I love this place, its so girly. I love the feeling I get as soon as I walk in. Its like Im a star!

After visiting today I will be very sure to return to this location again after only having used Curbside services and in-store pickup before.I came in needing to get a new face base and I went looking for the mesh bags they normally keep near the front to go shopping only to see they had been replaced with baskets. I really like this change as you can get to your items easier and see what you have as opposed to the mesh bags that were a little bulkier, not to mention the baskets are more hygienic as you can wipe them down with a wet wipe if you prefer which the store also provides near the front.After doing the rounds an employee came up to me and asked very politely if I needed help, I said yes and explained what I needed. They were able to direct me to two members of staff who were very nice, heard my concerns about my makeup, and helped me to find what I needed. They were very relatable and courteous, made me feel understood, and in return their knowledge was very useful in helping me decide what to get. Needless to say, the customer service was extremely good, and I was extremely happy with the products I chose.The store is very clean too, I was concerned now that testers have returned the displays might be a little grubby but no, the whole store was very clean. There were a lot of other employees who were restocking the displays quite frequently from what I could see too - no display for any brand was more empty than to be expected.Lastly the cashier was very nice and checked me out in a timely manner. I will say, if you wish to spend some time in the store, go on a week day before rush hour so that way you can get as much assistance as possible if you need help - the staff will take very good care of you, and you will able to browse the store more freely. Everything was very easy to find as well, the store is essentially split into 5 quarters with easy sinage, the variety of brands being very good with a wide array of pricing - from drug store brands like Elf and Nyx having impressive sections alongside Cerave and La Roche Posey, to higher end brands such as Lancome, Peter Thomas Ross, and Stila.Overall, this store continues to impress me and I hope to return soon. If you want the widest selection of brands with everything they have to offer with good customer service, this is for sure your one-stop-shop.I hope to return soon for more of my beauty and skincare needs.

I love going to this store. The employees are very knowledgeable of all the products. They take time to tell me about what the product is and how to use it. They treat me like I am their mom. I love this. I love their recommendations.

Let me start off by saying that my son has set up his PS thru my phone and his username pops up and I cannot change it. My name is Crystal P. I had a hair appointment a couple weeks back. This is the first review I have ever left. The stylist I had was the sweetest person and had a tremendous personality. The cut I received however, was one of the worst I have ever had. It was the first time I have ever cried over a cut. I am always willing to give people chances as I am a cosmetologist. My schedule makes it very hard to get in with a person on a normal 5-6 week basis so I went with the reviews on this location. When I made the appointment I specifically asked how long the stylist had been doing hair. I was told 3-4 years when in reality, the stylist graduated 2 years ago, so lying was the first issue. I showed the stylist 2 pics. I have an inverted bob with a stack in the back. I had stated that my sides needed to be CHIN length. My sides are now CHEEK length with my back being longer than my right side. My left side is about an inch longer so it’s even with the back, but still not at my chin and uneven sides. My hair is also curly, which the stylist mentioned. So in mentioning, they should know that it will pop up and account for that. It will take a long time for my hair to grow back out. I was also flabbergasted at the price!! $45, there is NO corporate salon that should EVER charge that much for a cut. The stylists aren’t worth that cost. Heck, some of my stylist friends that pay booth rent in the higher priced salons are only $30. Very disappointed.

The staff was super rude and unhelpful. They stood in a small knot near the front of the store and acted offended that they were being asked a question. The associate that finally helped me made it seem like a chore that I was asking her to recommend a replacement shampoo and conditioner because my go-to is super hard to find these days. The store was rather messy, especially the shelves of product. Ive never been to an Ulta that seemed to care less about whether products are faced and straight on shelves. It made it super difficult to track anything down. The sale gondolas with a seemingly random assortment of products with half-a$$ed signs taped up.

I had a hair appointment today with Bruce at the Greenwood Ulta and it was the absolute best hair experience I think I have probably ever had! Bruce is very knowledgeable about hair colors and styles! He listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job!!I highly recommend letting Bruce take care of all of your hair care!!

I love ulta, but this one is not it. They treat their employees unfairly, and while I love the energy, I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism that I have witnessed from this store.

My stylist never disappoints. I always leave being so pleased with how my hair looks! He makes it feel so incredibly soft that I keep touching my hair afterwards.I love the wide variety of products they offer. The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful.

Went there for the second time ever and spent 90 minutes. My 7yr old had an AMAZING time checking out the different palettes and petting all the brushes.Honestly if you wear make up or hair or skin products skip the grocery store and go here. The selection is unparalleled, the staff is friendly, and the prices are unbeatable. Plus points, and buy 2 get 1 free on lots of stuff. You dont get THAT at Meijer or Walmart!

While checking out the cashier kept asking for my phone number, email and name. I kept declining and saying no thank you and she kept persisting. I didn’t want a rewards account or credit card. I just wanted to check out and leave. Her persistence came off very rude.

Great store! Massive selection of hair care products, accessories and tools. Skin care products galore! And of course a large variety of cosmetics. This particular store is very clean. The employees are somewhat cool dn indifferent, but if you ask questions they are helpful.

Very clearly made my appointment for 2:30pm, they stated my appointment was an hour prior and stated I was late. I made this appointment 2 WEEKS in advance. Awful book keeping or some other mistake was made and it was a simple fix. This was my first and last experience with ulta. Will not be returning.

Dont even bother opening up their emails because if they give you a coupon code one will say if you get it too low of in product line you cant use it and then another gal said that my sister got too high of an end product to use the coupon code.

My past two experiences with Ulta have been absolutely horrible. I will NEVER shop here again. I would especially discourage anyone from having a service performed at the salon as I received a botched eyebrow tweeze.I was referred to this particular consultant by a friend. My eyebrows have never looked worse in my entire life. Not only that, two days later I am still in pain, suffering redness and inflammation in the area, I am afraid that the hair follicle is damaged and my eyebrows will not grow back.I was very specific with the brow consultant about how I wanted them done as I only get them done about once every 3-4 months to maximize thickness and growth. She did absolutely nothing I asked for. I of course went back to my friend that referred me and did not even receive a response back. Thus, I expressed my concerns with the salon manager. However, I was told she had never had any complaints and perhaps my eyebrows threw the consultant off. That is no way to treat a paying customer.I hate that this was my experience, but hopefully by sharing this, I will prevent anyone else from having a similar one.

Very busy this time of year if you go on the wrong days and times. But everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I have asked about.

Was disappointed I had to travel further since both stores by me either had very little of what i wanted or nothing at all but the ladies made it worrh it. Very fast, polite, and accurate. Did a great job with the curbside pick up. Made the ride worth it.

Greenwood Ulta is small and doesnt carry MANY of the neat items in catalog. A lot of their space is devoted to drug store lines.. 20% coupons are rare!

Went here to get my wife dime makeup she wanted for Christmas. Everything was set up nicely and orderly. The attendants were very helpful and helped me get everything I needed for her and a couple things I thought she might like. They also had some good door busters.

Beautiful store with a large selection. The staff is nice and the store is clean and well kept. They have full size as well as mini products! That way if you want to try something out, you dont have to commit to the large one immediately. Im for sure coming back when I need to replace old items again!

If employees cant understand foreign customers: Ask again! I will never be back in Greenwood Ulta! Ulta you are the best, but PLEASE train your staff to be more polite and patient, especially with foreigners! Thank you!

Ulta us my favorite store for all things beauty. I have found that buying online is easier and you get a ton of fab samples.

If you dont like being constantly pestered by employees, they are good at that here. They will be nearby if you need them, and thats nice. My only qualm is that they stopped carrying a particular variety of shampoo that I had found there. Downsides of corporate inventory shifts.

I love this store and all the variety. Unfortunately they were out of stock on many items and I found myself looking for alternatives to some of my staple supplies. The store was clean and staff was friendly. Could have just been bad timing on my part. Of course will shop here again, over and over.

For my birthday my sweet husband took me to Ulta near the Greenwood Park Mall.. The store is easy to find! Has great lighting so you can see how great the product looks and or read the information about that product.. The displays are HUGE!! So you cant miss the newest of things..Love that!!The aisles are nice and wide and PACKED WITH SO MANY GREAT FINDS!!This trip, and there have been so many before!! I wanted to see the Red Carpet Manicure sets..It is a gel polish that sets with L.E.D. light..Everything i read about Red Carpet Gel polish made it sound easy...and i love easy!!The young lady,Kai, that had helped us was really knowledgeable about the Red Carpet nail care both types..she told us about her experiences with both types..the liquid or the dip.. She explained everything! She made it sound so easy.. My husband bought me the kit in the gold train case..It comes with everything you need..Kai made it sound so easy that i wanted to try it for myself..So later that day i did my manicure.. I must say.. I was stunned!! It was just as easy as Kai said it would be!! It was crazy fast!! And it looked PERFECT!! What made it even easier was that Kai went thru the process and explained it completely..It nade me feel at ease that i could do it... The manicure i did took all of a few minutes...and it was set..REALLY the cure time is 45 seconds!! per coat..So i was done before a regular polish, thin coat would have set...My nails looked like a million bucks!! The Red Carpet liquid gel polish lasted 20 days before the first chip!! I swear by Red Carpet Nail Gel Polish.. Love Carey in the salon! I have been going here for over a year and she always takes the time to make sure my hair is what I like and even helps me get a little out of my comfort zone with color ❤ She is the reason I keep coming back!

Ive been here twice so far and as of now my review is its a nice place and good salon as well. To me though the salon pricing is way to high. I dont know about the other merchandise yet as I havent really looked as I just started to go there.

The cashier was the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time! I was very grateful for the help of the lady who was walking around asking if anyone needed help, I did need some help with products, but when I got to the register to purchase my items the lady running the register was most unpleasant! I will likely seek a new place to do business with for my hair and makeup items from this point forward!

Working 6 days a week, I have very little time to set up hair appointments. Thankfully Brandon was able to squeeze me in last minute for a quick trim. He was absolutely awesome!

Bad Experience with my Hair Cut and Highlights!!!! Ashley cut too short and my Highlights looks nothing with $180. And trapped for 6 hours! And im the one left in there. So ridiculous. Me and my husband opening a case and waiting for the manager to call back. Im not coming back. Not recommending it. Ashley don’t know what she’s doing and she’s new too. I want my $180 refund!!!!!

I absolutely love this store. I always go here for all of my makeup needs but I was very frustrated with the store today. I was there with a friend and we had all of our items. One of the workers would NOT leave my friend and I alone. I had grabbed a few morphe brushes and one of the brush’s price scanner looked like someone had tried to rip it off because only half of it was on there. As I went back to reach for the same brush but with a tag, the woman accused me of stealing and tried to call security on me because she saw me put back the brush with no tag: My friend was waiting for me to get in line with her so I could purchase my items but instead I almost had security called on me for something I didn’t do. I was completely embarrassed over the way the woman kept poking questions and acting like we were cool only to accuse me of stealing. I will not be coming back until the woman is taught how to handle a situation like that. I’m not sure of her name but she is shorter and has dark short hair.

Went there today and they had an amazing sale on top shelf shampoo/conditioner. I got two 33oz of Redken for £32! The checkout was quick and another attendant came up as soon as they saw people waiting.

Went in to get my daughter some lip gloss knowing nothing about makeup and this girl helped us out right away.

Disappointing. The stylist, Ashley, had no real advice for my consultation when I got there. I had long straight hair with few layers and wanted to try something new, so I was basically a blank slate. She just shrugged until I showed her some pictures I had liked online. The only thing I was sure of was I wanted my color to be dark brown on top blended to an unnaturally bright bright red at the bottom, and I had a picture to demonstrate that as well. My hair is only reddish brown. It took 4.5 hours to dye my hair, and thats after she had cut off at least 5 inches to make it near shoulder length! So long that she had to rush finishing my cut, so I could go get my kid from school. I went back the next day, because my hair was uneven. She said again and again, Oh, today will be free. Yeah, obviously. Still dont feel like my cut is exactly right. Not surprising since they apparently hire stylists with shakey hands. Seriously, not just a little, Ashley its a problem! The most I ever have paid at once on my hair, expecting to at least leave that day feeling good and stylish. Very disappointed.

Eddie does a great job on my hair. Store always looks great, and the staff is always friendly. I wish they had a larger mens section like other Ultas (they dont have trimmers at this one) but I can still get the essentials.
