This store has a lot to offer. Unlike it s sister stores in Texas they didnt carry the pants size I was looking for 40x36.Also I was in this store for a half hour and no one offered to help me and I only got a hello from the store manager.I always appreciate someone offering to help and not going overboard.Other than those two complaints the store has everything and much to offer.

I work here everyone’s great at there job and it’s a fun environment to work in honestly haven’t had this of good of a job before it’s pretty relaxing and really not that hard

Love this place, cant beat it..I had to get a new pair of boots and a hat... Couldnt have asked for better service or selection... Thank you all..

A quick visit to get my wife a hat and ended up getting her some bling too. Started out not real impressed but the salesman got better.Ill be back

Very Knowledgeable and Couteous Staff. This was my first time ever shopping at the Boot Barn. I bought my son a pair of work boots and myself two pairs of Miss Me Jeans, Buy One Get One Free. Plus I earned almost $30 in Rewards. Now you must check out the BOOT BARN Im sure you WILL NOT be disappointed.

My son loves the Ariat boots, only issue is that the kids sizes are very limited. Its hit or miss on the smaller sizes. Adults sizes are always available.My 8yr old is on his 4th pair of Ariat boots.

Went in today looking for a pair of Ariats. Carrie was understanding of trying to find the boots and pants in my size. Answered all my questions and my concerns. Awesome service!

Best staff and best syire

My experience was great! Jeff was happy to help me with picking out new boots as a mechanic. I havent found any place like this in Indiana. Ive only found places like this in states like Tennessee. The store was nicely organized. Easy to find boots by what they had to offer. Will be back early to middle of July for a pair of boots for at home. They gave me 15% off my next purchase!

Excellent service. The staff that I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. They didnt try to sell me all those extra addons that necessarily dont fit the purchase, but a few things that would be beneficial in my trade to help prolong the life and keep me from burning up the leather and laces. They even recommend some alternatives that I could do instead which saved me money.

A barn in the middle of the city

We needed a new western wear and boot store in Indianapolis. I went in to buy a couple pair of boots but, instead purchased 3 very nice shirts.The reason I didnt buy any boots is because, unfortunately, the boot manufacturers seem to think the only colors for boots are, brown and black. It didnt give me any real choices or selection. Multiple colors on the shafts but, how many people tuck their jeans down into the shaft to show them off? None that I know off.

The Associates were fantastic in helping me locate exactly what I was looking for.I went in to try on and purchase a pair of jeans, I have a difficult time finding jeans as I am small in stature.Due to all the assistance I received I came home with 3 pair of jeans, 2 shirts and a new belt.Yes I will return soon and highly recommend this business.

Im no expert, but they had boots of all kinds from all kinds of price ranges and the store smelt amazing! They had clothing options and perfume. My husband and I each bought a fragrance that we love. Good customer service and fun store to check out!
