Pretty good store its convenient how they are next door to eachother only down side is that they rarely have the shelves stocked with product

This five below location is better than the one in Fort Wayne! A lot more items to choose from and they had exactly what we came for. We got a talking fox and it died and Fort Wayne didn’t have them anymore. So since we came to Indianapolis to go to the zoo we stopped here and they had one!! So we are super excited. Only bad thing about this store was that there was only 1 working cashier.Otherwise the place is very very nice!!

Will never return to this location. Employees are rude and give the impression they dont want to be there. Tried to exchange an item that was missing a part only to have the employee return the item because she was talking to a co worker and not paying attention to what she was doing. After signing for the refund I was told by the employee that I can just rebuy the it. I have yet to receive a refund for the item returned (7 days later) and since the employee threw away my original receipt l have no proof.

Due to to the economy we shop there for almost everything we need. Especially for sweets and crunchy stuff. Cleaning supplies, some food items such as a meal, juice, sodas.

This location is always well stocked with plenty of goodies the staff members greet you when you walk in by saying hi welcome to Five Below and that was very refreshing for me I was pleased with this trip try this location out if you can it should not disappoint

I love five and below it has different things every week

The girl named Brianna, was extremely rude and unprofessional. If retail is not your thing then don’t do it. She scanned out things SEVERAL TIMES TWICE. she scanned incorrect prices, had a attitude when I was being friendly. I am really appalled that there’s this behavior here. I believe it needs to be addressed.

Did not go to Five Below Dollar Tree next door just like any other Dollar Tree to get what you pay for

Great Place for stuff $5 and below

This place is like 2 minutes from my house. I enjoy going there good and clean environment. I always buy their incense and just shop for small things.I love this cute little place reminds me of when I was a teenager 😀

One of my favorite places to go have a look around. My kids want everything in the store and at a price of $5 and below you are sure to find what you need (and maybe something you dont)! Very convenient that this one is located next to Dollar Tree (a dangerous combo)!

Employees were very helpful with an online order return. I recommend against using 5Below online shopping or or their online customer service, but the store itself is great.

Five and Below is a great place to shop for yourself, gifts or just looking around. They have just about everything you can think of.Great quality and choices. Staff is friendly and when you walk in, you dont feel overwhelmed.

Good place to get little stocking stuffers. We also get welcome baskets for people that come and visit us and this place works well for that including the baskets that are functional and cute to pack everything in. They even have clothes here

This is a great place to take your kids if you want to get them a toy and don’t want tspend more than five dollars… They have a great selection my son finds a jet plane or dinosaur or cool Trucks and sea animals!!!

Its pretty good. They really need 1 person full time restocking the store. T shirts always seem to have a super limited size variation. Overall just fine.

There were a lot of things sold out when I walked in. There was only one guy on staff, which was not enough for the amount of people there needing assistance and needing to check out. They ended up helping me get what I needed and the place was nice enough, but they need to get more staff members in there and they need to get more product in so it isnt such slim pickings on what is in stock.

Good prices but quality is not there. Got lots of stocking stuffers here for Christmas and was very disappointed.The stretch Armstrong knockoff literally ripped in half, filing the room with a white powdery substance, putting Christmas morning on hold while I cleared the room, vacuumed and wiped everything down. The sloth ball launcher didnt work after a few uses, the sloth slippers were in the trash within a week... Stick with board games and inexpensive earbuds you wont be mad about when you lose.

Always exciting going into a Five Below ^_^This one is a big one!! Just like Carmels.They have everything from clothing to candy even incense..coloring, books pillows..Its hard for me to just get one thing I need when I go. There are such great deals!!

Interesting store, lots of stuff to see. A lot of the things to buy there seem like impulse items. Way better than a dollar tree!!

Its okay not what I expected but it is what it is the $5.00 dollar store.... the stuff online doesnt match the stuff in the store...the place was clean and neat to see..the employees are nice and polite but the electronics dont work I returned one and just thrown the other one out.... also its locked more exciting online and then get to a store and your sad totally different.

It is always busy when you go to this location. But the staff is friendly, and its a lot cleaner than other locations.

The inside was great and they had stuff I needed, and the prices at 5 Below are always top notch. However, customer service was horrendous once we checked out. We were completely ignored once we got to the checkout, and then paid $20.70 for a $10.70 purchase. Cashier got our amount we paid wrong, said we gave her the wrong amount when its clearly not, forced us to give her an extra dime when we had given her the right amount from the start. All of this happened in front of the manager who didnt intervene at any point. Wont be returning and wouldnt recommend shopping here. Shops in Greenwood and off Washington St are 100% better and have always shown great customer service.

I went in with the intention of buying a pair of socks, but came out with about 8 additional items. I love this place, the quality of the items are very good.

Alot of pretty neat novelty items, but dont expect it to be the best quality stuff. I do find it weird that my wife bought a 6 pack of orange soda, and she was charged for every can individually. The only time I see myself returning is if we need to get some cheap gifts for some reason. Other than that, I doubt well be returning. Not a rather impressing store.

Wheres all the merchandise? The store has been trashed out for weeks! Went in once a few days before Christmas and then again today. It doesnt look like theyve got any stock in and everything is just thrown about and out of place. Total mess.

I love Five and Below and its always interesting to see what they have when we go in, but this is a smaller store so the selection is a bit more limited that some of the others.
