Lori in the service drive not only got my vehicle in early but honored my coupon even though I forgot it! Not only that, but a portion of the coupon price was deducted even further because my alignment on my vehicle was in shape. I admire that honesty and dedication, I’ll be back soon for an oil change.
11/05/2021 Update - I was asked to reach out to the business to restore confidence and they have yet to respond to my e-mail from 10/07. LOL.I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from here on 09/08/2021. On 09/12/2021 as I was driving, the flex pipe came off. According to them, an inspection was done on the vehicle prior to selling it. They had my vehicle from 09/13 - 09/18. They repaired it and I picked up the vehicle on 09/18. While driving, I noticed a low humming noise as I accelerated. I called again on Monday, 09/21, and was told to drop it off on Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and no one seemed to remember I was asked to drop it off. They informed me that they were not able to fix the humming noise and I should take it to a Jeep repair shop. On 09/27, I took it to a Jeep repair shop where they informed me the noise was due to the welding job on the OFF-MARKET flex pipe repair done.Do not waste your time or money purchasing a vehicle from them as the vehicle will break down and then you will be left figuring out how to have it repaired.The only good thing about this situation is that Madison Miller attempted to help and assisted as much as possible while purchasing the car.
I purchased my Silverado 2500 heavy duty from these guys. The entire buying process was so simple I really have to give them their props. I absolutely love the Silverado and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a new car or a new truck.
I was there for service. I did not see the Stacy when I first got there so I tried speaking with another service member who was very short with me. Last time I was in for service he was exactly the same way..not really sure I will continue coming back if treated this way by your staff. Once I did talk to Stacy she was extremely friendly and helped right away..

I have been to this dealership a number of times over the last 25 plus years to have both my work vehicle and personal vehicles serviced. Simply put, the service has been outstanding on each visit. I deal exclusively with one service writer, John Revor, and I feel very confident in his decision making and recommendations. Working with John I have never felt pressured on any of the recommended repairs needed on my vehicles. I dont mind spending a little more time and paying a little extra for that piece of mind knowing my vehicles are serviced properly and by factory trained technicians on each visit. The general service oil change and tire rotation are the best deal of all. I have never had to return for the same issue over and over like some of the war stories Ive heard from others. I highly recommend this Chevrolet dealership for a one stop shop.Good job Hubler group!
After being a satisfied customer for many years, sadly for the first time I actually am disappointed in Hubler repair. Why? Because I believe I was grossly overcharged for replacing a passenger side actuator. In the past I was charged about $240 but this time they charged me $500!
Got a great new (used) car for a decent deal. Wish they could have went lower but they got down to around what I wanted to pay. Salesperson was awesome and wasnt pressuring me at all.

Bought a new car earlier this month and everything went great. Then today I had to come in to drop off some paperwork, and the guy at the counter was offended that I had my mask on. He acted like he couldnt hear me, and was clearly getting irritated with me because I refused to take it off. Luckily someone else happened to walk by and could hear me just fine. Then the guy that was at the counter started talking about how masks dont work, and had a very disgusting description as to why. While he is entitled to his personal beliefs, I do NOT feel like I should be harassed while inside your business.

Everything is great, always good service. The only thing I wish is that I would get some feedback on all the things they check when they service my car. They always take me to the cashier and not a word about the service checks, tire pressure, fluid levels, nothing. I actually don’t know if they every check anything or not. If everything was checked and it was good, then say so. As least I know they checked my car out.

I purchased my first and only new vehicle ever in November of 2013, I went in requesting a 2014 Impala LTZ leather loaded I was talked into a remaining and inventory 2013 Impala with the old body style and no leather however they said they would give me $1,000 off of the sticker and that there was a $3,000 rebate being it was last years model, after all was said and done by undervaluing my trade which was a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ leather loaded with drop-down video screens etc they even ended up keeping my $3,000 rebate tried to charge me too much of an interest rate which the bank caught and reduced it back to where it should have been.I was recently going through my paperwork found my window sticker and title work and realized instead of giving me a thousand off of the sticker being it was a vehicle they wanted to get rid of they ended up charging me $1,000 over the sticker price, that is done as if it is a collectors item and people are fighting for the vehicle and will pay more than sticker I called and spoke with the general manager and he said there was nothing that they could do about it however he said if I wanted to buy another new vehicle he could give me a discount on that. He qualified that attitude by telling me they only made 323 on the vehicle which everybody negotiates as far under sticker as possible and they still make money so if they charged me $1,000 over sticker kept my $3,000 rebate and only made $323 would mean that I just now fell off the back of the idiot truck and then was ran over by the stupid bus that was following behindThis is just food for thought before you buy a new vehicle quadruple check everything.

I bought my car at Ray Skillman in Greenwood, but I take my car to Huber Chevrolet right next to it, I remember years back my dad bought car from Huber Chevrolet, I just went there this morning to have my brakes taken care of and the service advisor told me that my rotors were gone, so I told him go ahead and replace the rotors and pads and I went there at 8 and I was out by 10. Even out of my time being there they even gave me a free breakfast what a deal, so is it go to Huber Chevrolet ask for Robert Brown he has a great service advisor 5 stars to him

NEVER take your car to be worked on here. They tried scamming us out of two problems we had in the car and tried charging us $2500. After getting second opinions we were told nothing was wrong with the car and it was easy to tell they didnt even pop the hood. Confronted the worker who helped us with it and all he had to say was That technician is on vacation for three weeks and is ignoring the rest of my emails. We will never come back.

My husband and I drove all the way from Ohio to pick up his new truck at Hubler Chevrolet in Indianapolis and we would like to say that this was by far the best overall experience weve had at any dealership. Hubler Chevrolet did not open until 9AM, but our sales representative, Andrew, went out of his way, before opening, to get the truck out and parked next to our vehicle greeting us right away before the store even opened. He remembered our names and treated us like family with providing excellent customer service from the time we got out of our car until we made it home safely and asked how the vehicle performed. We would definitely make the drive again just to do business with Hubler Chevorlet.
I brought my vehicle in to be serviced (replacement of a fuel pump), and while initial service was admirably professional, within four days my vehicle wouldnt start. I had the vehicle brought back to Hublers for further service, suspecting (but not necessarily concluding) that this was the result of negligence, either in their initial diagnosis of the problem, or the repair of the issue. Getting someone to look at my vehicle and tell me what is wrong with it has been very laborious and very frustrating. Hubler has had the vehicle since Saturday and as of Wednesday morning, I dont even have a diagnosis of the problem.Edit: The replacement fuel pump was defective and replaced under warranty. While resolving this was more time-consuming and frustrating than I had hoped, it was resolved. The Hubler team was professional, and I can’t fully blame them for a bad part.

Sales was great. Service was horrible. Brakes started squeekung a few days after buying over $27,000 car took 2 weeks for service to call me back then said I was out of 30 day time frame. Dropped of car the next day the brakes still squeeked dropped off again they still squeeked. They said the original owner must of used cheap brake pads. So im still driving a nice car with squeeking brakes...
Upper management contacted me and got my issue taken care of. And got me reimbursed for the tire issue. The Service manger James listened to my concerns about being sold a SUV with the wrong tires and made it right.. Just hope they pay better attention next time when placing tires on a vehicle. and make sure they are correct so no one else has this issue. JAMES YOU ROCK and thank you

Bought a 2021 Chevy Colorado from here. Had it 2 days and the truck had engine cooling issues, oil pressure issues, and it over heated. Really disappointed. Currently deciding weather to seek counsel for Chevy selling me a bad and dangerous truck.Glad to report they fixed it with no wait or issues.The salesman was very professional and this review does not reflect him as an individual as he did his job. He was not aware of the truck issues. However the owners response to my report is the same copy and paste he responds to everything. Its disappointing very much. When you call the number it leads to nothing and I wanted to keep this a 4 stars but unfortunately that isnt the case. An individual that cares about its customers would respond appropriately to each and every review.I do thank Brian P for his response to my inquiry. Im disappointed with the rest of Management.

My son (who has good credit) went online and filled out an application for financing. They immediately called him and asked for him to come up there. He told him that he couldn’t because of work and school that’s why he filled out the application online so they can let him know if he was approved before wasting his time going up there. They lady said she would find out then let him know. They called him on Monday said he was approved and to come in and pick out his car. What a joke! He wasn’t approved, had him test drive a car he couldn’t get. The cars are over priced. We get the GM discount and the sales person told us basically the discount wasn’t worth it and wouldn’t help. I would NEVER go back there again! I tried getting a car from them last year and had the same issue they couldn’t get me into a car but I went online to Carvana and was approved and in a car within 72hours!!!

I just puchased a Chevy Equinox at another dealer and I took my SUV into Hubler Chevrolet in Greenwood for an oil change, a check-up, and a tire rotation.. They were very courteous, got me right in, provided soft drinks and a light breakfast in their little cafe area, and then the gentleman who was my service technician even took the time to sit in my car to explain the different bells and whistles on my vehicle to help me understand everything that my car could do.. Excellent customer service and they treat you like a person. Theyve earned themselves another customer and I highly recommend them!
Brett Fannin was great, greeted me as soon as I got out of the car. Explained the wait time with me.Only problem I have is I don’t think the tires were rotated which is mentioned with the oil change process.

Overall a great job. The repair took twice as long as I was told it would but I knew that was an estimate so its not a big deal. The repair was well done and the car looks as good as new.
I dropped my car off the night before appointment it took 3 days to get it done and parts are on order to fix what I brought it in for, then your dealership refused to get a damper covered under warranty it broke at the mounting bracket, had oil changed, my car was in your shop for 3 days everything could have been done in one day I had to cancel appointment at ziebart, becauseyou had it 3 days, I told service department I needed it before Thursday when I dropped it off they said ok

They did what I asked and another place told me my battery was bad and Hubler said I can wait till winter to replace it. Plus, they found something the other place said was not bad. It was. Hubler fixed it, for free.

Bought a $50,000 truck. Traded in a car. Paid them to obtain the title, but they tried to get it from the wrong state. I corrected them. Next thing I know I get a letter from their attorney threatening to sue me if I dont cooperate. I offered to buy the car I traded in back. They sold the car before getting the title. Their attorney sent me a letter threatening a lawsuit if I did not request a duplicate title, pay for expedited shipping and provide receipts to demonstrate my cooperation. I asked to be compensated for the fee I paid them to obtain the title and attached is the attorneys response. Do you want to do business with them? I didnt think so.

I purchased a car from them and they sold the car in the dark.... I woke up the next morning it had big dents in the car.... they said they would fix it but never did..... two managers said I had there word they was going to fix the car they never did..... then to top that off I came back a 0 deposit and they charged me 150 down payment which I shouldn’t had to pay...... I pray God close this business and fire the no good people.......

William updated me on a weekly basis as to the status of my order, and was always quick to respond to my questions.After my purchase the service from William has continued. He set up a service and paint appointment to fix some nicks and scratches, and install the correct shift knob and boot in my car. I am a demanding customer, with high expectations.
