the only one working there I’d never shop this place again but luckily he isn’t.

This use to be a one stop shop for me. I now find myself having to go else where.

We had a great experience here. Found exactly what we were looking for. The store is clean, well-organized and brightly lit. The salesman was polite and we didnt feel harrassed. We were VERY impressed with their selection of human hair wigs. I found an amazing lace front wig that looks and feels like real hair. It was pricey but well worth it. We will DEFINITELY return to this store for future hair care purchases.

I like the fact they require everyone to wear a mask to enter the store and there is sanitizer at the door for you to use for your hands.

Quick run that only took 2 minutes top. Only suggestion visibly mark the items with prices so you wont have half of the stores items sitting on the checkout counter due to ppl not knowing the price. Plus it will limit the amount of go backs for the workers at the end of the day.

Came here once and will be my last. Not a comfortable place to be when you feel like someone is looking over your shoulder each time you consider a purchase. Not good business practice I feel.

Called the telephone number listed to find out if store carried a particular Brad of hair care product. Manager answers the telephone and say Im busy call back later. I say excuse me sir I only want to know if you carry a product. If your busy is there anyone there with you who can help me... He says sorry I dont understand. Okay bye...flat out hangs up....what is the point in having a telephone number when you tell customers you are to busy for them?

You can tell they get alot of Black- People business all they do is watch you shop but let you wait on yourself and take your money. Nor, can I help you unless you start to look to long in one place. I was one who looked at the glass items to long and got help Go Figure
