Good enough but periodically closes at night. Most likely because workers arent being paid enough. Thornton workers wont hesitate to turn away customers at night.

Got some gas and grabbed a drink. Was in and out very quick and service was great

The woman that waited on me was way to rude for a customer service rep. I walked up with a fountain pop and set it on the counter. She said hello, I said hello. She was counting money so I was just waiting for her to finish. She gave me a nasty look and said what are you doing? I said I don’t know how much I owe you and she said, I told you 1.08 in a very smart mouth attitude. I said well I didn’t hear you. She mumbled under her breath and then had the nerve to say have a good night. 10/18/20 around 8pm.

Terrible customer service I got yelled at for adjusting my masks embarrassing me in front of everyone lady told me not to mess with my mask while inside the store very rude. and a second time I ask for change for a 20 I got at their atm and tell me he doesnt have change at all instead of saying he cant so I get a dollar gum and wallah change for a 20 could have just been honest with me dont recommend they will belittle you and hang out with their buddies in front of the store instead of being inside when there are customersAgain nice lady I ask for a dutch she asks for ID I try and point to the DOB not knowing my finger is in the way of the picture instead of telling me she grabs my thumb and moves it out the way and says okay thanks I thought we were supposed to be keeping it safe that was gross

I work across the street at Tru II You Barber and Beauty Salon, I been coming to this location for approximately 5 years and EVERYONE there is very friendly. If your a rewards member, they greet you by name. I highly recommend this location.

Visiting and it has quickly become my favorite store near by. I had the most sincere sweet woman today, her great smile, and short conversation uplifted my day. thank you. Taryn your awesome girl

This store is always clean And you can find all the products you need without getting any assistance and they know me they call me the ice lady I come at least three or four times a week just to get the ice alone thank you guys for being a good store

First shift: Two individuals are pleasant employees. (Bobby&Cindy)Ive not had the best luck with third shift since James changed to another location. 1/2/16 Spent thirty minutes waiting on hold being shorted money after buying a pack of Marlboro King Pack Sliver that cost $6.39. Cashier was a male with long hair and glasses only gave me $0.61 back give one star

I highly recommend avoiding this gas station. 3 coworkers (including myself) have now had their credit cards compromised at their pumps. Thorntons doesnt appear to care that their customers are being ripped off by thieves as this has been on going for many months.

Whenever I come to this convenience store I usually get a nice elderly lady who checks me out but the other times I get a short small lady and she is always rude to me and always has a rude tone the last time I went there she accused me of stealing and before that I had bought a drink and chips but I wanted another snack so I went to get a rice crispies and the women didn’t give me a receipt nor a bag and so I put it in my pocket and she came up to me and said I stole something and if I’d like to put it back so I went and put the overpriced rice crispy back that I paid for then she banned me from the store and told me if I come back she will cal the cops.

This gas station is so unprofessional 1 cashier working line out the door the other cashier outside smoking they dont realize we keep them with a job... Also its race wknd all 3 cash registers should be open...

The new lady that works on 10 street location. She did not give me a Receipt and walks away from the register. I come there every day and buy cigarettes and purchase a drink. The new lady always wants me to buy her cigarettes. I will not be coming to this gas station again

Great place for snacks, soda, etc. Their rewards/loyalty program is pretty awesome as well.

Staff is great and good snacks

Dont forget to sign up for your rewards card,I have saved a boat load of money on gas,when gas has been high everywhere.And Cindy in the mornings always makes my day,when days dont start so well
