Went for my scheduled vaccine booster appointment - after receiving 2 text reminders -only to discover the store has been out of vaccines for a while. There was no call to cancel my appointment. It reminded me of all of the times Id go to pick up birth control and find out it was out of stock. Somehow the pharmacy couldnt anticipate the order every month. I really wish my insurance still worked at the Walgreens across the street where I never had any issues.

Very clean, Stocked, and well staffed. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I also observed a am employee not only greeted me, but at that particular moment they were also monitoring what appeared to be a potential shoplifter, with compete discretion. Being careful as to not to deter that person from what they had planned so they when that person actually tried to leave, the employee could accurately accuse and stop the customer from actually getting away with stealing the items. Ultimately, the employee halted a loss on company revenue and did not wrongfully, nor falsely accuse the patron, possibly avoiding a lawsuit.

Waited for over an hour in drive through because they tell people to drive back around and wait for them to fill their script but it takes over an hour to fill scripts so people end up waiting for over an hour to just pick up a script. This is a drive through. Drop your script off and pick it up please don’t sit there and wait for it to be filled. If you want to wait please go inside not sit in line and make everyone wait for you.

Pathetic customer service. Dont have prescriptions. Was just on hold for 40 minutes to speak with someone and then they did not have the needed medication for a refill. When I asked to be patched through to a CVS that would have it she told me it was easier if I called, when I questioned that she told me they were busy and the line went dead. Terrible attitude. Many issues with this location. Will move my prescriptions elsewhere. Dont need to pay for attitude. Absolutely pathetic! Maybe she should take some more selfies and post them. She could care less about actual customer serivce. They will never get any more business from me. Walgreens is across the street! Good riddance to you all at CVS.

Never had any issues here. Ive scheduled visits at the clinic, bought prescriptions, I use self check. Any staff Ive interacted with were helpful. It is in an area where people are homeless but, it hasnt affected my visits there.

This CVS js a joke. I’ll receive a call saying my prescriptions available, and in the 10 minutes I took to get there, they no longer have enough to fill the script. Then they say the new shipment will be in later the afternoon, and will let me know. Instead I get a text (not call) saying they now have to put in they have to put in a special order to have it. This was all after they told me it was ready to be filled. And was on hold for an hour trying to figure out what was happening, still on the phone, and no one there was answering phones and only one appeared to be doing anything at all

We scheduled this to get a Covid test at the kiosk knocked on the door for employees and for patients the woman had the kiosk locked bcs she said a patient wouldn’t let her get off the phone… it was a back lady mid 40s she said we should’ve gotten a call…. But we never did we were 3 mins late nobody ever called thank goodness we had another appointment at Walgreens she wasn’t helpful neither were the staff inside telling us she’s probably with a patient and to go wait… we waited 10-15 mins on her for poor service the lady then said we had an appointment for minute clinic not Covid testing which was a false I showed her this same email I’m posting on here… she didn’t call us she didn’t want to help… it was all bad…. AVOID THIS LOCATION

3 stars just because its CVS. Products cost much more than other stores in the area. Speaking of the area, it doesnt feel super safe with people hanging out at the bus stops and around the store. Granted they do have security on site at all times from what I can tell so that helps.

The folks that work here are kind albeit frequently visibly frustrated. I have issues with prescriptions literally every month. Autofill isnt working because the system gets weird sometimes. Theyve somehow lost my insurance information twice in the last year though Ive not changed anything, and the phone doesnt ring through no matter which options you choose. I called six times today, trying different options to get through to any department with no luck to figure out what was going on. The website offered no insights.This pharmacy is truly a mess and it seems more to be on the side of their system than on the workers side. For about a year, each time my prescription needed to be filled, I had to call to remind them to order the medicine. About 5 out of 12 months with that prescription, they forgot to order it. Being assured a prescription would be available only to find out at the last minute that it wasnt in stock after having to do the legwork to make sure it would be has been an incredibly frustrating experience.Im currently waiting for a prescription to be filled that was supposed to be autofilled. This is the last prescription I will ever have filled by CVS. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The people here are nice enough and probably overworked and I appreciate them but CVS processes and infrastructure is a disaster. THere is some new crazy problem every time you try to refill. They cant find your account, they dont apply your insurance, they cant find your refill, etc. Never ending nonsense.

Went here to fill a script, was quoted a 30 minute wait. An hour later, I’m still sitting in the parking lot. I try to get in line for the drive thru to check on the status, the line isn’t moving.I understand that they only had two people working. But I suspect they were filling other prescriptions for people in line, while consistently moving mine further back in the queue. I was horribly sick and waiting very patiently for this medicine. I’m so angry at how this was handled.

They are understaffed and they dont adhere to a mask wearing policy. I saw multiple people in the store without masks. The self check out machines were down so I was trapped in a line with multiple coughing maskless for about 30 min. It was awful.When I looked to my right the security personnel wasnt even wearing a mask. It was a pandemic nightmare.I wont be back.Theres a Walgreens across the street, Ill go there instead or just order whatever I want from a different retailer online next time.

Poor customer service from the pharmacy. I’ve been there four times to get my prescription and it’s still not in stock or available. No communication from CVS regarding what apparently is some sort of nationwide shortage or issue. Your customers/patients should be your priority and keeping them properly informed when you are unable to fill prescriptions should be a priority. Clearly it is not for CVS.

I have had so many issues with this pharmacy its impossible to list all of them so I’ll keep it short. They are consistently out of my common medications for weeks on end. Dont even bother calling them unless you have 45 minutes or more to be on hold. This location is very close to my house so I’ve waited in the drive thru line for just as long on numerous occasions while on hold at the same time trying to get through to a human to get basic questions answered on when my medications will be filled. During covid, you would think they’d make every effort to prevent people from having to go in to the actual pharmacy, but unless you have an hour to kill waiting that’s just clearly not possible here. My insurance forces me to go through cvs- I never had any of these supply issues or ridiculous wait times at the Walgreens across the street. Avoid at all costs.

I called. This pharmacy because my pharmacy was closed.I ask if they could transfer my prescription over there i told the Lady what it was for. She said it would be ready in 30 minutes.I waited past the time to pickup.When i got there she told me it had been filled on the 3rd.I told her no it was on the 20th.Her manager came over i handed him my bottle to prove it.He said no sorry this prescription has to be picked up at the store you always. Walgreens is across the street. I recommend you that you try there first.I spent over a half an hour on hold to ask if they carried a certain product of any type. After giving that up I went to the store to see about it myself. Looking about I found a space for the product but they where sold out. However, they had it across the street at Walgreens and an associate even volunteered to help me find it.

As I write this, Ive been on hold for over a half an hour trying to get a hold of the pharmacy on the phone. Still on hold.Follow up November 2020. This continues to be an issue. Ive tried calling this CVS several times this morning, and between all the calls have been on hold collectively over 90 minutes. Never even an acknowledgement please hold answer from a human being - only the psychological torture of the looping recorded music and mans voice that keeps assuring me someone will be with me shortly.My prescription status keeps getting messed up in their system and I cant do anything about it without talking to a human pharmacist, but that seems to be impossible here.I wish I could give this CVS negative star rating.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Kirsten was extremely rude, demeaning and not helpful. I had to get Medicaid on the phone and get her manager involved after she insulted me for not having information that she ended up not even needing in the first place. Medicaid confirmed all the information she needed as did I yet she still refused to fill my prescriptions which I absolutely needed due to pregnancy morning sickness. Thankfully her manager was able to help me. The whole ordeal lasted 45 minutes. I will be going to a different pharmacy from here on out. Also, not the safest location. Several people loitering and asking for money outside.

I went into the store to print off photos and the security guard followed me around the store literally as if I were trying to steal my photos. He walked behind me to the printer, stood behind me until I went to checkout, then stood by the door as I was leaving. I am far from a thief and was racially profiled.

I wouldnt say this is the worst CVS in the greater Indy metro area. however I havent been to the ones there in a really rough neighborhoods. I was so disappointed with the treatment I received from the pharmacy staff today but I plan to never go to the CVS pharmacy again. Obviously picking up medication for a newborn is not important to them. Making me wait for 15 minutes to pick up a cream is outrageous. Do you want to know why are healthcare system is failing? Nice clean store, prices are a little high on eye care products and cosmetics to name a few examples. I would give them a five star rating but there is too much panhandling going on from time to time right outside the door and at the nearby bus stop and not much is done about that which I consider a safety issue.

They don’t fill prescriptions when called in, but make you wait instead. They cost me money every time I have to pick up prescriptions, because I either have to drive there a second time, or wait for them to do their jobs and be late to work. They are always understaffed, and fill prescriptions willy-nilly. My doctor called twice; I called twice, and here I am, waiting in my car, losing money because they are incompetent.

Arrived at 1:30 to get a flu shot at the minute clinic. Nurse was on lunch break. Signed in and it said it would be 54 minutes until I was seen. Their system even offers to text you 30 minutes before you need to arrive. GREAT. So I go and run a few errands, and the text arrives - BE SURE TO ARRIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO KEEP YOUR PLACE IN LINE.So I arrive 25 minutes later, giving myself a 5 minute buffer. The display says I have an 8 minute wait. AWESOME!After 15 minutes, I check what is going on. Display now says I have a 21 minute wait. Wut?After another 20 minutes, I check again. It says 6 minutes, but it clearly isnt updating. It is stuck on 6 minutes and not changing.I just left and decided to go to Walgreens in the suburbs. This is ridiculous.

Im a photographer, and I went to this store frequently for refreshments after long shoots. My experience had generally been good; however, I recently went in after a very long day, and was stopped by the stores security who requested I leave my camera bag full of expensive gear by the door and they could watch it. No one in their right mind would do that - especially for a bottle of water. I fully believe in loss prevention and store security, but this policy needs to be re-evaluated. There are other ways to deal with this. Would someone carrying a purse be asked the same thing? I left without shopping and wont be back, especially considering theres a competitor just across the street. I dont have time for that kind of inconvenience.

Went in today to pick up a prescription for our dog Ludwig. This was a new prescription filled a couple of months ago with 6 refills. We submitted the refill through the automated phone menu and it said it would be ready 8pm yesterday. Today at 4pm I walked out of this CVS without my dogs prescription. After waiting in line to pick up the prescription the girl said she had no record and sent me to another desk. The girl there was even less helpful and said the prescription was expired. WTH the prescription was only a couple of months old with 6 refills. How could the prescription expire that fast if it has 6 refills (3 months of meds each refill). And it has been the same story again and again with this CVS location. The number of times Ive walked out without a prescription is just insane. Im changing my dogs over to pet meds and my personal prescriptions from now on will go to the online CVS mail order system instead. At least the mail order system CVS has worked reliably in the past. But I cant wait for the day when my health insurance drops CVS. At least I have alternatives for my dogs prescriptions too.

There is a security guard present all times now, which is very good considering the part of town its in. That being said, my friend drives me there because I dont have a car, and she needed me to buy some things for her. She was of course present when I was purchasing both her items and my 6 pack of beer. The person at the register asked for my ID, which I promptly handed over. She then asked for my friends ID, which threw me off guard quite a bit. She complied as well, and the cashier told me that I was contributing to delinquency because shes underaged... So lets get this straight, my good looking young friend is to sit out in the car where any downtown trash can walk up and start harrassing her (Which happens more frequently than I am comfortable with) just because I want to buy beer? What if I had a kid with me, does he have to sit in the car too?

Ridiculous. They dont bother to send prior authorizations to prescribing physicians. Then when they receive them, you have to do detective work and ask them again to refill your Rx. Terrible service. Dont answer the phone. Generic medications cost twice as much as Meier if paying out of pocket.

This pharmacy is horrible. The are very unorganized and can’t seem to find anyone’s prescription. The systems are constantly down and you have to go to the “drop-off” line for the pharmacist to even see if all you prescribe medicines are ready.

This place is terrible. My insurance requires me to pick up by birth control at a CVS, or else I would have taken my business elsewhere long ago.I had my rx transferred to this location because I was receiving such poor service at another CVS location, but this has turn out to be way worse. At the time that I made the switch, this location said they would contact the other CVS to obtain my rx & would be able to script my refill that night. The rep checked at the time of my call & verified with my that my birth control method was in stock. I was told there was no need for me to call and follow up & the rep signed me up so that I would receive a text when my rx was filled. I called at 9pm because several hours had passed, and I hadnt received a text, and was first told that they were out of stock of my birth control. When a pressed the woman a little & told her that I had verified this previously, she admitted that my refill had just been forgotten, that no one had attempted to call the other CVS & that the other location was now closed, so there was nothing they could do. I was then promised that all of this would be addressed first thing in the morning when the other location opened.Again in the morning, I waited for the promised text & after a couple hours still received nothing. When I called back again, I was told again it had been forgotten about. I reached out to the customer service line & was promised a call from the district manager in regards to this issue. It has been five months & no follow-up happened.And this was simply the beginning.Every time I call, Im told something different. At one point I was told by the pharmacist that I was out of available refills, so I scheduled an appointment with my OBGYN to renew my rx (and had to pay for this appt mind you). I came back to CVS with my new prescription, just to be told I still had another nine months of refills available from the last rx.At my last pick-up, I was asking for clarity again on the number of refills available because the pharmacist had told me something different than the woman on the phone. I reiterated that fact that every time I speak to an individual there, I am told something different, to which he said I know! Isnt that wild!? Not comforting words from your pharmacist.If you can take your business across the road to Walgreens, do it. When I was not required to pick up from CVS, I always had a great experience there.
