I came here last week to get a specific print on a t-shirt for a friend. I waited until the last minute to get it which means I needed it that day. My request was fulfilled perfectly and on the spot. Favorite part was the experience, the gentleman that works there is absolutely amazing. He has such great genuine energy and is so very kind. I did think the price was a bit high, but he was so great I didn’t think twice about my purchase.

My daughter and I created a custom design for her 16th Birthday. Unfortunately we saved it in the wrong format (PDF). However, the gentlemen who helped us didnt turn us away. He patiently worked with our file and came up with a solution. We were so impressed with the result and it only took 25 mins on a busy Saturday. The design came out great and my daughter got plenty of compliments on it. I will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!

Today I took my two teenage boys shopping. Other than buying shoes, they hate to shop. One of them noticed the Custom T-Shirts & More kiosk and he found several items he and his brother would like. When they realized they could choose from multiple styles and colors, in addition to adding their own personalization, they were so excited!. It was wonderful how B was able to do exactly what they wanted and he offered excellent suggestions/options. He was very patient with their difficulty choosing specific styles/colors, etc. Both boys were so impressed with his work that they insisted we go back and take their picture with B while wearing their customized hoodies. The pursuit of excellent customer service is rarely something I see anymore, and to find those who are making customer service a priority is refreshing. We were taken aback by Bs kindness and generosity. For teenagers to notice AND acknowledge this is saying a lot. Thank you for making this such a great shopping experience for all of us!

The times that are listed are not the times they are actually there .ive came on a Saturday in the afternoon.ive came on a Monday and on a Tuesday and no one has been there to place an order with. Also the phone number listed no one answers and has no voicemail box setup. If the hours have changed then they need to update that information

Found this kiosk, Custom T-Shirts & More, in the Castleton Square Mall today! I had an idea of the type of image and writing I wanted on a t-shirt. It was designed/made exactly the way I wanted on the computer as we spoke! I brought my own t-shirt, but they have some you can purchase if needed. Everything was done in less than 20 minutes!! Great product, service, and price! Very happy with it, and I would highly recommend!!

I had a t-shirt made up, they were able to pull what I wanted off of the internet. They were also able to add words to my design. It was completed in 30 minutes and the quality was excellent. All together it was only $30, not a bad price.

THESE GUYS ARE SO AMAZING!!! Having been a Customer Care Manager of a high end jewelry store, I have high standards and expectations when it comes to customer service. I can say that you will not be disappointed with the level of service provided. They were in the middle of a huge shirt order but stopped to talk to me about what I needed. When I said I needed it by next Wednesday, their response was “ Would 10 minutes work for you since your design is simple?” Before print, we went over the design and they were even able to show me what it would look like on a monitor.
