The manager of this nestle cookie shop in the mall (Faham Youmus) is an absolute star! I called the store at 11am ordered a cookie cake for national chocolate chip cookie day. My marketing department came down and said order two more at 12pm. I called back and he said no problem they will be ready at 2pm. I got there and the cookies were ready to be decorated. He even let me decorate one with our company logo! The cookies were a hit everyone in the office said this was the best cookie cake they’ve ever had and I agree. Spot approved location, we will be back!

Excellent service and kind, helpful staff. I ordered a cookie cake at the last minute for my son to bring to school to celebrate his birthday. The staff decorated the cake with Happy Birthday and my son’s name. I so very much appreciated their service and taking care of the cookie cake for my son.

It was my first time here and as soon as I got to the counter the woman told me shes not taking any orders. So I just assumed that shes not making any cookie cakes you know special orders. I asked are you selling cookies? she told me yes l. I waited at the counter for her to get finished. Some more people came up to the counter wanting to buy cookies and she turned around and said that she is not taking any orders. When she had just told me that yes she selling cookies. Do you guys not have employees to actually work and take care of the customers at the mall? Just ended up going to Cinnamon! #ashame

We stopped for a quick break. Great service and staff were very friendly. Nestle never disappoints with Toll House treats!

Staff not very friendly and the ice cream is just ok

Its great. I love the cookie frappe. The customer service was satisfactory. But the place is kind of small. And its $1.29 for an espresso shot. The frappe I got was a little pricy, but I feel like it was worth. It was made in a timely manner and they have plenty of other items on their menu as well. Id recommend this place over Starbucks strictly for the price. This place is also pretty good quality.

Awesome!! Owner was wonderful. We got the Berry Peach Smoothie which was amazing! Also got the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and they are seriously delicious! Overall awesome service, great food and pricing was perfect!!

To be fair, Ive only been here once and I only bought a Chai tea latte. The baked goods might be great. The chai however, is awful. Ive always thought there was no such thing as bad chai, I was wrong. I think its entirely possible that the mix they use went bad. That would explain this .... Thing.... I just paid for. Employees were nice though.

Yummy cookies. Soft and sweet and if you are there around noon, warm too! Also offer delicious cookie cakes at reasonable prices with cute decorations.

Stopped in for a glass/bottle of milk, was told it would be $2.99. When I declined, price dropped to $2.00. Probably wont be back for milk /or/ cookies after this questionable treatment...

Horrible customer service! Took forever for anyone to help us, even though they were standing behind the counter and we were the only people standing at the cash register. He acted like he hated his job, we had to reach behind the counter to even get our cup of ice cream bc he just walked away!

The ice cream was freezer burnt and I asked for a brownie that the lady just took out of the oven but she said they were for tomorrow hmmmm I think you should worry about today.O stars
