Love the place, its been 6 yrs since I last was able to visit one. But they were friendly and helpful. Things did change but the chocolate was still great!

I stopped into Godiva chocolates today for my partner. I purchased an assortment of chocolate. At first, I thought the price was high. But after sampling the chocolate, the price was a great bargain. Nate was such an awesome person with his assistance. I will return!!

Love the ice cream cone here. Treat myself almost everytime I visit the Keystone Mall. Not too sweet, quantity just right and price reasonable as well. Apart from the ice creams choice of premium chocolates are a plenty.😊👍🏼

I was told this review did not meet their website guidelines so it was rejected. What guidelines? That it is not positive? I am trying again to post it here.I placed the order a full month early. These were for employee gift boxes that were to be sent out the first week of December. a few weeks after I placed the order there was no update on delivery. When I used your chat resource to see when they would arrive it took over 20 minutes just to tell me they were out of stock and would not ship until after I needed them. Really? I spent over $300 on your product and no one even considered letting me know? Instead I had to invest another 20 min of my day figuring it out myself. Then I had to wait around while the order was cancelled. So no, I was not satisfied, I immediately went and spent my money with a competitor of yours

Chocolate is always bomb. Weird service though. The lady behind the counter was listening to my private conversation and kept chiming in or interrupting. 😕

I have never had a bad trip to Godiva at the keystone mall. I always love going in because, well, Chocolate. Their truffles are my favorite. I usually get a few different kinds. They also have really good ice cream and blended drinks. I think my favorite thing about this specific Godiva store is the people. The people who work there are all so nice and it keeps me going back.

I went there on a road trip with a friend and told her I seen a picture of the ice cream cone they have so we went. I got us both the Belgium chocolate in a dark chocolate cone with little chocolate chips. The best ice cream cone ever. They were not sure if the machine was working, so so happy it was.

Always a place I go to for holiday gifts. They have the best ice cream in a cone for any summer-time treat. I love the free truffle with a reward card you receive once a month with a purchase. They even have coffee drinks and treats.

A small well laid out chocolate shop for expensive and pricy chocolate. The chocolate is really enjoyable and the guy behind the counter during my visit was very friendly. Definitely recommend for high quality chocolate.
