They are very seldom open during the posted work hours. I want to support since its the only black hair care on the Southside but pls be open during the hours posted!

They never open on time. Ive been there 3 times after the opening time and doors were locked. I left a voicemail and the owner started texting my phone with excuses. Never again.. I just wanted rubberbands and loc gel

I was searching for a store that sells hair products and was a little skeptical when I saw some of the reviews but decided to go anyways last minute. I am happy that I went ! Zuri was extremely attentive and helpful. Don’t let the reviews stop you from going . She is wonderful! Go and get your own opinion of her plus she has vast selection of products.

I previously visited zuris store, it is so cluttered, items are on the floor, people are shoulder to shoulder, there are no social distancing throughout the small box store. When its time to pay there is no sheild to block social distancing and therefore I consider it to be a hazard store, please be aware she is always on the PHONE and never acknowledge you as a customer.

I love this store & love the fact that its black owned as well. The only thing I would have to say is they will follow you EVERYWHERE. I love looking at wigs but dont stand by me & stare like Im going to steal something. I shop here all the time but I feel like I have no breathing room to shop. Its makes me uncomfortable.

Black owned business. Very sweet and knowledgeable owner. On the small side but full to the rafters of things youll need. Wigs are between $5-10 more than the Asian stores but if it means supporting a black owned business, Im fine with it.

The owner is not very friendly unless you’re buying something that will cost more. She was on the phone the entire time & didn’t even say hello when we walked in. I’m good. My mom & friends say they received similar treatment. Not sure what her problem is, but I’d rather drive a little further for better customer service.

Ive went through zuri 3 times during covid-19. Everyone has to cashapp their payment and then go pick it up or have exact change. I requested 10 vol, thinning shears & clipper oil. She didnt tell me they were out of 10 volume. Instead, threw 20 vol in the bag and had me pay without telling me they were out of 10 vol. The seller should never make the call on a substitute for any product. A simple text would have been fine. When my bf got home with my products and i texted asking why i didnt get what i paid for she claimed she told him (after i had already paid) & she told someone who knows nothing about what i got. He simply just picked it up. Smh not happy with this run but everyone makes mistakes i guess?

She has ALL the best hair care products for ethnic hair! I have dreads and the products i use are very hard to find and she had all of them! Also she is very nice.

On Google it says you’re open till 8 PM on Saturday and I drove across town and you were closed at 6:45

Its nice to have an African American hair store on the south end of town. Usually they are all located in one area of a city. The store was very nice and had a very nice selection of hair care products.

The owner is sort of rude, she will watch you like a hawk and please do not touch the hair or wigs!!! How else are you suppose to know if the product is something you want if you cannot touch it? They do not carry a variety of hair and its not organized where you can find it easily. I think i rather drive 20 mins out east or west and go to the beauty supply stores there than try to shop in a hostile environment. Relax a little Zuri!

The store has extensive selection of natural hair, extensive selection of quality wigs and beauty and hair products. Customer service is personalised. .Prices are reasonable. Definately a store of its kind. Would highly recommend it.

Zuri helped me find what I was looking for on my visit today, she was happy to help me and was very sweet. I highly recommend shopping here for all you beauty needs. They also do braids and weaving!

Very Disappointed That I Waited 15mins For Zuri To Open & Still No One Showed Up. I Arrived At 10:15am, When The Listings Show 10am Open Time. Finally I Got Fed Up & Left At 10:33am After Calling 3x ! This Has Happened On More Than One Occassion. Not A Very Good Look For Business To Be LATE Everytime !

This place is horrible. I rather drive 30 minutes into the city than to come here. They never open their store on time. On the door it says they open up at 10am and here it is 10:30 and the doors are not open. I actually came to this store maybe a year ago and nobody was there but I walked right in and no one was there. These people didn’t even lock their store up lol so I happen to walk back out the store and waited for someone to come and they arrived 45 minutes late. BAD FOR BUSINESS

I went to the store today to purchase some very common hair extensions I was followed around like I was going to steal.I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for touching the hair or the wigs, being told that the hair is on display so that we dont open up the packages mind, you the display is 15 feet above the ground so theres no way that you can reach it. I went in the store with over $1,000 i could spend, I ended up walking out because of the obvious disrespect assuming attitudes. I understand that people steal, however if someone is not acting suspicious nor do they look broke or carry themselves like thieves you should maybe give them to common respect of being a normal customer. I will never return to the store and I wish that they were on Yelp so I could also write a review there

Hardly no selection and definitely made me feel uncomfortable like I was going to steal from them by following me. These African act worser than the Asian. At least the Asian has better selection. I know now not to come back! Just travel on the east side

Hours posted are 10am-8pm . i came at 10:30am and they were closed. Customers parked outside and ppl knocking on their door. Unprofessional. Post hours of operations correctly.

They are so rude! All they care about is making the sell! They sold me some hair that was so horrible the first day after installing the hair! There was no bounce no shine it tangles up every single second of the day! It’s not full it’s so thin etc! I will never go to them again
