I LOVE Fancy Fortune Cookies! I ordered some for my employees for employee appreciation day and just to say thanks multiple times. And Erin even added a special cash gift in some of the cookies per my request (all wrapped up of course). A lot of hard work and effort go into these creations! I love them and Im now planning on ordering some for Christmas...if I can get the order in on time...my bad!

Have ordered cookies for years. Always good until this last batch of 50. Very embarrassing as our guests are do use to them. At least a third had no fortune. Sad thing is I have tried to contact someone. I talked with a nice lady who assured me a new order was coming. Still waiting....

The cookies tasted so fresh, they were so tasty! All the different messages were packed separately like we stated, and out of 250 pieces only one chipped a bit, but not broken. I am very satisfied with our order, and would recommend Fancy Fortune Cookies as 5 star rated business! Excellent customer service, very professional!

DELCIOUS AND PERFECT!!!We had a business event and wanted something unique and inspiring, and we happened to find Fancy Fortune Cookies! It was a rush order with very little time for completion and delivery (about a week or two total), and we commissioned a large quantity with 3 different varieties (pictured is one type we received). The cookies tasted so fresh and incredible, and the design was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, and will be ordering again in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I ordered cookies for an event last January in plenty of time for them to arrive. They were shipped via FedEx to my business address. FedEx claimed they were delivered, but they were not. I contacted Fancy Fortune Cookies, and at first they seemed to be very helpful. It was too late to resend the cookies because they wouldnt have arrived in time for my event, so they were going to issue me a refund. I had paid via PayPal, and I kept checking for a refund, but none was issued. I contacted Fancy Fortune Cookies multiple times to try to resolve this, and they were of no use. They claimed that they had issued the refund. I submitted a dispute with PayPal, but Fancy Fortune Cookies submitted to PayPal the delivery notice from FedEx and claimed that I had received the cookies, so PayPal would not issue me a refund. I called Fancy Fortune cookies again, and they said they would look into it. I still never received the refund. I will never order cookies from them again.

I just received my order of Bazooka Flavored Fortune Cookies and they are spectacular! The entire experience was great. I completely enjoyed writing my 5 Free Custom Fortunes and was amazed by how many options of flavors and decorations that are available. Bravo To The Fancy Fortune Cookie Bakery Team! I found them online and used them for our business. Customized both messages and cookies design with a logo. I was amazed that the FRESH cookies tasted SO much better than the store bought ones. The ability to customize them is a talking point with everyone I meet. Everyone loves them and asks about them. They are a great marketing tool...if I could quit eating them myself. I picked them up in person and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I even spoke with the owner and she was so genuinely friendly. I wished I had known about them years ago.

Ordered 750 cookies for a clients trade show, pretty last minute. Cookies showed up in a timely manner. I did make sure to check up on the order due to the time sensitivity. Fortunes look great, cookies taste great. Overall a fun addition to their campaign. Thank you.

I have never written a negative review in my life but the disappointing and unprofessional manner in which this company treated me is necessary to write about. This company is an absolute joke. I ordered fortune cookies for my wedding as the concept is really fun. Unfortunately, the product I received was incorrect (wrong messages, wrong flavour and broken cookies) and any attempt I made to contact the company to rectify this issue was met with silence. I emailed and called this company on multiple occasions to try to get my correct order and heard nothing. Until.... I threatened to write this review and then miraculously the company contacted me to let me know that they are so sorry and that they would refund my money. However, since sending the company my account details for the refund I have not heard back from them, I have emailed them on multiple occasions and they ignore my contact. This was 4 months ago. I have to say I believe that the positive reviews for this company must be falsified. I wouldnt risk making a purchase from this company, it will become a very expensive mistake to make. My order cost over $350, you would think this kind of business would be important to them, obviously not!

Without words, a brick would have been damaged the way this was packed. Its as if this was the first cookie they ever shipped. Customer service did the least possible, send an email with pictures and documentation of the damages then we will return your money. Wasted time, spoiled special event and nothing but hassle to show for it.....

I had to call the customer service and ask them to move the delivery date much closer. They were very accomodating and understanding! Shipped pretty much next day without any extra charge. The cookies arrived in a box. Very delicious vanilla flavored cookies. Great experience! Id recommend them for sure!

Ordered a jumbo fortune cookie for the showpiece of my dads 90th Chinese Luncheon Birthday party. Arrived broken. I called and spoke to Erin. She said that she will personally package a new cookie extra securely and ship it out overnight, arriving Friday. She even stated that if it arrive broken, she would ship out another one to arrive on Saturday. Nothing arrived Friday. I called and spoke to Justin. He stated there was no overnight cookie sent, but I would get one on Saturday. The replacement cookie arrived Saturday. Shattered in hundreds of pieces.Reasons for low star (should be ZERO): 1. 100% Failure Rate for packaging a product they advertise. Cookie poorly wrapped. So much tumble room in the shipping box. It is not the fault of FEDEX. It was totally improperly packaged. Probably broke before it was even delivered to FEDEX.2. Failure to follow-through on promise to ship overnight.3. Both broken cookies were not as ordered. Obviously I did not order a broken cookie, but in addition, I had ordered the Hannukah version with gelt (gold chocolate coins). Neither cookie had gelt, even though I had mentioned the absence of gelt in the first cookie to Erin. Erin promised they would not forget to put gelt in the second cookie. Well, they sure did.4. The refunded the cost of the jumbo cookie, not the whole order. The other items were added because I was ordering the jumbo cookie. The whole order should have been refunded.The customer service people are sweet on the phone but absolutely do not do what they promise. Terribly disappointed not to have the showpiece fortune cookie that was going to carry the candles for the big 90th candle blowout. What a way to ruin a great moment. This company should have made things right. I would never recommend that you place an order with them if it is for a special occasion. You will be devastated.

I love everything about this company - customer service via phone and email, and the products. Just ordered over 300 cookies for a company event and they are beautiful and tasty (the black raspberry ones are just awesome). Love Love Love this place!

I called to make an order and asked what time they opened on Monday. The gentlemen said 8:30. Their website said they open at 8:30. I got to the store at 8:35 and even though the sign said open the door was locked. I called and it said that I had reached them during business hours and to press 0 for assistance. It rang and then said their business hours were 9am to 5pm. Can’t put up a review for their cookies yet because I can’t get them. Make sure you don’t go before 9am so you don’t have to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes like me!!!

They made a bunch of cookies for our wedding and they were gorgeous. We got to personalize the fortune inside. Very friendly people, too.
