Absolutely delicious. Super fluffy! I’ve had a lot of donuts around Indy, Pana is a favorite. Pictured is the Boston cream, cinnamon crumb, cinnamon twist and filled chocolate bar. They have good customer service and a rewards program that you can get free donuts by using.

I am very upset! There is absolutely NO REASON why these donuts are so good! I dont even like donuts, and I ate 3! 3! Then there is this delicious sandwitch. I had no other choice but to tell people how amazing they are, and forced them to place an order. I hate to say this, but I WILL be back. UGH!

Best doughnuts ever. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and had them door dashed in at like 6:30 am both mornings. There were amazing doughnuts and drinks! Excellent job. Wish we had one in our hometown.

They have boba and popping pearls, fruit and mil teas, as well as smoothies. The donuts are soft and very good. Every time I visit I come back with a new favorite. The staff is very nice and willing to make sure you get what you want.

It was our first time at this donuts shop! Such a great choice of donuts and they are so delicious! There are quite few choices of food there besides donuts, and different drinks as well. Definitely recommend stopping by and try it out.

Cute little place. Donuts were great! Will definitely go back. Only negative is when I got my Thai iced tea the seal was not fully sealed and it spilled as they handed it to me. Its not like a normal lid so.you cant fix it yourself. They didnt offer me napkins or to reseal it. Kept dripping as I left. Had to dump some out before I got in my car.

Friendliest folks ever! Donuts are soft and fluffy. They are freshly made I believe. Drinks take a little longer but they are so refreshing. They even had lunch sandwiches. There is always a long line so know what you want when you get to the front.

My neighbor brought my husband and me 5 glazed croissants…he got one and I ate 4…that says it all. The best croissants I have ever eaten! Too good to keep in house. Next time I will go there snd have 1…and carry out 12!👍

Today was our FIRST time pulling up at the drive through. The menu has a lot on it to look at. But immediately Amanda the girl working rushes and asks if ready to order. I tell her we need a minute. Within 25 seconds she goes are you ready yet rudely? We would’ve ordered more if given the chance to look at the menu so mad I drove around their tiny drive through scraping my brand new rims on my Jaguar I just bought I got to the window and asked why she was rushing me she said nothing I said I won’t be back she said good and Slammed the window. Go elsewhere!

Amazing drinks! Never been in person but plan to go soon. The donuts and food are very good, too. I especially like their Boston creme donuts and the Taro Milk tea is perfect.

I stopped in the shop last Saturday, and could not decide which donut to get. A young man by the name of Jonathan Galvan helped me decide what to buy, and I ended up ordering a dozen. His customer service was excellent almost a veteran level, even though he seemed to be a teenager. I will be recommending the shop to my colleagues and will be back in the near future. Kudos to this young professional for making this a warm and welcoming environment.

Cute place! Donuts and others were good but the drinks weren’t exactly to taste. The boba is also really hard (if you like it good) but I like my boba soft/chewy.

It was just be nice if I could understand the employees when I tried to give them my order and a lot of times they dont understand me a language barrier or some sort. And they never want to give you the total until you come around to pay

I often stop by and get a dozen glazed donuts for my coworkers. Today someone else brought in Dunkin Donuts. The Pana donuts were DEMOLISHED while the others were left on the dust! These glazed donuts are one of the absolute best I have ever had and I am exceptionally picky about my donuts.

Worst boba tea ever! I really hope today was just an off day, as other reviews state it’s good. Omg, took one drink and threw it away. Such a misfortune. Boba is not cheap, we bought drinks for the whole fam and they were awful. I’ve never known milk tea to be pre prepped in a jug and dumped out to fill the drink. No authenticity there. The texture was like chocolate milk and tasted like burnt coffee…. Really confused there. I never leave reviews, but this was so bad.

Found this place when I was searching through google map! The donuts are good and I highly recommended their apple fritters! I also like their bobba tea n their thai iced tea, the taste is the same like the one that u order from a thai restaurant! The drinks are delicious as well! The downsize is, I dont like the lady that took our order tho! Shes so rude! She needs to learn customer service 101!

These are literally the BEST donuts Ive had in a LONG time. Everything that Ive had here has been amazing. Breakfast sandwiches, the teas, coffee, but the most perfect creation is the Kronut. Im pretty sure God spoke to me after I ate one. They are THAT GOOD.

Happily, I discovered PANA Donuts as I was leaving Indianapolis after vacation.These donuts did not disappoint.I went for the classics...puffed lightness of golden fried dough wearing the perfect ratio of glaze, and the second had the perfect amount of powered sugar......soft......tasty......divine!I just wish I lived closer!

Donuts here are quite good and so is the tea. At the time they were out of the flavor I wanted but I asked the staff for recommendations, and what they suggested did not disappoint. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Pana donuts. Best in town in my opinion. I usually stop every other week to get fresh delicious donuts for my family and breakfast sandwich’s. I never had bad service but I also understand sometimes this place gets hectic due to the high volume of customers. Be kind people it’s not easy to run a business ❤️

Id trust other reviews based on what Im reading. But, we love local donut shops and were always looking for something unique for the kids. I didnt think highly of this place. You can get the same donuts at Dunkin or Jacks. I was really hoping for something unique and special. On top of that, they didnt have much selection when I stopped in, and the donuts were meh 😐. Maybe I caught them on a bad day 🤷🏻‍♂️, but I havent returned since.

The donuts taste AMAZING!! I put 3 stars because of the customer service. I stopped by at 2:30 pm earlier today and went through the drive thru. Since this was my first time stopping by, I took my time reviewing the options. I had a question and the employee answered rudely when I asked if they had a certain flavor donut. I was told “What we have on the screen is what we have and yes we do have blueberry.” I laughed at her rudeness. I think education on how this employee could better handle their possible self conflicting issues so it doesn’t affect the interactions with the customers would help a ton to improve customer satisfaction.

I LOVE the kronut that they have- so flaky and doughy all at once. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like at PANA and recommend.

This place offers the best donuts I’ve had in a long time! It’s very clean, delicious, and is far better than any of the other donuts that most Hoosiers say are the best. Bonus—they have delicious Boba options! Highly recommend!!

I have been waiting for this place to open forever....and it didnt disappoint!!!! I tried the original glazed and maple (also got some more for the family). The original glazed had just been put out so there were very warm. When I tell you this was the best original donut Ive had...it was fluffy, not too dense, and the glaze was amazing. I will 100% be back and this will be my new spot to go.Edit: Three months later and Ive gone many more times! This time I tried their carmel iced coffee and it tastes really good. And the price is way cheaper than some other fast food iced coffee and the experience is even better here!

Tried this past Wednesday.. Not to bad.. Doughnuts were definitely fresh.. Nice and soft.. Yeast was the fave here!.. Cake doughnuts were rather cakey.. Lol. Was a little dissapointed tho.. I keep reading reviews where They Are So Friendly Here.. My 1 and only experience.. Not so much.. Lol. Giving 3 stars because the girl working drive thru wasnt very friendly.. From the time we pulled up to order she just had a tude.. Then she literally opened the window, said the amount, took money, handed my husband the box and shut the window.. No hi how are you.. Have a good day.. Thank you.. No smile.. Nothing.. Maybe she was having a bad day.. Idk.. I will try again one day and update.

Cake doughnuts are delicious! Better than most places. I also love that the glazed have a little substance to them. Some places have glazed doughnuts that are so light, its like youre not even eating something. Theirs have just enough while still being light. Yum.If I could change something, it would be that the filling in the filled doughnuts doesnt get all the way into the pocket. Half the doughnut has nothing, which is disappointing.

The best besides longs

The donuts are excellent, but the last couple of times I’ve gone to get a boba tea they haven’t been the greatest. I don’t like being wasteful so I drink it anyway and I don’t want to be a bother and have them remake it. I got one a couple of months ago and it was really watered down. This one tasted like there was still powder(?) at the bottom and the bobas were really clumped together.
