This was my first experience with BWAAM and it was fantastic. I needed a refrigerator. Called the facility and spoke with Tim. In 5 mins was able to discuss how much i wanted to spend, received pictures of the unit, and purchase. Simple. Easy. When I cam to pick up, Dee was super friendly and helpful even though the truck I had clearly made it difficult on him to both load and secure the fridge for travel. Again, he did it quick, easy and with no complaints. Shook my hand and said thank you. Pretty awesome experience with both people. Will go back myself and have already recommended to others for appliances etc in the future. Thanks Tim and Dee!

Jamie and Dee did an awesome job! They brought us a new washing machine, installed it and took the old one away. The laundry room is upstairs so they definitely had their work cut out for them. They did everything with a can do positive attitude. I definitely recommend them.

I love this place. I have managed to find something fun every visit (at least once a week). The bargain bin is a fun way to find things you didn’t even know you wanted. Come in and see Tim and the other great folks who are sure to brighten your day.

We have been purchasing quite a few gently used appliances from BWAAM recently for our property management company. Appliances have been in great shape and the delivery has been top notch. Dee and Jaime do exceptional on the delivery and will go all the way up to Muncie for a modest fee. Will continue to recommended them to our clients and investor friends.

Let’s just say Huston did wonders! He’s friendly, on time, good Communication, awesome personality & most certainly knows what he is doing at his job! He came yesterday 10-25-21 to see what the issue was with my washer, he figured it out in no time ordered the part & today 10-26-21 he came & it’s fixed. Btw my washer needed A new brain it took him less than five minutes to install it! I am most certainly satisfied!

Owners are very welcoming felt like I was visiting an old friend. Me and my wife went there looking for a washer and dryer for our new home. Very reasonable prices. We bought from them on Friday. Jamie and Taylor delivered and set it up for us that following Saturday. I highly recommend BWAAM over other liquidators in the area. Thanks guys for coming in and setting up so quickly. Is me and my girlfriend just had our washer and dryer delivered by Jamie And dee And they also installed it Its very professional and very pleasing to talk to They didnt have a dryer vent hose with them But Dee is gonna go out of his way and and drop one off on his way home after work today look today I thought that was very awesome of him

Houston just fixed my refrigerator! I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but these people were so helpful and suggested I have Houston look at mine first! I’m so glad he did! What a polite and knowledgeable guy! And definitely within my budget! I now have a new service guy and a fun place to shop!!

We bought a washer and dryer set on Saturday, hooked it up on Sunday and the washer was giving us an error code. Called Monday and they sent Houston out and a couple hours later he replaced the part and everything works great. Pretty amazing service, I would definitely recommend. Thanks Houston and BWAAM!

Recently when I looked for someone who could fix my dryer I came across BWAAM Liquidators. I was very glad I did. They were very courteous on the phone, showed up when scheduled, the technician was very friendly and fast. He fixed my dryer in about 20 minutes.They charged me exactly what they quoted. And they guaranteed that if for some reason they couldnt fix my issue then I wouldve only been charged the very reasonable trip charge. The trip charge would have been applied to anything I wanted to purchase and their store had they not been able to fix it. Thankfully they were able to fix it and it works wonderfully.

Houston the technician came early to repair my refrigerator. Diagnosed and fixed it quickly!!!! Would recommend!!!Dee and Jamie delivered quickly! Was very professional, friendly. I would definitely recommend Bwaam Liquidators for your appliance needs!!!

My wife and I spent the majority of 2 days going to different used appliance stores, as well as Lowes and Best buy just looking for a simple refrigerator. thankfully we found this place and not only was the staff brilliant helpful and helpful. They gave me a fair deal on exactly what I was looking for. This place in the future I will stop in first

What a horrible experience. An absolute joke. I purchased two hang on tree stands, the first was just as advertised. The second stand I was told the only thing missing was a quick attachment to hang the stand(which is a sold separately accessory). When I opened the box the only thing that was in there was a stand platform and seat. No cables, hardware, digger teeth, or safety straps. It is a completely useless tree stand that you cannot even put together. And the only response she would keep giving me is “read our policy”. So do not expect that you will be able to return your item for your money back they will only offer you a store credit.

They unexpectedly went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. They are great at customer service. I’ll gladly go there again and recommend them to others.

Do not purchase anything from this store! I have had nothing but problems since purchasing a fridge and washer/dryer set. When I paid for my items, I only got a receipt. No other paperwork regarding the purchase. Then when they delivered the items, the people delivering it say first thing “it got wet during the drive here, so don’t plug the items in for at least 24 hours or else it will void your warranty.” Then they didn’t bring a dolly for the washer and dryer, so they asked to use the one I had in my garage. As they are bringing in the washer/ dryer and fridge, they made footprints at the bottom of my wall, ripped holes and made huge scratches on my floor. This house is brand new and I’ve lived here 2 weeks and now have huge holes and scratches in my floor. They realized they made holes and apologize, take pics and then ask if I got any of the paperwork regarding the appliances. I said no, then they hand me the paperwork which states they aren’t “responsible for damages during installation”. They then had to come back a second time to bring hoses that they didn’t bring the first time. The two guys seemed more worried about flirting and asking personal questions rather than being careful. Now after calling and speaking to management twice, they keep giving me the run around about how they have to wait for the owner to get back to me and see if there’s anything they can do! There’s a lot they can do, make sure they use trucks that are covered so electrical appliances do not get wet! They can also train the employees about how to deliver appliances without ripping up the floors and also how to be professional. They can also reimburse me for the damaged floor and awful experience!

I have never purchased here or been to this store, but reading the negative reviews, and the stores responses to those reviews, is disturbing. I am in the hunt for a used appliance, but I am thinking it is best to buy new, with a legit warranty, etc. Seems like rolling the dice on a good appliance at this business.

It only gets 1 star cause negative stars aren’t an option. What a nightmare and half. I was specifically told I was being sold a NEW dishwasher with manufacturing warranty by Travis. The installation guy DROPPED the unboxed dishwasher in our driveway. (Security cameras show) Then couldn’t complete the installation. Complained the entire time he was here how he was stuck working for free because it was passed his shift. When I inquired about the warranty to Travis he told me to enter the model number and serial number into the manufacture website. That could be found on the side of the dishwasher door. Funny thing the sticker with that information was removed. He asked me if there was paperwork inside the dishwasher. There was not. After an electrician came out to verify our line was fine (which is why the installer didn’t want to complete installation in the first place) he pointed out that this dishwasher had clearly been hooked up previously bc the wires from the old hookup were still attached. Along with that the water spots inside the dishwasher. After going round with Travis we settled on him coming to remove the dishwasher and refunding me for it. As Travis himself removed the dishwasher he drug it between our two cars scratching both of them up!! (Again on security camera) Then refunded us solely for the dishwasher not installation or the delivery (I was ok with that initially just to be done…until I realize he messed up our cars 😡) needless to say lesson learned the hard way BWAAM is not a company I’ll ever use again.

Had some issues with the service for my fridge but the owner Travis stepped in and was very friendly and kind and even came out his self to check things out. I would give 5 starts just based off the owner Travis alone but I’m giving 3 because of the service and the problems before the owner stepped in.

I have bought a side by side refrigerator freezer and a washer and dryer from BWAAM and I am very pleased with my purchases.Customer Service is outstanding and very helpful.

I do agree the staff is nice. I had a good experience upon first visit and purchased several items. However, I have been having a bad experience with this refrigerator I purchased they had to try an repair it several times . Once they think they fixed it and return it we have not did any changes to but put our food in it and a few days layer everything is defrosted. In there heads it fixed without food in it cause it seem cold but I have lost hundreds of dollars in groceries. I have ask for another refrigerator in the beginning of this process which was in my warranty time but they continued to try and fix it but now its supposed to be pass my warranty and they want to charge for something that did not work in the beginning. Also watch them when moving items in my wall was damaged on one of the times they came to supposedly take the refrigerator to fix it which was several times. Im so disappointed in search of another refrigerator .

Bought a washer that the tech thrashed all around during delivery, it went out within days of the purchase, which warranty was supposed to cover.... Needless to say, the warranty was NEVER honored as they promised, along with what I signed for. Hacks! Crooks! COMPLETE RIP OFF CONS!

Awesome place

We got a great deal on a used stove and fridge. It’s not perfect - I mean it’s used. They have some dents and dings but so far, work wonderfully and are exceptionally clean. The salesman was nice and patient with me. He explained how their process worked, how they test everything, and their warranty + service. I was impressed that the fridges were all on and had thermometers in them to show that they were holding temp. Sales process was quick and easy. The very next day, Jamie and Dee delivered the fridge & stove for us and moved the old to the garage. They were super cheerful, helpful and careful. We just got the place and the old stove was disgusting underneath. They let me use their supplies to clean it up before they installed the new one. They were both so professional, pleasant and down to earth. They even wiped everything down once they finished the install. I’d definitely go here again and recommend to my friends and family.
