Website says open at 6am one sign on the window says 5am another says 630 am it is 640 am and no signs of life anywhere.Thank goodness Im going home from work and not going to work.

Drove 20 minutes to get some ack donuts. . Would of been my first time having them . Was going to get them for my fiance who loves them . I have never tried them . I get there and even though the door says they were to be open . The door was locked and noone there. Very upsetting and frustrating.

Store was dirty, especially the floors and the parking lot was full of litter and smelled. Understaffed but friendly workers. Donuts were still good and fresh.

The donuts would be good if you can catch them on a day when there are no GNATS flying around inside the cases! Get it together Lawrence shop!

Love the donuts however just had the WORST customer service experience.I ordered 2 dozen of the tiger donut holes which were sold out and I was refunded however I also order 6 assorted donuts very specific 2 glazed donuts 1 iced donut, 2 filled donuts and 1 cake donut however I when I received my order I was given 6 iced donuts! When I called to at least try and get a refund or any type of compensation I was told “ There’s nothing I can do “ even though what I purchased was NOT what I ordered. So therefore I will share my experience at this facility on all of social medias and will also advise my family and friends not to come to this specific facility.

Great donuts but make sure all your employees know how to make your coffee drinks if you are going to charge so much for them. I ordered a white chocolate mocha/latte and was charged $5 for it. Then this guy made me a half iced coffee and half straight milk with a couple pumps of chocolate... It was pretty gross and nowhere near a mocha drink.

It’s 7:10am on a Sunday and Jack’s isn’t open. Disappointed

Love their cake of the day option. Staff are friendly and donuts are superior! Very blessed to locate Jacks and I visit at least once a week.

The people are very nice. They respect the void and rules in place to keep us safe. the variety of donuts is vast and rather exotic and eccentric. Great place for a morning snack or late night sweets run with some friends!

I was introduced to this place by my employer are used to bring donuts for us in on Saturday mornings when we get to work Mandatory Overtime. Having been since before covid19. Went today donuts and time spent with my boys was great but cleanliness needs attention.

A little pricey on donuts, but they are really good. I wish they had a larger cafe area to sit and enjoy a coffee, like a Starbucks. Were always had great service here and our kids love visiting.

This was my first visit. The donuts were good probably better than any other bakery on the eastside. I wanted to try the coffee but they dont offer decaf. In my opinion they are not better than Longs but they are better than the gas station donuts.

These donuts are the best donuts Ive ever had and Ive always eaten sweets. Used to get Krispy Kreme bagged donuts but never again after Jacks. One time I went in and the guy gave me twice as many donuts as I paid for. The milk is expensive- dont buy the milk here unless you need to. But the donuts are fresh, flakey, and pure flavor. Ive tried almost every kind. Theyre so good you dont want to share. I can put on 6 pounds of donut weight with no shame because theyre too delicious to ever stop completely.

Jacks Donuts are a big people-pleaser wherever I take them.Unfortunately, they very rarely have any GF donuts when I go, so I dont get to have any.I LOVE their Cinnamon Twist coffee, but it is rarely in stock. In fact, most of their coffee sells out quite quickly. Early bird gets the bean.

I showed up one ridiculously early morning and the guy running the place is jamming to Dave Matthews and legitimately seems glad to see me.I wasnt sure what I wanted, but I started couple of those and building a dozen. I realized I was ordering what I know I like. The other half was supposed to be for my son. He asks about my kid and immediately makes a couple recommendations. I go along, but figure its unlikely to be right...When my kid gets up, he immediately grabs the style selected by the man running the store. My son didnt have much interest in my selection.So, now I go about once a month as a treat. Ill never consider another donut shop

I work in this building and its everything I can do to not stop here daily. The smell is heavenly. They may not be the BEST donuts Ive ever had, but theyre very good and very close.

For starters, the donuts themselves are fantastic. The whole experience is made by the people who work there though. Lots of warm vibes and patience, even when youre ummming your way through the selection process. Ill definitely become a regular.

Missing half of my order, cold coffee, lid came off and spilled everywhere luckily I have vinyl floors, cant choose flavor of donuts on doordash. Coffee also takes like water, donuts are mediocre. Hopefully its not like this all the time because if so, how can you even have customers.

Theyre not how they used to be. They undercook the donuts they be wet and gooey just like fresh dough. its always next fine in the glass with a Donuts is at. The manager left her standing in line while she fixed the coffee machine which she had no customers over there when she left 5 black people in line waiting to get donuts while she took her precious time

Donuts were excellent. Coffee was very good. Most of the seating is bar height, but there are a couple of lower places, too. Two very clean, handicap accessible, gender neutral, individual bathrooms suitable for any individual and large enough to accommodate a mom with some children.

Went in for the first time this morning. Everything was going well until one of the bakers brought donuts up front. He was disgusting. Had on a sleeveless shirt like a tank top. Looked like open sores all up and down his arm, them to too it off as he was walking back to the baking area his pants were falling off enough to see his butt crack. My stomach turned and I left. Could not order from am establishment seeing just that one worker. Surely not up to health codes with just that one personEwwww I will not be backSee what a first impression does 😟 I had to give it a star or wouldnt have given it any

Jacks Donuts are the best around. My favorite are the peanut butter chocolate. Some days you just need a doughnut in the late afternoon and most doughnut shops have nothing to offer but dried old doughnuts past 1a.m. (so dissappinting) . Jacks Donuts are always fresh and their coffee is perfect!

All the donuts we tried here are delicious and I love how they have all the different lattes, coffee and frappes to choose from. Downside its kind of not seen from street view and no streets sign to know there.

Never heard of Jacks before but I passed it and turned around. I just cannot pass a donut shop! The two donuts I bought were very good and the size of them...they are huge!

Great donuts! Get then early or they may run out. This was my third try as I was stopping by on weekends. Definately one of the tastiest donuts Ive had, not super sweet like some competitors. Very nice courteous staff and relaxing cafe type atmosphere inside. I ordered the bavarian cream donuts and they were very cream filled and a gooey tasty delight.

The people there working this morning were extremely nice and greeted everyone that came through the door.

I work all over the state and this jacks has the smallest doughnuts of all of the locations around 465 kind of a bummer when one of the reasons I and my kids like jacks so much is there giant doughnuts

Decent selection of donuts. They are great after being microwaved for 10 seconds, especially any of the donuts that are made with the chocolate yeast mix.Overall, not on the same level as the best donut places Ive been to, but still worth a try.

Very unhappy with my selection of donuts. I ordered on grubhub and received 2/12 ordered correctly. The rest were random throw-ins that I didnt want. Had company but was pretty ashamed to serve these. Never again.

First and last time!! I stopped in Thursday morning, only to see a black girl with red streaks in her hair frown and scowl at all the customers! When I asked her how she was, she mumbled, tired. Well, guess what, dont work an early morning job of you cant be an adult. The food service business is very hard to make profitable and bakeries are even more of a challenge. Without staff that gives exemplary customer service, this store will fail!!
