Mark Weiler, Wayne Rogers, and John Luck were all extremely helpful in our purchasing experience. They were patient and answered all our communications in a courteous and respectful manner. The entire deal was accomplished over the phone, or through text and email since we lived 130 miles from the dealer and it wasnt convenient to do it in person. Given the current market situation they still honored the GM Family First pricing, and did not apply a market adjustment cost to the price of the vehicle, which was rare to find in our shopping radius - we saw some dealers charging $5 - $10K over MSRP on vehicles similar to what we purchased.Overall I would highly recommend Bill Estes Chevrolet. They were more helpful in our vehicle purchasing experience than GM dealers that are local to us. I would definitely make the 2+ hour drive each way to do business at Bill Estes Chevrolet again.

The service department was great to work with and efficient! I was traveling from out of town and had an emergency issue arise with my vehicle, they somehow fit me in and my vehicle was fixed within two hours - which I was amazed by! I would definitely recommend them for service needs!

I had a great experience at Bill Estes. They were ready for me as soon as I pulled in so I didnt have to wait at all. I was greeted by Barry, who was very friendly and answered my questions as he got me checked in. I chose to use the shuttle service for the first time ever. Ive also never taken an Uber before, so this was a first for me. Both drivers (home, and back to dealer) were friendly and talkative enough that I never felt uncomfortable. With the current microchip shortage, many car dealers are gouging customers by charging List-Plus pricing. Estes honored GMS pricing and even reminded me of the Costco discount that was available. Ill buy from them again.

Came here because my car broke down close by so really out of necessity. When Allen broke down what my problem was, he told me like it is and didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary things. I thought the service was ok but the advisor was below average at best. He didnt communicate well with my insurance company or myself. Different estimates were sent insurance than the one presented to me. The professionalism and communication from the service department needs to be better.

The buying experience was nice however when I got the vehicle home I discovered it has an oil leak. The service department is backed up so I had to schedule to drop off car without a loaner. This is not good

Brought my truck in for the oil pan leaking. I was pleased with how quick it was able to get into the shop and completed. Other Chevrolet dealerships informed me it would be two weeks minimum before they would be able to schedule my truck in for service. The oil pan is now sealed better than it was from the factory and so far, has not leaked a drip of oil. My family has dealt with Bill Estes dealers over the years and have never had an issue with any of the dealerships. They have always tried to make things right if for some reason I was not satisfied.

Ive bought FOUR cars from this dealership. FOUR! 2 Tahoes, a Camaro and a Volt. Dropped off my Volt for service and I cant even get a loaner car for a couple day. None available but I see an entire LOT of cars.Update: Changing my original score from 1 star to 4 start because the service group was able to get my car back to me within 24 hours. Very speedy turnaround.

The intake was very welcoming and quick. The wait time not long maybe 25-30mins. After leaving the dealer however I noticed to clear disturbing issues. 1) the check engine light was now on and was not before I brought the car in for a simple oil change 2) the oil change sticker which is placed on the windshield was not updated to reflect the new oil change creating suspicion to whether my oil was even changed to begin with. I am not a happy satisfied customer.

We have purchased 4 vehicles with Bill Estes dealerships over the last 6 years or so. Yesterday was our first experience with Bill Estes Chevy, and it was wonderful!! We had actually just purchased our Ford Explorer in April at BE Ford. We absolutely loved our Explorer, but recent circumstances had us in a situation where our payment was too high. I had talked to Derrick Holmes previously, so I texted him, and he immediately went to work before we even came to the dealership. He had a car picked out for us, with a much lower payment, but still fit our families needs. By the time we got there, Derrick had the paperwork ready to go, we took it for a quick test drive, and was out the door in less than 2 hours. Quickest visit to buy a new car we’ve ever had! I brought my car in for an oil change and some maintenance. I shared with staff that I wasn’t 100% satisfied, but was in a hurry so couldn’t stick around for them to do more work. The next day I got a call from the GM Andy, and he made it a priority to get my car back in to be re-serviced. Andy and Ryan provided top-notch service, active communication, and really went beyond my expectations. I’ve been coming here for two years already and will plan to do so for the foreseeable future.

I had an oil change and air filter replacement done today. After leaving the dealership I noticed the check engine light was on. I pulled over and looked under the hood. The techs unplugged the ECM module cable from the Air Filter Box and this was not plugged back in. It was hanging, unplugged. This was an easy thing for me to diagnose, but could have been much worse. I am surprised something like this was missed.

Derrick was great explained the features of the truck very well and was not at all pushy. The financing was quick and easy and also not pushy. Which I appreciated.
